Firstly we had no issues with cleanses or bugs despite other reviews, however agreed the room small and the bathroom exceptionally small. plus side a good breakfast and the location can't be fault.

We strongly advise AGAINST considering this hotel for your stay, as it puts you at significant health and financial risks due to a BEDBUG INFESTATION. Our experience with the staff was extremely DISAPPOINTING and the staff revealed to be very DISHONEST, with little regard for customer well-being.

Upon arrival on February 29th, 2024, my friend and I discovered a bedbug in the toilet a few hours after arrival. We promptly informed the hotel reception, seeking a refund and immediate departure. The presence of bedbugs is not only a severe health concern but also carries financial implications for affected individuals.

The hotel staff blatantly disregarded the seriousness of the situation, repeatedly denying the problem despite clear evidence in form of pictures and videos. For instance, when a staff member “inspected” the room alone and claimed it was bug-free, we later discovered the bedbug still present upon returning for a forgotten item. Such blatant dishonesty not only put the health of guests at high risk but also perpetuates the spread of bedbugs to unsuspecting travelers' homes.

Despite our request for a refund, the staff insisted on delaying the process, citing the need for consultation with management. However, their promises proved hollow, as we remained without a resolution days later, with attempts to reach them futile. This lack of accountability and communication further underscores the hotel's untrustworthiness.

In summary, this hotel's negligence regarding the bedbug infestation and dishonest handling of customer concerns make it an UNNACEPTABLE choice for accommodation.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and well-being.

To begin, the hotel's location on back roads, resembling the less favourable parts of Paris, was disheartening. The ongoing building works next door made it challenging to sleep, compounding the negative impression. The room sizes were unacceptably small, with smudged walls and uncleaned floors, contributing to an overall unpleasant atmosphere.

The communal areas were equally disappointing, emanating a persistent and unpleasant odor, forcing me to cover my nose consistently. It was evident that these shared spaces, including the lift, were not adequately cleaned. The lift's tiny size created a substantial inconvenience, as my boyfriend and I struggled to fit ourselves and our luggage inside.

While the location had its merits in terms of proximity to attractions, the overall look and aesthetic of the hotel did not meet my expectations. Our balcony overlooked a side road with ongoing roadworks, further diminishing the quality of our stay.

On the second day, our experience took a turn for the worse as we were rudely awakened by a fire alarm at 9 am, persisting for about 15 minutes. To add to our frustrations, the shower was flooded, rendering it unusable. Despite seeking assistance from the staff, no one came to help us rectify the issue, leaving us feeling neglected and disappointed.

On our last day, the electricity in the hotel was cut off from around 9:30 am until we departed for our flight. This power outage left us in near darkness, severely hampering our ability to pack our luggage efficiently. The lack of light not only delayed our departure but also added unnecessary stress to the end of our trip.

Despite the multitude of issues we encountered during our stay, including the aforementioned electricity cut, the unsanitary conditions of both our room and the communal areas, the inadequate response to a flooded shower, and being subjected to a distressingly unwarranted fire alarm, the hotel staff's unwillingness to offer any form of compensation was deeply disappointing. This lack of acknowledgment and remediation speaks volumes about the customer service and operational standards of your hotel.

I had hoped for a resolution or at the very least, some form of acknowledgment of the discomfort and inconvenience we experienced. However, this final oversight has solidified my decision to never return to your hotel. It is imperative that you address these serious concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

The combination of these adverse experiences has unfortunately overshadowed any positive aspects of your hotel's location and has compelled me to share my experience with others to inform them of the potential issues they may face.

I strongly urge your team to consider the feedback of your guests more seriously and to implement necessary changes to avoid such unfortunate incidents in the future.

Rooms are clean but small. Bathroom is basically a cupboard with a shower. No kettle or hospitality tray. Mini bar is downstairs near reception and is poorly stocked. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Staff very helpful. Area leaves a lot to be desired. As a couple I felt OK but if I was on my own I wouldn't feel safe. Met a mum and daughter at the hotel and they didn't dare venture out at night. Some nice bistros and restaurants nearby. Nord-Sud, le village are both very good. Metro very close. Would not return

Très satisfaits ! Personnel agréable et efficace, chambre propre, calme et fonctionnelle. Tout proche du métro dans un quartier populaire et commerçant. Nous y reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation.

Bett sauber und gemütlich. Das war die Hauptsache. Für uns war es für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen, Bad und Zimmer recht klein. Große, gute Handtücher, freundliches Personal, sauber. Für den Preis war es in Ordnung, wenn man nicht viele Ansprüche hat.

In case anyone else had a similar question. Our office will be using a different hotel when we send representatives to Paris in the future. Customer service is a frustrating industry to work in, but this type of behavior is unacceptable.

Vi rejste med håndbagage så var det Ok med værelse og elevator.
Området til højre for hoteludgang er font men der står en del mænd ude på gaden når man går til Venstre. Vi oplevede intet dårligt men det så lidt mærkeligt ud.
Kunne godt bo her igen.

J’ai été très très déçu,l’hôtel ne correspond pas du tout au photos, j’ai sélectionné une chambre et elle ne m’a visiblement pas été attribué, du moins si c’est le cas bah rien à voir avec les photos. La salle de bain est minuscule mais vraiment si vous avez une morphologies assez fortes vous pouvez oublier la douche, cependant le lit était très confortable, difficile d’apprécier l’hôtel vu son emplacement. Le point positifs est que le réceptionniste a été très agréable.

A great place to stay similar to a room at premier inn, be aware the lift is for two people so make a few trips with baggage.
The Area is nervy of a night with groups of men gathering being rowdy. Be safe! Metro is close by .

I have booked the room directly from their website. And the check-in in at 3pm and I got an email that my reservation has been cancelled at 1.30pm . This is absurd. And when I try to rebook, it shows no availability. Worst experience.

Les --: Personne ne nous a prévenu quand nous avons réservé: pas de petit déj' car des travaux sont en cours, mais proposition d'un remplacement par un petit plateau de boulangerie.

Chambre minuscule et sombre donnant sur une cour sinistre, personnel d’hotel inexistant, la climatisation dans la chambre était défectueuse

We booked this hotel for the Paris Olympics in August 2024. We made the reservation in good time, in February 2023. The price was 298 Euros per night with free cancellation until 22 July 2024. No deposit was required.
Suddenly, in October 2023 (8 months after the booking) we received an email cancelling our reservation without explanation. When we objected. the hotel claimed that the guarantee we had provided (credit card) was invalid. Knowing this was not true, we objected and asked the hotel to provide evidence of this, which they failed to do. The hotel accidentally sent us an internal email showing that this did not only happen to us but also to other guests.
Our room was subsequently advertised on the hotel's website at a much higher price and only available as a non-refundable booking. Clearly, the hotel decided to cancel all early bookings for the Olympics regardless of the costs to the guests. It is now much more difficult and expensive to find accommodation for this period.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here while visiting Paris. It was perfect for our needs. All the staff were very friendly, daily cleaning of our room was great, breakfast was so good. The street that it is on feels a bit sketchy, dozens of men standing on the sidewalks smoking during the evening. We had no problem with the men as we passed but I wouldn't walk there at night alone as a woman. Leaving the hotel and walking the road in the opposite direction had a safer feel. The price was great and we will definitely stay there again.
