My wife and I had a very good experience with Le Burgundy. The staff and service was exceptional. The one issue we had was the amount of noise we heard each night while trying to sleep. This was throughout the middle of the night. Perhaps it was because it is such an old building or it was the location of our room, but it seemed as though we were above or below a service room where there was a sound of something rolling on the floor all night (as if a cart was being pushed). We managed to muffle the sound using an app (white noise) on my phone. After the first night, we didn’t know if we could complete our stay because the sound was so disruptive. It was also difficult to regulate the temperature of the room.

The menu for the room service is very limited from 6pm. It should have more choices at least until dinner time (10pm).
Breakfast was ok, but the variety could be improved compared to other hotels of this category

Location is amazing, perfect. Also the rooms, beds. We think the staff - specciay the morning staff - could be more friendly, efficient and available. They dont have much patience with the guests. Concierge could be more efficient too, more pro active.
in summary, compared to hotels of the same level, this hotel is below expectations in terms of service and staff.

A very, very nice hotel on a perfect place in the centre. nice staff, perfect room, cleaning very good !
We like this hotel very much and visit it many times, also the breakfast is very good, all the way PERFECT !!!

Hôtel très bien placé, quartier sympa animé et calme en même temps. Déçu par la chambre en terme technique et de propreté (Miroir, joint douche, coin, cheveux dans le lavabo). Le service du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique sur les deux journées. Très belle piscine, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu trouver une dispo pour un message mais ça c'est notre faute, nous aurions dû nous y prendre à l'avance.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans votre hôtel. Très belle découverte !
Joli espace piscine, belle literie, staff très gentil.
Les deux door man ( Eliam et son collègue) super attentionnés et motivés. Dommage pour le service de restauration limité le soir. Malgré la bonne intention de personnel, la carte est très limitée. Un grand merci a la femme de ménage qui a fait notre chambre pendant notre séjour( avec un bébé il avait plus de travail).

A wonderful hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and super comfortable, high level breakfast, housekeeping and team were very helpful and potent, and we also enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. We would certainly come back!

Location was perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathroom design was a bit weird where the toilet was across the hall from the shower, but acceptable. Hotel was clean and pretty.

We had a wonderful stay.
All staff were friendly and welcoming, and could not have been more helpful.
Rooms are elegant and comfortable (we stayed in a Junior Suite), the only slight negative was the noise from the nearby building works.
The location is fantastic, easy walking to many points of interest and plenty of choice nearby for food and shopping.
It was our first visit to Paris, and we will look forward to returning and staying here again.

Absolutely outstanding in every way. Beautiful boutique hotel in prime area. The service was excellent, and the staff spoke English perfectly.
No request went unanswered. Everyone always smiled and greeted us. The little extras in the room such as chocolates and postcards, nuts
were special. Our family of 4 was thrilled.
Thank you! I will recommend the hotel highly and have to our travel agent.

- Dommage que les clients de l’hôtel n’est pas accès privilégié à l’afternoon tea. Car nous n’avions pas reservé 15 jours avant.

The quality of food and service has gone down over the last year, while the price went up around 25-30%. Room service made mistakes on half the orders, the lobby bar removed all of their high quality drinks.

À l’arrivé nous avons reçu une chambre au 1e étage côté rue .. très belle chambre mais très mal isolé phoniquement ! Le bruit de la rue nous a perturbé le Someille .. nous avons demandé de changé de chambre et avons reçu une très belle à l’arrière côté cour .. les chambres côté rue doivent être isolés car les fenêtres laisse passer le bruit des travaux ou des chariots poubelle et linge …
