My cocktail dropped on myself, no apologies or assistance, according to the waiter: "it's only water".
Right after that we had to confirm the starter order, claiming a technical printer issue...
Main course served before clearing the table from the starters, we had to move the empty plates by ourselves to get more space and comfort.
We asked several times for bread and finally had to get it by ourselves, in addition we asked for water and never got it.
The melted Camembert was too cold and poor in quality (you can believe me as I'm from
Normandy).
Mistake on the main course order, finally after having insisting we had a Tartare without the dressing due to the fact the kitchen was closed, it was not an option to prepare French fries especially for us, once again no apologies... The Tartare was anyway too salted to be eatable.
The scallops were incredibly small and overcooked.

Mice were running through the restaurant, according to the manager it is not at all an issue.
We decided to leave before ending the main course. Claiming to the director, we faced a condescending behaviour and the manager preferred leaving in the comfort of denial and refused to grant us any commercial gesture.
Outrageous!
