Leí que mucha gente se queja del poco espacio, y realmente lo es, pero a pesar de ellos son cómodas la habitaciones y la cama genial, la atención y servicio muy buena.

Solo quiero manifestar una queja respecto al desayuno, que es muy rico y abundante. Salvo por la maleducada que atiende en desayunador, mezquina la cosas, cuando uno va a pedir algo por ejemplo una taza limpia porque no hay rezonga y pone mala cara, pone poco pan y lo mezquina si se pide mas. La verdad una MALEDUCADA y muy poco gentil un desastre

Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng bù lại ở ngay trung tâm, gần ga tàu nên thuận tiện đi lại. Gia cũng khá cao so với tiện nghi trong phòng.

Ogolnie prawdziwy paryski styl, male i waskie pokoje. Idealne na 1 lub 2 noce, blisko atrakcji jak Wieza Eiffla i stacji metra gdzie mozna dostac sie wszedzie bardzo szybko. Sniadania ok. Jedynie czego nie moglem zrozumiec to robienie kopii dokumentow gosci. Nie wyrazilem zgody na robiebie takich rzeczy poniewaz te dane mozna przepisac w obecnosci pracownika recepcji. W czasach gdzie takie informacje sa cenne troche nie na miejscu taka sytuacja. Chcialbym nadmienic ze nie jest to moja pierwsza wizyta w grupie hotelowej i albo nikt nie pyta o ID albo sprawdzaja tylko czy to jest ten gosc ktory ma byc.

The room was clean however there was a very strong, unpleasant smell. It was quite small with no cupboard and only two hangers... There was also an issue with the shower (the water was not being adequately evacuated)

We had booked a double but instead got a room with three separate beds; not the romantic stop over we had planned… very disappointing. The hotel decor is rather bizarre and tacky.

Good location. There’s no air conditioning though, just an exhaust-like fan. Room is also quite small but I guess for a budget hotel, it’s a standard in Paris. I was asked to pay for city tax even though it’s already included on the payment I made prior to checking in.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.

From the moment of check-in, I encountered issues. I asked the receptionist to use my Accor points for the booking, but she admitted she didn’t know how to process them. She assured me her colleague would handle it and asked me to pay the full amount upfront, including the value of the points. I trusted the matter was taken care of. However, at check-out, I was informed that the points were never applied, and I was asked to pay the remaining balance. Despite my frustration, I was told the manager would be contacted. Thankfully, the next day I received an email confirming I would be refunded, which I appreciated.

Additionally, I had booked a double room but was given a twin. When I went back to reception to ask for a change, the receptionist appeared visibly annoyed and even used inappropriate language (“merd*”), which I found unprofessional. Though she did provide a double room, it seemed unprepared, as a housekeeping staff entered the room with towels just minutes after I arrived, without knocking or apologizing.

Breakfast was another disappointment. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and has experience with Ibis Styles, I felt the breakfast offering was below the brand’s usual standard. The selection was limited and the atmosphere lacked warmth. The only highlight was the fresh orange juice machine.

On a positive note, the hotel’s location is excellent and offers great potential. However, better service, attention to detail, and staff professionalism are needed to bring the experience in line with what guests expect from the Accor brand.

Had a wonderful stay. Aca the manager and all the staff accross the different service areas were incredibly helpful, polite approachable and engaging. The rooms are clean and the endless supply of tea & croissants at the recetption was very welcome. The hotel is cwntrallt located within short distance ofcthe main attractions. Accessible by both public transport or within walking distance for those who prefer walking. I will definirely highly recommend it to friends and family.

El baño donde uno se baña muy pequeño ....solo eso le encontré de negativo a este hotel

the room was quite small and we had to deposit our lugage under the bed to can walk around, but it was clean and close to the next metro station. Perfect for 2-3 days daytrip not beeing long at the room only for sleeping.

Boa estadia mas pequeno almoço extremamente fraco. Assim que se aproxima a hora de fechar não repõem a comida e quase que nos mandam embora, empregada pouco simpática, fiquei extremamente desagradada com o pequeno-almoço.

I stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast. I booked a twin bed - I would say the room is quite small. Not sure if this is the style for Paris. The bathroom was super small, there is one bottle for everything - shampoo, body wash, hand wash, you name it! I got here early and was surprised that the "keep my luggage" was not free! They gave me a key to enter the locker room where I had to rent 1 locker for my luggage - I guess this is safer as it is locked. The breakfast was decent, there are 2 stations of the same thing - but this can get boring after a couple of days. Fresh croissants, bread and madeleines daily.

Environment
Very convenient to the station, just a few minutes away and only needs 1 transfer to get on the train to the airport. Very walkable to Eiffel tower, around 15 mins walk. There is a bar downstairs but also a number of places around that is easily accessible. The supermarket is 8mins walk

Niceness of the staff
It may be the paris behaviors.. I wouldn't except the top of the top service. It was okay....

Absolut enttäuschend! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine Katastrophe und endete mit einem sofortigen Wechsel nach der ersten Nacht.
Trotz dass die Zimmer teilweise renoviert sind, ist der Zustand miserabel. Die Badewanne war undicht, sodass das Bad nach dem Duschen unter Wasser stand und das Wasser tropfte unten am Siffon heraus. Noch schlimmer war die Deckenverkleidung, die an mehreren Stellen nicht geschlossen war und die darunterliegende Isolierung freilegte (sah aus wie Astbest Wolle). Ein unschöner und unhygienischer Anblick!
Auch der Boden im Zimmer schien seit Tagen nicht mehr gewischt worden zu sein. Die Krönung war die Klimaanlage: Deren Filter war offensichtlich stark verdreckt, und im Schacht lag loses Abdeckungs- und Isolierunsmaterial herum.
Wir mussten sage und schreibe drei Mal das Zimmer wechseln, in der Hoffnung, endlich ein sauberes Zimmer zu bekommen. Doch leider wurden wir jedes Mal aufs Neue enttäuscht. Keines der Zimmer entsprach ansatzweise unseren Erwartungen an Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung.
Der Frühstücksraum war eine Saunalandschaft, es wurde so warm, dass schon beim Betreten dessen ein sofortiger Schweißausbruch über einen kam. Hier standen Kühlschrank und Backofen mit drin und heitzen ordentlich zu. Eine wirklich Zumutung. Meinen Kaffee habe ich mir woanders geholt, da ich dort kurz vorm Kollabierem stand. Auch andere Gäste haben sich am Nebentisch über die Zustände im Zimmer beschwert und waren unzufrieden.
Die Fotos, die auf Booking.com etc. vom Zimmer und vom Frühstücksraum präsentiert wurden, hatten absolut nichts mit der Realität zu tun. Die tatsächlichen Zustände waren weitaus schlechter und ließen jeglichen Anspruch an die Gesundheit vermissen.
Angesichts dieser unzumutbaren Zustände haben wir uns entschieden, das Hotel nach der ersten Nacht sofort zu verlassen. Dieses Hotel ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen und sein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist eine Frechheit.

This hotel is nice and there was a mixed experience. It was a good location, close to stations, nice street and near a supermarket.
Plus the rooms usually are nice, budget friendly and perfect stay.
I only had a few problems, like the AC not working and the TV being a little misleading, the reception were understanding and helped but it was a problem in the night. The breakfast services were satisfying and good. The rooms and bathrooms are good and satisfying, decent experience.

I arrived at Ibis and waited for them to open. I waited 7 minutes. They told me I had to wait 40 minutes for them to clean the room. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around the city. What impressed me the most was the warm and friendly service at the front desk. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future!

J'ai été très satisfait des options du petit-déjeuner, que je qualifierais d'excellentes. Tout le personnel auquel j'ai parlé était extrêmement gentil et serviable. Malheureusement, la chambre, en particulier la salle de bains, sentait mauvais et les serviettes étaient tachées. J'ai dû dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à cause de l'odeur.

Situé très près d'une station de métro.
Personnel jeune, souriant et efficace.
Chambre un peu petite mais très propre et agréablement décorée.

Hôtel bien situé, magasins, métro et restaurant à proximité. Lit confortable, propre, chaleureux, personnel aimable et serviable, boissons et croissants disponibles à la réception, nous y séjournerons à nouveau sans aucun doute !
