Un hôtel plein de charme au coeur de Bordeaux. Tout est accessible à pied pour aller visiter la ville. Le quartier est vraiment propre, secure et agréable avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces de proximité. Les chambres sont modernes et confortables avec un personnel très agréable. Un parking payant est disponible mais on peut aussi se garer pour qq heures facilement (payant de 9h à 19h). J'ai habité Bordeaux 7 ans alors je suis assez exigeante. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésiter.

Parfait ! Un vrai weekend de détente au coeur du Palais Galien. La chambre etait incroyable, le service parfait. Rien à dire, on reviendra !

Le personnel est très très agréable et ça fait beaucoup de bien d'être accueillie comme ça.
Rien a dire pour le reste du séjour tout était parfait , petit dej avec des produits locaux et frais!

Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute, hôtel très sympa, qui nous a permis de bien profiter de notre séjour à Bordeaux.

Petit point d'amélioration : les fenêtres laissent passer pas mal le son extérieur, dommage.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 5 ans) à la Maison Bord’eaux. Nous avions réservé la suite au dernier étage, très grande et très confortable (2 chambres séparées et une belle salle de bains avec douche et baignoire). L’accueil des équipes était au top point réserver taxi et restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de produits bio et frais de la région bordelaise. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Lovely boutique hotel, walking distance to the city center. My husband and I spent three nights here and it was so nice and relaxing. The room was big with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom had nice amenities like a heated towel rack and fabulous rain shower. Hotel is spotless and the Staff was wonderful. They were very helpful with restaurants, directions and booking us on a wine tour. I highly recommend this hotel when in Bordeaux.

Nice hotel, but it feels more like a nice bed and breakfast. Staff was always available and incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped with restaurant and winery recommendations and reservations. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good but nothing special. Location is ok. It is not in the middle of everything but is less than a 20 min walk from everything. It is located on a quiet street which is nice at night when trying to sleep.

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement. Personnel compétent et très sympathique, hôtel très propre, literie très confortable. Nous avons un seul regret, ne pas avoir séjourné plus longtemps dans cet hôtel.

We had a short overnight stay in the maison hotel so the review is limited to this short experience. The maison is well located, walking distance from the center. The room was of a good size with big bathroom and big terrace - all cozy & clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Although we didn't have breakfast it's chargeable which we didn't appreciate.

Bel établissement situé dans une petite rue au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses.
Déception concernant le petit déjeuner : le salé (saucisse, oeufs brouillés) manquait de saveur. Bon choix de confitures.

All thing went on well till day 4, all electricity were gone for the whole night. No hot water, not electricity to charge the phone, no air conditioning. We only get the power back at 7 am in the morning. The staff was professional and giving explanation about the reason but no apology at all. We really don’t expect thing happens with a 4 star hotel with a high review. No backup plan, no security plan. I don’t think we’ll come back to this hotel even the first impression was prefect.

La Maison Bord'eaux is a model of hospitality in Bordeaux. The front desk staff is helpful, friendly, warm and super informative. The location is convenient and calm... just perfect for a relaxing vacation. Our room exceed our expectations in cleanliness, size, quality of the linens, bath textiles and attention to details to make our stay priceless. And the petit dej buffet made our mornings complete. We definitely recommend this cute hotel and will certainly be coming back.

Hotel calme un peu loin du centre a pied mais bien desservis par le tramway.
Chambre un peu chère pour ce type d'hôtel.
Petit déjeuner dans la moyenne .

Bel immeuble mais un peu excentré; personnel charmant ; parking pratique mais cher. Chambre correcte mais très sombre (Rez de chaussée pour handicapés) petit déjeuner dans la norme mais sans originalité. Retenons le calme et la literie correcte.

We just completed our stay at La Maison Bord'eaux, and I must say that for anyone planning to visit Bordeaux THIS is the hotel that you want to stay at ! The hotel is centrally located, enabling easy access to anywhere you want to go. The rooms are very comfortable, but most of all, and most importantly, the warmth, friendliness and exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, with special commendation to the hotel general manager, can’t be beat ! The staff does everything possible to meet guests every need, from providing recommendations to making arrangements for all our activities. The staff does everything possible to assure guests’ wonderful experience visiting Bordeaux.
