Le Da Vinci Hôtel projette les clients au temps de la Renaissance avec son univers empreint de la vie du célèbre artiste et inventeur. L'une des chambres (la Chambre de l'Adorateur) abrita pendant quelques jours la célèbre Joconde, dérobée en 1911 au musée du Louvre par Vincenzo Peruggia, vitrier italien qui séjourna à l'hôtel avec le chef-d'œuvre. Cette chambre est une des plus charmantes car elle dispose d’une agréable terrasse donnant sur le paisible patio de l’hôtel. Le lobby est orné d'une belle cheminée et la décoration envoie des petits clins d'œil à la Renaissance italienne. Les chambres portent les noms des plus grands personnages du quattrocento : Botticelli, Raffaello, Michelangelo, Caterina de’ Medici… Le bois et les tissus leur confèrent une atmosphère cosy. En tête de lit, on y voit des fresques tirées de ses plus célèbres esquisses techniques. Leurs couleurs rappellent celles de ces études tandis que – origines italiennes obligent – leurs luminaires en verre soufflé aux teintes ocre ont été réalisés à Venise… Un hôtel qui séduit par son originalité et son très grand confort. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans le Café Da Vinci, inspiré du Café Florian de la place Saint-Marc à Venise et le petit patio permet de s'isoler des bruits de la ville. Enfin le bassin au sous-sol est installé sous une magnifique voûte étoilée, en mosaïque bleue. C'est vraiment magique et privatisable car l’hôtel propose une formule Brunch & Plonge pour profiter à deux d’un moment à la fois gourmand et relaxant.

I can only give 3 stars as the room hugely affected our stay. I didn’t check the size before booking and we were surprised at how tiny the room was. We booked a superior balcony room thinking it would be better than a basic one and we had no room for our suitcases to open in the room or walk around at the same time.
The beside tables were 2 chairs which was odd and the bathroom was so tiny my knees touched the wall when using the toilet I’m only 5’5 and the shower was small too I hit my body off the door every time getting in and out.
We were put in an attic room which I didn’t expect as its basically the maids quarters, there were two vents above the bed that lots of dust came out of constantly (we could see the dust floating everywhere in the room with the small light on, added picture of dust)
We woke up every morning with itchy throats and stuffy noses. Not relaxing or ideal as a hotel should be a safe haven at the end of a busy day. I was constantly sneezing and had a runny nose felt very uncomfortable and when we left to go out for the day I was fine again.
The hotel is cosy and nice vintage style decor but like I said be aware if your tall or need extra space this isn’t the best choice of hotel.
I was planning to stay only one night due to work but then me and my wife met Damien, professional, funny, service.
Damien I want you to know you’ve made our stay, we even extended our trip for that.
Please visit this hotel on your trip to Paris you wont regret it.

We stayed for a weekend and had a nice experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. Our room was on the smaller side but very cosy, with a super comfy bed and a lovely walk-in rain shower.
Breakfast options were somewhat limited but sufficient to start the day. The location is excellent - within easy walking distance of the Louvre, Musée d’Orsay, Notre-Dame and other key attractions.
Would definitely stay again.
