Hôtel au style parisien présentant de grandes chambres idéales pour les familles, une junior suite avec kitchenette.
La Résidence des Arts appartient au même propriétaire que la Villa d'Estrées, la réception est donc en face. La décoration est à peu près la même dans un style Parisien de bon goût avec les plafonds à la Française et des fauteuils style en velours. Les chambres sont grandes et parfaitement configurées pour une famille et le lit pour bébé est fourni gratuitement. La junior suite possède même une kitchenette. Le personnel est charmant.

Beautiful boutique hotel with easy access to everything. Willie at the front desk is a dear man, so helpful and kind. Get the breakfast, a great start to a Parisian day. Rooms are spacious and clean. We hope to be back!!

I have stayed here a few times and it gets better every time. The manager here, Willie, is fantastic. Always wanting to make certain guests have everything they need. The only downside used to be the limited breakfast, but now they serve a full buffet and it’s excellent. A perfect location on a quiet street makes for a great stay.

Amazing hotel and location, just a couple blocks from Notre Dame and the metro stations. Room was very good and the breakfast was excellent

I have no idea why in the world why this hotel was EVER given a 4-star rating. Perhaps 2.5 at best. First the positive-- the front desk man was supremely kind, and the room was large. That's where it ends. The room was in horrible shape. Crusty/dirty bathroom, holes in the upholstery, bed was hard as a rock, and the ceiling was falling apart. There were none of the amenities one would expect in a 4-star hotel, such as room service or dry-cleaning. To get ice, we had to go across the street!! The walls were so thin that I could hear every word spoken in the room next door. I had booked this room for 2 weeks, one week was pre-paid. Even though I checked out after the first night and moved to a better hotel, they still kept my $2000. NEVER stay here!

My stay was fantastic in every way! The hotel is perfectly located, and the front desk team was exceptional, creating a warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!
