A découvrir.

The Saint-Honoré was terrible. The taste was off, and the cream had probably turned. Additionally, the service was equally disappointing. The staff was inattentive and unhelpful, making the overall experience unpleasant.
We reported our experience to the store , and the answer was even worse. At Patisserie KL, I found that they dismiss any form of criticism and their client service leaves much to be desired.
I do not recommend visiting this patisserie. Save your time and money by choosing a different spot for your pastry cravings.
I go in and we're looking what's there, my son gets excited and starts calling the lady out madame madame. I told him not to call out like that, we will try and get a place to sit and the lady was like oh we are closed for sit in. It is 5:30pm now. I'm like oh are you. She said yes but you can do take out. I was like hmm I don't know I really wanted to sit and enjoy but my son was eyeing the éclair and was like I want one. I was like we can go else where. I asked the lady hey do you do drinks for take away too. She goes what are you after?I was like tea or coffee. Then she proceeded to tell me ' no that's closed too now but franprix is next door' . I told her, I'm not interested in that.
I came out of the door, as I was leaving I saw the back of the sign for the shop hours, I then looked at the opening hours and it is open until 6:30pm. I checked on Google, I checked on their website, sure enough that's the hours. I was first of all left very shocked, but also you kind of gaslight yourself into thinking it is not what you think it is, aka r@cism or some kind of discrimination.
Imagine this, on the night of the opening night of Olympics when paris is flooded with tourists and this employee was essentially saying no by simply looking at me.
We are big desserts and chocolate fans, and try such places wherever we travel. This being in the 17th so close to where we live, could have Been a place I'd frequent with my family and my friends. But sure enough, this is the end of it and I'll be sure to spread the word to everyone to avoid this place at all cost. If it isn't good enough for us to sit in, it isn't good enough for our money to be spent here!!!!
I'm actually upset that I bothered to spend a penny here after this really leave a horrible taste in your mouth experience.
Thank you Kevin for responding, but an apology doesn't rectify the root cause issue. I'm really curious what will be done on your part to address that this sort of thing doesn't happen again? I'm still not sure why I was discriminated because your response below proves I was indeed discriminated as you are admitting that the shop doesn't close at 530. Was I discriminated because I'm not white, or wax it that the lady thought I cannot afford the place or was it because i came in with a child? Or any other form of discrimination?
It is important for you as a business to train your employees properly in customer service and also in diversity and inclusion training especially because this happened on the opening night of the Olympics, thousands of tourists will be flocking to Paris. Your location is in a very heavy expat area plus tourists will drop by. If you'd sort of behaviour continues by your employees, it will yield significant loss to your business, which I assume you have put your heart and soul into.
Also, it was not both the ladies I talked with but just the one manning the till, dark hair, big glasses.
Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you.
I arrived at 525pm,not 550pm. As I've stated earlier.
