we loved this place, as much for the warm welcome, as for the food. it was suggested we have a typical appératif of orange-flavoured Armagnac and champagne that was delicious and the rest of the neal went similarly. we were well-guided by the chef and the waiter, both very differently wonderful and by the end of the meal, had spoken with many of the other clients in the small, friendly room.

great was our disappointment to learn that they would be closing on the upcoming Sunday in order for the chef to take care of her health. she has trademarked the name, so if you ever see it again, it means she's returned for more good food and delightful dining experience!

Best meal of our Paris visit.
Duck is my favourite thing to eat, so my husband finding this place and making reservations for us was an act of true love.
We arrived a bit early and happily were able to be accommodated, this place is smaller, so be sure to make reservations.
The specialty pre-dinner cocktail sounded so inciting we decided to indulge and it was delicious and our meal hadn't even begun.
There were so many intriguing duck dishes on the menu that I had a bit trouble deciding what to get and I had been looking at the menu almost daily for over a month, carefully planning for the duck.
My husband got the foie gras to start and I went with the duck carpaccio as I've never had duck carpaccio before. We agreed to grant each other a taste so we could try more dishes.
The foie gras was smooth, rich and sooooo wonderful. I loved it.
The duck carpaccio, I will forever dream about. It was tender and had a melting quality that I'm not sure I understand. The hazelnut pieces and hazel nut oil brought a lovely texture and smell to the dish that complimented the thin slices of duck perfectly.
I had duck breast with honey and roasted apples which comes with potatoes while my husband went with duck confit.
Holy moly.
The duck breast was cooked to perfection, it was such a pleasure to not have to specify to the chef what my preference is, the chef knows best and it was the best. The colour was perfect, my duck breast was nicely sliced and beautfully arranged on the plate. I tasted a few of the pototes - delicious, crispy and perfect. We try to make these at home, but they've never been like that, we have new standards to aim for :D
My husband loved the duck confit and could only smile at how good the potatoes were.
My husband choose a wine that complimented our tastes and our food perfectly, we were very happy with the wine list.
Unfortunately, I was so filled with duck that I did not have room to try dessert.
The next time we are in Paris, we will visit here first, until then I will dream of these Parisian ducks.
Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience, we are so happy we visited you.

All about the duck! We went here last night and had an amazing meal. Started off with an aperitif suggested by the waiter, which was light and bubbly. I ordered the nightly special, which was a duck and pasta dish consisting of smoked duck, duck breast, and foie gras. My girlfriend had the duck with honey sauce. Both were incredible. The pasta dish was creamy and light. The foie gras was absolutely the star of the show, and we 100 per cent suggest trying it at least once. The pasta was fresh, and overall, it was just a perfect dish and perfect portion size. The honey glazed duck was cooked to perfection, and we were wiping up the sauce with bread because it was just that good. The potatoes and salad on the side were also very tasty.
We finished the meal with the creme brulee, which was so rich, smooth, and creamy. Then the waiter gave us a prune digestive shot, which was also delicious.
The three waiters were very professional and charismatic. We felt very tended to the entire time and never had to wait for service.
The small restaurant made for a very cosy and intimate atmosphere, definitely a spot for duos.
Overall, a must go restaurant when in paris, the quality of the food is beyond imagination, and the immaculate service ensures that this place will be recommended by us to anyone planning to visit Paris.

Good: Duck breast is wonderful. Sauce, salad, and duck are harmonious and perfect. :)
Bad: The space between tables is too narrow so that moving is uncomfortable a little bit. I got olive and bread when i asked while others got them as soon as they sit down. :(
