We love Paris and actually lived there last year. We wanted to return to the area we lived in. Booked this hotel. Sadly when we got to the airport my husband suffered some kind of cognitive episode and could barely walk. We had to cancel our month long trip. All the hotels we had booked were very kind and understanding. The Hotel d Anglterre even gave us a complete credit for our non refundable room. However this hotel wouldn’t help us out at all. They were very contrite and nasty. Don’t book a room Be careful. Not nice manager. Alex

Only positive things to say about Hotel Sèvres Saint Germain. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. Very nice and extremely accommodating. Alex and Nadja at the reception went above and beyond to attend all our needs. Maria, at the breakfast, was a gem!
The location was exceptional. The room (and all areas of the hotel) was very clean - and I am picky when it comes to cleanliness.
The room was very small with the shower box being specially small - a larger person would have an issue taking a comfortable shower. But the shower had plenty of hot water and it was perfect after a long day walking in the cold weather.
Will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Habitación muy bonita y limpia. La directora del hotel súper simpática. Los recepcionistas nos facilitaron la estancia. Muy agradecidos por sus servicios. Una localización muy buena, a 20min de Notre-Damme y cerca de una parada de metro.

--Tiphaine at the front desk was super friendly and spoke English
fluently. She was helpful and even quickly booked us a taxi on our departing day. Maria who served in the breakfast room was very pleasant as well and made us feel right at home.
--The breakfast ($19/person), located in the building, was buffet style and consisted of fresh French baguettes, croissants, pound cake, oatmeal; as well as lardon (French bacon), sausage links, scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs; as well as an assortment of cheeses and yogurt and fruit in a cup. There was also a machine for brewing different coffees and hot water for teas. The space was not cramped, and the service was excellent.
--The hotel was located in the 6th Arrondissement, in the Saint Germain section. The surroundings were relatively quiet. The nearest subway was a 5-min walk away (metros 10, 12, 4). Access was easy to Île de la Cité via the 4 metro, and the Latin Quarter was within walking distance. Musée d'Orsay was a 20 min walk as well and Saint Sulpice even closer. La Grande Épicerie de Paris was right around the corner for everything imaginable grocery-wise, and there are a few bakeries around as well.
--The rooms in the hotel were clean and modern. Rooms were a little smaller compared to those in the United States but are of a size to be expected in a city like Paris. Street traffic was not a distraction from our fourth-floor room, which faced the street. The elevator functioned properly to reach the upper floors.
--We had no complaints and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
