Despite filling up a pre arrival survey, twin beds were not setup and they argued about it. We were asked to get out of room because they are scared of being in room with us, how insulting.
AC wasn't working and we were told it will be looked at in morning, reception staff has no knowledge of operating it. After some argument, they turned on central ac which was switched off.
I have more such examples. Avoid avoid, there are much better hotels in Paris.
An finally, its not 4 star as advertised, doesn't deserve more than two.

One night, it took 5-10 minutes (4 calls) to finally got the hotel door opened by the staff. Maybe she was afraid of strangers but there is a camera on the intercom and she could have asked me some questions to confirm my identity rather than ignoring my calls.
It is definitely not the hotel that I'll recommend to my colleagues.
