Nolinski Paris Spa - I am in town from California visiting my best friend in Paris and we decided to splurge and spend more than we usually do on our favorite facial to experience this renowned luxurious spa that uses myBlend products. I have heard wonderful things about the caliber of this hotel so we assumed the services offered would match. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement of how underwhelmed and shocked we were by the lacking service. This place did not deliver on their own description of The Expert 90 minute facial that we each booked. There was no skin diagnosis or expert advice offered, I learned nothing as a result of this treatment, and waited a few days after in hopes that the promised results needed some time to glow through. None of that happened. Even getting water after our services seemed like a mission, we each asked for water several times and it took almost 15 minutes to come to us (there was no self-serve water). |Spare yourself the high price tag and disappointment and go to Caudalie or Biologique Recherche instead - aside from being more affordable, the experience/service is lovely and expert diagnosis and guidance is unparalleled. I was unimpressed and will not be returning to Nolinski for any services, I recommend you do the same.

We found the room and amenities to be amazing(the steam room was my favorite). And the restaurant was unbelievable. I'm not sure we have ever had as consistently good and accommodating service. Also, the location was amazing. We could see the Louvre from our window. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. "BigBus" is directly outside, which we went ahead and bought a day pass, allowing us to tour all of the major attractions. You can hop on and off as your please. If you are visiting Paris and want to see all of the monuments, malls, gardens, and the Opera, I recommend staying here!

Je voulais réserver une table pour le restaurant mais le manager n'avait pas "le temps" pour moi et m'a demandé de rappeler un autre jour et cela en raccrochant directement après me l'avoir dit. Je n'avais même pas le temps de répondre et d'obtenir des explication.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Nolinski Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience fell far below expectations. The receptionist at check-in, Pierre Louis, was noticeably rude and unwelcoming, which left a poor first impression.

The room itself was also in unacceptable condition — the carpet was dirty, the door didn’t open properly, and we had to replace our key cards within the first hour of checking in. Additionally, both the bathroom sink and shower were leaking, which made our stay even more uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, it has now been over three weeks since our departure, and our deposit has still not been refunded. We have tried reaching out multiple times, but no one has responded.

Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standards we expected, and we would not recommend Nolinski to anyone looking to enjoy a pleasant stay in Paris — there are certainly better options available.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir le spa de l’Hôtel Nolinski, avenue de l’Opéra, à travers deux soins « Douceur » de 80 minutes, assurés respectivement par une thérapeute femme et un thérapeute homme. Une expérience hautement qualitative, alliant technicité, écoute et délicatesse, dans un cadre à la fois confidentiel et apaisant.

La piscine intérieure, que nous avons eu le privilège de découvrir sans aucun autre client, renforce cette impression de luxe discret. Le hammam et le sauna complètent parfaitement le parcours bien-être.

Nous avons prolongé cette parenthèse par un Tea Time au bar de l’hôtel, un espace élégant et cosy. Le dessert était parfaitement exécuté, la boisson chaude excellente, mais après une expérience spa aussi remarquable, nous aurions attendu un accord un peu plus abouti pour atteindre le niveau d’excellence global. Il a manqué un petit supplément d’âme pour que tout soit parfaitement aligné.

Une très belle adresse pour s’offrir une échappée parisienne, alliant soin du corps, calme absolu et atmosphère feutrée.

An amazing Welcome, and it was truly amazing that EVERY member of staff were welcoming, happy and helpful throughout our stay. Amazing breakfast!! Check out the laminations in the Pastries!|The General Manager’s welcoming letter promised they were going to make our stay result in us thinking of the Nolinski our Paris home. There is NO DOUBT that when we next stay in Paris it will be at the Nolinski, so in short they succeeded! We’ll be back!

I’m currently staying at Nolinski Paris and unfortunately, my first impression has been tainted by the poor attitude of the manager on duty during my check-in.

I arrived early, around 11 AM, after a long journey and politely asked if it would be possible to get an early check-in. The receptionist at the front desk was incredibly kind, professional, and did everything he could to assist me. I was told that while they couldn’t confirm an early check-in right away, the room should be ready by 2 PM. Which I completely understood.

When I returned at 2 PM to check again, the same receptionist once again was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went to the back to check with his manager about the room status. What I heard next shocked me.

The manager, speaking in French (which I understand), responded rudely to the receptionist and made inappropriate and unprofessional remarks about me. It was not only unnecessary but completely unacceptable behavior from someone in a leadership role at a luxury hotel.

