J'avais un problème très spécifique avec la fourche de mon vélo de voyage. Après être passé par plusieurs magasins de vélos où personne n'a pu résoudre le problème (et ont même endommagé mes pièces), ce magasin a été le seul à pouvoir le résoudre.

Service professionnel, rapide et pas cher. À recommander.

C'est ma boutique de vélo de référence à Paris. L'équipe est super sympa et réactive et vraiment là pour vous conseiller. Ils ont une approche "recyclage" vs "consommation" ce qui est vraiment agréable. Je suis passé diverse reprise, pour changer ma roue libre, régler mes freins... et toujours le même service de qualité. Les vélos d'occasions sont aussi une super opportunité de trouver des petite perles retapées pour pas trop cher. Je recommande la boutique les yeux fermés. Merci la chouette !

Amazing and friendly bike shop. Broke my
derailleur hanger around 60km outside of paris on a trip from england so had to get a train into the city. The guys at La Chouette didn’t have the part but told me several bike shops to try that might, and if not they could order it in. The shops didn’t have the hanger so I went back and La Chouette ordered the part in next day and the bike was ready by mid day the next day. Amazing service and very friendly english speaking employees. Thanks.

I bought a refurbished bike from these guys a few months ago and everything from the bike itself to the service was high quality. There is no pushy sales approach just people who know their stuff willing to advise you correctly on whether to buy now or wait until something more suited comes up. Also, any minor issue with the bike you can take it back and they will fix it FOC. Highly recommended!

My favorite bicycle workshop in Paris by far. They are exceptionally nice and patient, which is great when you're a new cyclist. I've been using their services for the last year or so and it's great to have them in the neighborhood.

Je suis mitigé, j’y ai acheté un vélo d’occasion il y a 2 ans, dont je suis satisfait et qui m’emmène sur toutes les routes sans problèmes.
En revanche, j’ai récemment amené ledit vélo à la boutique pour une révision globale qui m’a coûté 60 euros mais personne n’a attiré mon attention sur le mauvais état de mes pneus… qui a fait que j’ai crevé 2 fois en 24 heures dans la semaine qui a suivi la révision. Je ne les blâme pas pour l’état des pneus, mais j’imagine qu’on aurait du me proposer de les changer - je me pose donc la question du sérieux de la révision.

This is my go-to bike repair place. They guys are friendly, honest and speak English to boot! Repairs are reasonably priced and generally same- or next-day. Accessories in their shop are somewhat pricey with respect to larger chains, but they also have a set of hand-picked products not found elsewhere.

Went in to get my bike fixed up ( missing spokes, brake pads, other small things ) all of that was done in a few hours for a really nice price and friendly attitude. My bike feels noticeably tighter and rides smoother. Definitely coming back, thanks!

Great advice about a frame damage that happened to me during my backpacking tour through Spain. If I were in France longer, would have trusted these guys with the repair! SURLY partners in crime ;)
