I got there at 7:15 and was out by 7:50. As soon as the staff saw I wasn't drinking they rushed me out. The escargot was buried in breadcrumbs, the fish was undercooked,

I’ve dined at Allard several times and overall, the food is good. There was one occasion when the duck was undercooked and had to be redone, but most of the time, the dishes are well-prepared and flavorful.

Unfortunately, the service has been inconsistent and needs improvement. On my most recent visit, I ordered the frog legs and clearly asked to have them served together with the duck. Despite confirming this twice — even reminding a second staff member — they never brought the frog legs. Later, they told me the kitchen had closed, even though my duck still needed to be recooked. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, they asked me what they should do — which is not what you expect at a restaurant of this level.

To add to this, a waitress once made a rude comment about our table in front of my guest, and there have been frequent order mistakes. The attitude and professionalism of the staff really need to be addressed. Allard has strong culinary potential, but the guest experience must be taken more seriously.

J’ai dîné plusieurs fois chez Allard et dans l’ensemble, la cuisine est bonne. Il m’est arrivé une fois que le canard soit mal cuit et qu’il faille le refaire, mais en général, les plats sont bien réalisés et savoureux.

Malheureusement, le service est inégal et mérite d’être amélioré. Lors de ma dernière visite, j’ai commandé les cuisses de grenouille et j’ai bien précisé que je souhaitais les recevoir en même temps que le canard. J’ai rappelé cette demande à un second serveur, mais au final, elles ne sont jamais arrivées. On m’a dit ensuite que la cuisine était fermée — alors même que mon canard devait encore être recuit. Plutôt que de proposer une solution, on m’a demandé ce que je voulais qu’ils fassent. Ce n’est pas le comportement qu’on attend d’un établissement de ce niveau.

De plus, une serveuse a déjà tenu des propos déplacés sur notre table devant mon invité, et il y a régulièrement des erreurs dans les commandes. L’attitude et le professionnalisme du personnel doivent vraiment être revus. Allard a un grand potentiel culinaire, mais l’expérience client devrait être bien mieux considérée.

Ottima carta dei vini a prezzi ragionevoli. Superbe coscette di rana (mancava però il prezzemolo) e la spalla di agnello ! Purtroppo il nostro tavolo (3) era troppo piccolo e soffocato dalla stretta vicinanza di altri ospiti!

Extraordinary service, beyond compare. Amuse Bouche was excellent. Main course solidly good but not interesting. Options for sides include potatoes and then seasonal vegetables, which was turnips—not do different. More variety appreciated.

All our food was super tasty. Had the escargot, pâte and chicken. Wine was perfect. The service was a bit confusing, like not asking us if we'd first like apéritif and food coming before wine, but it was not a concern really bc the evening was enjoyable, ambiance great, staff very nice and food wonderful.

Nur Bestnoten, Essen (!!), Service (!!), Einrichtung (typisch Paris, außer der Lüftungsanlage. Das hätte man besser lösen können). Gerne wieder. Leider sind wir zu selten in Paris, sonst wäre das sicher eines unserer Lieblingsrestaurants.

Whether you’re a local or visiting, Allard is one of those MUST Dine location when in Paris. When you think of Traditional Parisian dishes, with a focus on ingredients and preparation, Allard will deliver 100%. The location is small and seating is very tight yet friendly. The services friendly and they offer suggestions when asked. The filet, the fish dish is a staple. Our daughter loved the strawberry and fresh whipped cream. And if you love a little kick to your dessert, the rum cake will be your new favorite. Reservations are required but well worth it.

very rude stuff very lazy I asked for one extra bread they refused me they didnt have many items on their menu they asked for a tip which is not mandatory in FRANCE since the service is included their beef fillet was the smallest in Paris it was 30gram with very avrage sauce also the beef even though was medium rate but was very tasteless and the restaurant its very average place nothing special and not very clean place by the way never again it was my first and last time!

Si le côté traditionnel du restaurant parisien est bien présent , il ne faut pas lever les yeux : d’horribles tuyaux parcourent le plafond er des sacs en tissus pendent !
Heureusement, les plats sont généreux et très bons mais le supplément gratin de coquillettes a 15€ c’est moyen …

Stay away tourist trap expensive restaurants with ugly old dirty decor and redicilous prices for filet de bouef you pay 54 euro and its literally one bite I had filet of beef and it was at least 200 gram not 20 gram the service also very bad I asked for extra bread they didnt serve me but they like to charge you 180 euro per person. Go somwhere else

Esperienza fantastica. Bellissima l'atmosfera del locale, si respira un'aria autenticamente parigina. Carta dei vini di livello e menù spettacolare. Abbiamo pranzato quì con la nostra bimba di 16 mesi, il gestore del locale ci ha gentilmente avvisati prima del nostro arrivo di non disporre di un seggiolino per bambini ma ha fatto il possibile per darci un tavolo adatto e appartato per farci trascorrere un'esperienza davvero piacevole con la nostra piccola, estremamente gentile. Assolutamente consigliato. Complimenti!

Service was mixed: despite having the only available reservation at 9:30 PM and arriving on time, we were immediately asked to place our order as the kitchen was closing in five minutes, which felt rushed and unwelcoming. There were no gluten-free options offered, nor was there any effort made to accommodate dietary needs. On a positive note, the wine selection was quite good.

Siamo arrivati con 10 minuti di anticipo rispetto alle 21.15 e ci hanno lasciato fuori dal ristorante al freddo fino alle 21.14 , il ristorante non era pieno! Il cameriere ci ha portato anatra invece di pollo. Contorni di verdure (cipolle e rape) immangiabili. Lasciato sul piatto praticamente tutto, nemmeno ci hanno chiesto se c’era qualcosa che non andava bene.

My wife and I have just come to Allard as first time since we heard about this restaurant. Fog legs, Escargot and Duck are popular here, so we follow them. They were fantastic and tasty.

Heavily leaning on past reputation tourist restaurant. Everything in there has seen better days, the wrinkled shirts of the waiters and the outdated menu. The wines are very expensive, even for Paris at the cheapest glass of red for 15€. The chicken was cooked well, the snails were very good, but the extra vegetables a complete waste of money. I did not like the compulsory pre filled in tip.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the space was charming and quaint. The menu items we enjoyed were expertly prepared and beautifully presented. We chose a great wine from the very nice list that complemented our dinner nicely.

Le service était très désagréable, on nous a demandé à plusieurs reprises de commander très précipitamment, une expérience certainement désagréable dans laquelle la conversation à table était continuellement interrompue par le personnel. A l'exception du jeune sommelier qui est très gentil et professionnel, le reste du personnel en salle n'est pas à mon avis à la hauteur pour un restaurant de ce niveau. Nous avons notamment été servis par une serveuse qui avait des manières assez brusques et qui, bien que je parlais français, s'adressait directement à mes invités en anglais avec des questions péremptoires telles que "pain ?" "fini?". Ne vaut pas l'argent demandé, totalement exagéré par rapport à l'expérience proposée
