We enjoyed your lovely hotel. We loved the service, breakfast and decor. The location on the island is just perfect for site seeing and for cozy dinners right near the hotel. We hope to be back soon!!

The heat was out in the apartment and it was quite cold. However, the manner with which management handled the situation was excellent providing access to alternate facilities and complimentary meals.

Lovely hotel -- I have stayed before. But the battered IKEA cabinets in Rm 211, one of which bangs against the wall, should be replaced. And the breakfast does not meet the standard -- the staff is very nice but should be better trained in terms of laying the tables before people arrive. The paltry display of cheeses and meats was sad. And no hotel of this quality should offer a pot of pre-made coffee with no apparent alternative.

The lobby is a great space to relax and read a book. My room faced the resturant area and the noise level woke me up each morning. However, overall my stay was excellent!

This hotel is in a terrific location. Our room heating cooling was inefficient, our bar fridge did not work, we reported it but was not looked at and we had to request ice everyday to have a cool drink in our room. The room also smells damp. I think the room was overpriced.

We loved everything about this hotel. Even though room was small it was cleverly designed with 2 closets. Loved the lobby and setting too.

We adored this hotel. Lovely staff, great well appointed rooms and great location. One tiny item for feedback is that our room had a small musty scent (from the mini fridge maybe?). It wasn’t concerning because the room was obviously so clean.
