We absolutely loved our stay at the Jeu de Paume and cannot wait to plan a return trip! The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was like a calming ritual before each busy day on our itinerary and our suite was a perfect retreat for our family. Thank you for everything!

We booked the large, three room, second floor apartment for 6 nights. For two of us there was lots of room and it worked perfectly. If there were 4 or 5 people, the bathroom and other facilities would be stretched - for example only only one loo and and limited kitchen equipment. Furnishings and decoration would benefit from updating, but everything is more than adequate. Very comfortable (double - not twin) beds, and bedrooms on the courtyard so not noisy. We love the Ile St-Louis and it would be difficult to find anything better for our needs. We have stayed in every hotel on the Ile and we will definitely return. Relatively expensive for two people, but that was our choice. Very sensibly priced for four.

The hotel is indeed an island of tranquility. The staff are very attentive. Our room was fine but the shower could have been a bit better. A lovely hotel.

Our stay at Jeu De Plume was so lovely. What a charming environment with great ambiance. The staff were friendly and very helpful from giving us directions, taxi help, and an extra sheet for our bed. The sitting rooms and breakfast area were spacious and well outfitted. The JDP was one of our best hotel choices in our travels to Europe.

Room 7 was tired and the shower drain did not work. The other three rooms were excellent, clean and fresh! The staff was wonderful and we will be back!!!! Thank you!

Bathroom needs attention, especially around bath tub. Mould and disintegrating caulking. Evidence of water damage on bathroom drawer. Bit disappointing. Room 003. Hotel is otherwise lovely, staff wonderful in every way. It could be so much better with just a little closer attention to the area we mentioned. Fabulous location.