While the front desk staff truly deserve recognition for their courtesy and professionalism, the manager’s disrespectful and unprofessional attitude has left a very bad impression on my first night here. I expected much better from a hotel of this caliber.

This hotel is amazing!! It is a boutique style hotel- not too big and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is wonderful. We were upgraded upon arrival to a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious. There is a beautiful spa with a swimming pool and sauna for use. We appreciated the little touches in the room: the first night we had 2 melatonin pills on our bed to help us sleep through the jet lag, the bidet toilet, the second turn down service each day, a happy anniversary cake, a happy birthday balloon, the blackout shades, and the best part of all is that you can request the Dyson Airwrap, or Airstraight to your room whenever. Also, all the rooms have Dyson hair dryers which are the best. The bed was extremely comfortable (probably one of the best we have stayed in), and the shower products were great. You are also able to use an LED mask during your stay. The service was excellent- every staff member made sure we were comfortable and were very friendly. The breakfast was great too! Location of the hotel: excellent and in walking distance to all the major attractions. 10/10 recommend!!

A stay at the Nolinski Paris has been on our list for years. We could NOT have been more disappointed. The most disappointing was the room. It was very small and was packed with too much furniture. The entire hotel smelled like some scent that was trying cover up an odor. This perfume was also in our room and we figured out a way to plug the fragrance diffuser. When we checked in we were asked to confirm our dinner reservation at the hotel. When we went to check in for dinner, the dining room was being setup for an event. When we inquired they told us that the restaurant was closed. I get they need to make money and take on a big event, but here's what good looks like Nolinski staff --> you tell your customer that the restaurant had a change in plans and then you book your customer a reservation at another reputable restaurant in Paris. Extremely poor customer service. For future travelers, check your bill closely. We were charged for drinks at the bar that we did not have. The desk clerk insisted he was going to charge us and we asked for proof. He pulled out a ticket that was signed by someone else and they spelled our last name wrong. We were told by the staff they were sorry and the GM would send us a message. Haven't heard from anyone so far. Avoid this hotel. It is not worth the money.

Good service. Delicious restaurant. All the famous sights are nearby. Great concierge service. There is a swimming pool and a sauna.

Je suis simplement venue pour un massage californien. Je souhaitais un moment de détente suite à un accouchement quelques mois plus tôt. C’est une extrême déception. Étant une habituée et une adepte de ce soin. Je pense être tombée sur une personne qui ne me correspondait pas du tout.

Pour commencer à mon arrivée très bon accueil chaleureux. Ensuite rencontre de la masseuse et en quelques secondes, elle me dit qu’elle a lu la feuille de renseignements et que même si je ne souhaite pas qu’elle masse le ventre, elle le fera quand même. Ça commence bien .. je ne me sens pas en confiance pour m’exprimer. Elle manque de délicatesse dans ses paroles, est très speed pour m’accompagner jusqu’à la salle. J’ai eu froid pendant le soin. La musique ne fonctionnait pas, elle a mis sur son téléphone et a dû relancer la playlist 4 fois pendant 1heure. J’entendais tout ses déplacements… bien désagréable et aucunement un moment où j’ai pu décrocher … Poursuivons avec le soin : Bien trop tonique !!! Sa manière de m’accueillir correspond à sa manière de masser. Appui trop important malgré lui avoir signalé ! Elle adoucit puis recommence des mouvements aussi rapide et appuyés qu’au début … elle est faite pour d’autres types de massages mais à ma connaissance californien c’est un modelage, c’est doux, calme, agréable.
Je suis ressortie raide et avec des courbatures le lendemain !!! Le cauchemar … résultat mon conjoint m’offre un massage ailleurs pour me réconcilier avec ce soin que j’aimais tant avant cette mauvaise expérience.
Je n’ai même pas osé lui transmettre mon ressenti étant donné qu’elle me coupait la parole. J’ai menti lorsqu’elle m’a demandé si j’avais aimé en faisant un petit hochement de tête. Lorsqu’elle m’a proposé de rester prendre un verre j’ai dis que mon conjoint m’attendait pour fuir au plus vite …

Had an amazing spa experience today. Both Facility and services are top notch. Special thanks to my masseur Sophie who fixed my shoulder pain, feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended.

Nolinski Paris - Evok Collection is a fantastic hotel with a super convenient location—right in front of Pyramides, where you can take Line 14 to Orly in just 30-40 minutes. We were warmly welcomed by Maria, who was friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room interior was beautifully designed, comfy, and well-maintained. A unique perk is the option to loan a LED mask for 30 minutes a day, which was a nice touch!

