Beaucoup de réparation a faire pour un achat a 350€… une chaine qui se casse rapidement… le service pas incroyable.. ce n’est clairemenr pas chez eux que j’acheterai mon prochain velo.

A FUIR !!! Une équipe pas professionnel ! J’ai acheté un velo d’occasion soit disant « remis à neuf » ma chaîne a cassé et même pas 1ans après le vélo tombait dans ruine, au final mon vélo m’a coûté plus cher en réparation qu’à l’achat !

mes vitesses ne passaient pas correctement et ma conduite était inconfortable, j'ai donc apporté mon vélo à La Chouette. Joâo m'a aidé, m'a donné un estimât précis, est allé au-delà de mes attentes et a réglé des problèmes supplémentaires tout en maintenant un prix très raisonnable. l'équipe a respecté le budget et a livré mon vélo en parfait état. je suis très satisfait du travail qu'ils ont effectué et reviendrai à l'avenir si d'autres problèmes surviennent. merci encore !

À tous (tes) les déçus (es) de certains prétendus dét(f)aillants de cycles, escrocs et incompetents, aussi bien ceux rue Servan 75011 que les autres.
"La Chouette" Rigueur, ponctualité, sérieux, très bon rapport qualité prix et surtout honnêteté.
Un grand merci pour la purge de mes deux freins à disque Hope sur mon S-work.
Du grand professionnalisme accompagné d'une bonne dose d'amabilité.

Haven't had the chance to visit their shop in person yet but definitely will when in Paris. Made a purchase from their online boutique and the service was excellent and saved me from dealing with customs fees for quality Japanese made products. Thanks for the stickers!

I recently purchased a NITTO Front rack from this lovely shop and had it shipped to Sweden. They offer an amazing sortiments for people living in Europe who want items that are typically only available in shops far away like "BlueLug" in Japan. The experience was outstanding! I was especially touched by the thoughtful detail of being greeted in Swedish on the box.

Great bike store, nice and very knowledgeable staff. Order a bike for me and assembled it. Delivery took weeks longer than expected but not their fault. These guys really care and over deliver. Thank you for all the help!
