Really enjoyed our stay at Le Burgundy. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and very quiet. We did request a street view but got a courtyard view which was only negative. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have a wonderful experience at Le Burgundy. The staff starting from the door men all the way to the housekeeping staff were amazing.
I also need to mention that from the time of my booking I was booked to stay at another hotel in the area I asked why should I stay at the Le Burgundy and the representative gave me all the key points of the Le Burgundy and I glad that I took the chance and made the right decision.

Our stay was excellent. All the staff from every department were very courteous and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was close to all the main shopping areas and have very easy access to public transportation.

Overall our stay was fine. We had a lot of trouble with the room key cards not working. I think we had four occasions when we couldn’t get access to our room & had to go down to the front desk to have the cards re-keyed. The phones in the room did not work so we had trouble ordering room service . I would have called for an ironing board, but the hassle wasn’t worth it. Also, there was no conditioner available in the room. I had to ask the front desk for it. In my experience staying at 4-5 star hotels, this is the first time I have ever had to ask. It should be available in all of the rooms!
The shower drain also smelled awful. It stunk up the entire bathroom. The only way to try remedy the problem was to periodically to run water. The staff was very hospitable and our dinner at the restaurant was fantastic. The ambiance could use a little work as it’s the same room where breakfast is served. Maybe a little music and light dimming. Last thing, the small burgers that they serve at the bar are not good, they were full of grissle . I don’t mean to only leave negative comments, but these are things that I feel need attention.

lovely hotel, prime location. breakfast concept a little confusing. would have been nice with a hot tube in spa area. great and friendly service, maybe a little over priced for drinks in bar and general value for money.

Everything about Le Burgundy is fantastic. The staff is attentive and responsive. The Concierge service is excellent-so helpful and quick to respond. The restaurant is excellent.
Our room was good, but the carpeting was a little dirty and tired, but it was a nice size and quiet.

The room / water / bathroom had a horrible smell the whole time we were there + gym was very run down. Hotel did not feel up to date enough for price.

Un bon séjour.
Toutefois, exigeant lors de séjour en hôtel 5 étoiles, voici mes suggestions. En effet j’attends plus d’un tel standing.
Vous avez la chance d’avoir un excellent pâtissier. Une pâtisserie d’accueil serait bien mieux que des panières de fruit.
La chambre (207) présente des défauts de peinture et la séparation de douche n’est pas étanche : inondation assurée.
Le spa est sommaire. De la musique relaxante serait appréciée. Le sauna dépassait à peine 60 degrés, sans eau disponible dans le seau.
Le hammam n’était pas fonctionnel (31/12/23) sans être signalé. De plus, pas de douche disponible à la sortie du sauna pour un rituel nordique …
Enfin, un service de couverture n’est passé qu’un jour sur 2 lors de notre séjour. Serait ce un oubli ?
Ne souhaitant pas rester sur des points négatifs :
L’accueil est bon, le service voiturier très bien (quoi qu’une recharge électrique prévue dans le service puisse être appréciable), le personnel d’une amabilité sans égal et le tea time exceptionnel. Nous avions l’habitude du chef Quinonero mais n’avons pas été déçu par la relève !

Personnel accueillant et avenant, cadre et décorations magnifiques, bar top, piscine superbe, (hammam sauna pourraient être plus chaud), le seul bémol est le petit déjeuner un peu restreint pour un 5etoiles (beaucoup de suppléments par exemple pour le saumon ; malgré présence d’un pâtissier pas beaucoup d’offres de pâtisseries à part cake et cookie).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence effective de la directrice qui salue aimablement les clients, qui est donc visible chose tellement rare dans l’hôtellerie ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité des portiers .
