Flavours are very well balanced. This restaurant is more worth your money than most of the other in Paris. And you can see the chef and his team are very passionated about the food.

De la tuerie!! Nourriture excellente et raffinée et en même temps généreuse. Le service pourrait être un peu plus professionnel mais reste très sympathique et chaleureux.

Honestly one of the best meals of my life. Everything was equally beautifully presented, imaginative, thoughtful and sometimes challenging to my palette. I ate food I'd never have ordered myself off the menu and I'm so glad. The cocktail addition was brilliant and very good value for money as it provided a full cocktail with each course. My guest and I are not local to the area and felt uncomfortable with drinking too much in an effort to get ourselves safely back to our hotel and the wonderful staff at Dersou we're glad to offer non alcoholic options. When I come back to Paris Dersou is 100% on the agenda again.

I opted for the menu featuring seven dishes. The culinary journey began on a high note with the first dish, and each subsequent course only elevated the experience further. Each plate was thoughtfully paired with a cocktail, an approach that beautifully expanded the flavor profile beyond what a conventional wine pairing might offer.

The staff, young and friendly, displayed an infectious passion for their craft. They seemed blissfully unaware of the remarkable heights they've reached with their work, which I can only describe as sublime.

Exceptional. Housed in an unassuming place down from Bastille, the tasting menu was fantastic: sophisticated, flavourful and executed really well. 7 exceptional courses. Props to Chef Alex & his team.

Chez Dersou, il est tres agreble de s’assoeir au bar et de profiter du spectacle du chef qui sort de belles assiettes avec son equipe. Les plats sont originaux
