Hôtel près de la tour Eiffel dans un quartier vivant équipé de chambres à la déco classique, patio servant de jardin d'été.
Cet hôtel est très recherché par les touristes car il n'est pas très loin de la tour Eiffel, dans un quartier vivant où l'on trouve de très bons restaurants et à tous les prix. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais elles sont toutes desservies par un ascenseur. La décoration se veut classique mais pas ringarde et de belles couleurs or et rouge ornent les murs. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'ambiance ensoleillée de la salle à manger meublé de façon contemporaine ou dans le petit patio qui sert de jardin d'été.

From the moment of check-in, I encountered issues. I asked the receptionist to use my Accor points for the booking, but she admitted she didn’t know how to process them. She assured me her colleague would handle it and asked me to pay the full amount upfront, including the value of the points. I trusted the matter was taken care of. However, at check-out, I was informed that the points were never applied, and I was asked to pay the remaining balance. Despite my frustration, I was told the manager would be contacted. Thankfully, the next day I received an email confirming I would be refunded, which I appreciated.
Additionally, I had booked a double room but was given a twin. When I went back to reception to ask for a change, the receptionist appeared visibly annoyed and even used inappropriate language (“merd*”), which I found unprofessional. Though she did provide a double room, it seemed unprepared, as a housekeeping staff entered the room with towels just minutes after I arrived, without knocking or apologizing.
Breakfast was another disappointment. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and has experience with Ibis Styles, I felt the breakfast offering was below the brand’s usual standard. The selection was limited and the atmosphere lacked warmth. The only highlight was the fresh orange juice machine.
On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and offers great potential. However, better service, attention to detail, and staff professionalism are needed to bring the experience in line with what guests expect from the Accor brand.
