We had a very pleasant stay and would expect to stay with you again when we next return to Paris.
That said, there was a problem with the air conditioning in our room 504 that we identified around our 4th day to the reception and it was not clear that anything was done about that during the remainder of our stay because it continued to misfunction (shut off). Fortunately it was not unduly hot during our stay but the failure to fix it over a couple of days was disappointing.

Great concierge stuff, kind and helpful
& many thanks to Mrnabeel & mr mohammed at front desk to their helpful & mr akram at door bell
Other than that im sorry to tell u that its the worst experinnce ever, since day 1 everything was dirty & towels were sucks ! We had 3 rooms everyday we had a story & complain and nothing change
Employee at restaurant specially at breakfast wasnt help ful wasnt friendly neither with adults nor with children

Un joli bar d'hôtel, au calme. Service sympathique, carte courte avec quelques plats intéressants (ravioles de canard) mais décevant en bouche, j'attendais mieux d'un hôtel de ce standing.

Tout a été parfait : affabilité et compétence du personnel, accueil chaleureux, ambiance cosy.
J’ai beaucoup apprécié un repas qui met en valeur autant les protéines que les légumes. Nous avons découvert des associations tout au long des plats qui ont fait pétiller nos papilles. Les vins ont été bien conseillés.
Je recommande vivement pour de grandes occasions.

there was a lot of noise in the room(s) above us at night for a couple of nights. it sounded like people were moving furniture for an extended period of time. the bed had a big ridge in the middle as if it were made of two mattresses of different heights. the breakfast service staff were not very attentive. also, more than once, a cleaning person came in or knocked at the door even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. however, the cleaning staff were very nice and we were delighted by the little treats of fruit that were given us. also the rooms were very nicely appointed and very clean.

Hôtel à la décoration soignée tant dans les espaces communs que dans la chambre. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée ainsi qu'au bar et au restaurant. Excellent repas au restaurant de l'hôtel. Situation très centrale.

Le Burgundy was wonderful! My family had two rooms for five nights and our stay was truly great. The staff was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about Paris. Their dining recommendations were excellent and the rooms are quite beautiful. I highly recommend Le Burgundy.

Excellente expérience. Une cuisine raffinée, inventive, subtile avec des associations de textures particulièrement réussies. Les entrees étaient exceptionnelles . Un cadre tres agréable dans la patio. Néanmoins nous aurions aimé des portions un peu plus importantes.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. The bar service, on Sunday night was a confused. Asked to change pasta sauce to the kids, but came with pesto. Also on room service menu, lack of options to the kids. hotel very comfortable and staff very friendly overall.

We had the MOST AMAZING experience ever. EVERYTHING was AMAZING. Every single staff member and every single person we encountered was the most helpful friendly wonderful. I cant say enough good things about everything and everyone !!!! CAnt wait to come back!!!

Le séjour s'est bien passé cependant quelques réserves à souligner :
- Machine à café dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas. Personnel à l'accueil informé à 17h30 avant que nous ne sortions. Un monsieur nous a dit prendre en charge notre demande mais machine toujours en panne à notre retour à 23h30.
- Room service sollicité à 23h30 pour commander une pizza. On nous indique que seules deux variétés sont finalement disponibles et différentes de celles mentionnées sur la Carte. Le monsieur au téléphone nous indique "Il ne reste que celles-ci de prêtes au frais" avec un bruit de plastique en arrière plan laissant supposer qu'elles sont surgelées. Nous nous sommes finalement rabattus sur un club sandwish.
- La porte coulissante entre la chambre et le salon était cassée, impossible donc la fermer.
Bref, je trouve que pour un 5 étoiles les prestations ne sont hélàs pas à la hauteur, surtout pour une Suite Junior.

I arrived and there was told there was no hot water until 8am the following morning. I could not shower in the evening (after a hot journey) or until quite late the next morning, given I needed to be at work for 8.45 hence did not really get time for breakfast. My office is very close by and I have recently taken over responsibility for overseeing it. I would like to stay with you again as I will be in Paris periodically but I would appreciate some form of gesture - perhaps a credit note for a % off the room next time?