The highlight of the hotel is definitely the swimming pool—so don’t forget to bring your swimsuit! ????‍♀️✨

However, there were a couple of downsides. First, there’s no gym, which we would have expected from a 5-star hotel. Second, there’s no in-room tea or coffee, only room service, which felt like a small letdown. Overall, though, it was a great stay, and we’d still recommend it for its comfort and location!

Le diner d'hier avec mes parents et ma copine a été mémorable. Le service de Nicola et Giulia parfait: ils ont été très souriants et professionnels. La qualité de la nourriture et des boissons a été à la hauteur du prestige de l'établissement. Nous y reviendrons sans doute bientôt, et le conseillerons à nos connaissances à la recherche d'une expérience culinaire unique.

The Nolinski Paris offers an intimate boutique experience with refined touches and exceptional design, but it doesn’t fully deliver the seamless 5-star package many luxury travelers expect.

The entrance is understated, lacking the grandiosity of larger luxury establishments like the Hôtel de Crillon, but once inside, Nolinski’s charm takes over. From the luxurious signature scent that greets you at check-in to the personalized service, the hotel excels at creating an atmosphere of refined elegance.

One of Nolinski’s most remarkable features is the personalized guest service. Staff members knew my name throughout my stay, adding a warm, exclusive touch. When they answered the phone, they were efficient and accommodating. However, calls often went unanswered, leading to moments of frustration. This inconsistency detracted from an otherwise excellent level of care.

Breakfast at Nolinski is a blend of highs and lows. The in-room breakfast service, available until noon, is served on an elegant silver tray, complete with beautiful pastries and a delightful selection of jams. While the presentation feels luxurious, the hot food options are limited, and the quality of what’s available didn’t meet the high expectations set by the rest of the experience.

The hotel’s thoughtful extras add to its charm. High-end appliances, like Dyson products—including the sought-after Airwrap—are available on request, as are tea sets, coffee makers, and steamers. While it’s nice that these items can be delivered, the need to request them—and sometimes wait for them—can feel like an inconvenience. The branded steel water bottles provided at check-in are a lovely touch, refillable with sparkling or still water upon request, combining sustainability with luxury.

The room design is a standout feature. With a practical and elegant layout, the toilet is located near the entry, separate from the shower and vanity, creating a seamless flow. Plush bedding and a spacious balcony add to the indulgent atmosphere, and the minibar is beautifully curated.

The location is another highlight, putting guests within walking distance of many iconic Parisian attractions. Nolinski makes an excellent base for exploring the city.

There are, however, notable downsides. The absence of a gym was surprising, though the hotel does feature a spa, which I didn’t have the chance to explore. (Reviews suggest it’s a highlight worth visiting.) Additionally, the noise from plumbing—water running through pipes in the ceiling and walls—was noticeable and detracted from the serene environment one expects in a luxury hotel.

A memorable touch was the parting gift, which included a bottle of their signature home spray, allowing guests to take home the sophisticated scent of the hotel. However, I regret not checking the contents of the gift beforehand—it ended up flagging me at airport security, which was an inconvenient end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

In conclusion, Nolinski Paris provides a chic and stylish boutique experience with beautifully designed rooms, personalized service, and a prime location. However, the limited amenities, inconsistent phone service, and underwhelming hot breakfast options make it difficult to justify the premium price point. While the thoughtful details, such as parting gifts and high-end appliances, add a layer of luxury, the overall experience feels incomplete compared to other 5-star options in Paris. For those seeking a truly seamless and indulgent stay, there may be better options for the price.

For us this is for sure the best hotel in Parijs.

Magnifique hôtel parfaitement situé dans le centre de Paris. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien isolées. Le personnel est particulièrement bienveillant, un grand merci à Pierre-Louis pour l’accueil, à Jeaneth pour le service au restaurant et Nicola pour sa gentillesse à l’occasion du petit déjeuner. C’était merveilleux.

OK hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff.|Only a few bathroom accessories. The pool is way too cold, almost unusable. Sauna is cold, steam room is super nice, but do not book this holtel because of pool (too cold). Missing breakfast buffet, limited inclusive ala carte breakfast

This is one of our favorite hotels in Europe. It’s not the most glamorous but that’s why you go. Understated, peaceful, and calm luxury in a busy lovely sometimes chaotic city. The underground spa is worth a trip to Paris in and of itself. You just can’t beat the experience for the price. Have stayed 5+ times and would recommend again and again!
