Horrible expérience, manque de professionnalisme de la part de ma manager , nous avons attendu 2h30 exactement pour nos plats qui ne sont jamais arrivés, pour nous annoncer que le cuisiner est tomber avec nos plats est qu’il reste plus rien . Du jamais vu . Nous nous somme retrouver à rester 3h dans l’attente sans manger. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro j’aurai mit zéro nous avons réserver au restaurant pour samedi soir pour commencer nous arrivons ont nous installe à une table à l’autre bout du restaurant prétextant notre retard de 10 minute ou j’ai bien prévenu au téléphone ensuite nous commandons j’attend 1h30 avec mes amies et m’inquiétant du temps d’attente je demande au serveur ou est notre commande et tout simplement ils nous dit que le cuisinier aurai fait tomber nos plat par terre et donc que maintenant la cuisine et fermer donc ont peu commander que des dessert c’est une premier mondial j’ai fait les 4 coins du monde premier fois j’entend une chose pareil personne ne m’a prévenu les serveurs ont bien servies des personnes arriver après nous donc je pense juste que nous avoir était victime de discrimination racial oui oui en 2024 à Paris ont subit encore ça je ne vais pas rester là et partager mon expérience sur tout les réseau sociaux j’ai demander à voir un responsable ont me balade et me dit qu’il n’est pas là où je ne sais quoi pire expérience de ma vie dans un restaurant français je précise chose que je devrait pas faire nous étions en escarpin et très bien habiller mais même si nous étions pas habiller de la sorte personne n’a à subir de la discrimination racial .

Horrible expérience. Cocktails sans alcool sans aucun goût pour 17eu , de l'eau aurait fait le job sauf qu'elle est facturée 8eu la demi bouteille !
Les plats sont d'une qualité médiocre. Aucun goût et présentation grossière. Nous en avons eu pour 700eu . A ce prix nous aurions mieux mangé dans un restaurant etoilé. Vraiment décevant.

Stayed at this boutique hotel for 4 days during our euro trip back in the summer. It’s a great location and there are many electric scooters nearby (back streets) available to book via app. Pick up and drop off by car was also very easy because the street was huge.

The hotel itself is nothing short of luxurious although the rooms are somewhat small. Dyson hair products are offered by request and they had the cutest house slippers!! There is a bar connected to the hotel downstairs that always seemed lively and bustling.

Le personnel est nul. La nourriture à désirer. La manager est mauvaise. On ne peut pas se prendre en photo. Même allumer ton flash tu ne peux pas le faire. RESTAURANT A ÉVITER.

Le Nolinski est sans hésiter une référence parmi les hôtels parisiens. Alliant confort et discrétion, cet établissement donne rapidement la sensation « d’être à la maison ». Propreté des chambres, raffinement, disponibilité du personnel et gentillesse de toute l’équipe. Bref tout est parfait. Situé à côté du métro Pyramides et proche d’une station de taxi, la localisation est parfaite que ce soit pour profiter des activités culturelles proches (opéra garnier, comédie française) ou faire une virée shopping. A noter également un excellent petit-déjeuner servi par une équipe admirable! Je recommande vivement!

Fantastic boutique hotel located on L'Avenue de l'Opera. I picked this hotel for its central location and sterling reputation and was not disappointed in the least. Stylish, well-appointed rooms, delicious restaurant, a cool lounge with live music, excellent bar and a small but terrific spa with a full-size heated pool in the lower level. Chic and classy we stayed here for my wife's 50th birthday and couldn't be happier. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly during our visit. We will definitely stay here again -- loved it!! My congratulations to the management for such flawless execution.

À l’origine, mes copines et moi avions l'habitude de dîner dans ce restaurant. Le personnel a toujours été très aimable avec moi, l'atmosphère est très agréable, et les plats sont vraiment savoureux.

En conséquence, j'ai opté pour la réservation d'une nuit pour célébrer l'anniversaire de ma mère. Nous avons adoré ! La superbe suite est extrêmement confortable tout en conservant ce caractère luxueux. Profitez d'une détente assurée avec un Spa d'une propreté irréprochable.

Je recommande totalement !!

Beautiful art deco hotel in the heart of Paris on the famous Avenue de l'Opera, we stayed for a week in the superior suite which had the classic Parisian balconies overlooking the 2nd arrondissement.

The location was perfect with walking access to the Louvre, the Jardin des Tuileries, the Palais Garnier and a leisurely stroll to Galeries Lafayette. It is also situated right above the Pyramides Metro Station, making travel across Paris a breeze.

The area was lively, full of cafes and boulangeries including an in house Nolinski boulangerie serving up an exceptional breakfast.

The Nolinski has all the creature comforts of a 5 star hotel, including indoor pool and sauna, gym and moody sitting room and cocktail lounge.

The room was spacious especially for Paris and the furnishings were decadent and juxtaposed with welcome modern touches like bluetooth speakers and a smart television. The room service was impeccable, the turn down service was very welcome, returning to a surprise snack or gift every night.

I would not hesitate to book another stay when I return to Paris.

Excellent hotel with a lovely spa. Staff is very helpful, changed one of our rooms because we didn’t like the particular setting of that room. The restaurant and bar are also very good. Would highly recommend staying here

A good but somewhat 'formal' hotel with excellent pool, hammam, and sauna. The rooms are very quiet despite being next to a busy road, room decor is a little tacky / over the top, and sadly there are is no coffee (even just Nespresso) or tea (kettle) in the rooms yet. Staff are unfailingly professional and very courteous.
