Nous avons passé un super moment sur le rooftop, et une grande partie de cette belle expérience revient à Mat qui s’est occupé de nous. Il a été adorable du début à la fin : très attentionné, souriant, et vraiment attachant. Son service était impeccable, un vrai rayon de soleil qui a rendu notre soirée encore plus agréable. Merci à lui !

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Bayonne für eine Nacht im Hotel InterContinental Le Grand in Bordeaux. Was sollen wir sagen, wir waren begeistert. Der Park und Concierge Service war sehr zuvorkommend, der Check-In als Ambassodor Member war schnell und unkompliziert, das Zimmer wunderbar und das Spa sehr entspannend. Der Champagner in der Rooftop Bar wurde uns nicht berechnet und den Parkservice unseres Wagens haben wir sehr genossen. Der absolute Hammer neben dem professionellen und zuvorkommenden Personal,
ist das Restaurant Le Pressoir d‘Argent in dem wir am Abend speisen durften.
Eine Offenbarung!
Wir wollen ganz schnell wiederkommen und überlegen uns gerade einen Anlass, um sowohl das tolle Hotel, als auch das Restaurant schnellstmöglich wieder zu besuchen.

Toujours aussi aimable et accueillant |Dommage que les prix sont trop élevées maintenant et qui ne justifie pas pour moi malgré son emplacement et services dont rien à dire.||Cependant il y’a d’autre établissement autour et meme si certaine ne sont pas toutes à fait au centre les tarif sont à moitié prix avec les chambres d’un confort et surtout établissement neuf .|Voilà à méditer surtouts sur les tarifs |du groupe car je suis dans un autre intercontinental en ce moment et dans un autre capital bien connu et beaucoup plus moderne et conforts avec des prix abordables surtout pour un client du statut Ambassadeur .|Merci …

Arriving Friday night, outside tables. Lots of vacant tables, but no attention from waiters as we were waiting by the gate. We sat down by one of the vacant tables - and suddenly we got attention afterall. And the waitress told us loud and clear that in France no one just took a table without waiting to be seated. I wanted to say that where I come from I am used to attentive and pleasant staff. But I didn’t. And if the table was vacant - why bother to bully the guests? She even started to clear the table demonstratively, before we had finished our wine. Of course we should have left, instead of letting us be treated like a dog poop under her shoe. Wine and food was ok. The waitress was not.

Mon ami et moi sommes allés au restaurant par une chaude journée. Ils nous ont servi un cocktail à la mangue en un clin d'œil ; c'était délicieux et rapide. Nous avons continué notre chemin, satisfaits. Le restaurant était calme, frais et très agréable.

C'est très beau et très chic, l'intérieur mélange les genres et les époques. Le service est au petit soin. C'est extrêmement bien placé dans le centre de Bordeaux. C'est un vrai établissement de prestige.

The Hotel is in a fantastic position breakfast is hopelessly organised 1st morning no table for 20 minutes and staff rude. Room excellent though.

Une très bonne expérience au dessus de cet hôtel avec le roof top = très bon accueil avant d’entrer dans l’hôtel pour se rendre au dernier étage , le jeune homme à l’accueil s’est assuré qu’il y avait de la place . Ensuite à l’étage, une jeune femme nous a très bien accueilli , nous demandant si c’était la première fois que nous venions , ce qui était le cas ! Elle a très bien rempli sa mission avec un grand sens du service . Nous avons commandé 2 cocktails ???? sans alcool , un avec de la fraise ???? et l’autre avec de la rose ????. Ils étaient tous les deux délicieux mais on a trouvé que pour le prix (10€) la présentation aurait pu être un peu plus accentuée surtout dans le choix du verre. Mais bon, nous avons conscience que nous payons aussi l’endroit et le panorama vaut vraiment le coup ???? ????, nous surplombons la ville et c’est vraiment magnifique ???? Je recommande

Thank you to the InterContinental team for their professionalism and hospitality. Due to a local festival, we had a hard time reaching the hotel, but Curtis went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly and rest after our long trip. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et les suites sont magnifiques et luxueuses ????. Excellent champagne, et vins blanc et rouges, à volonté.
Et nous y avons aussi rencontré Philippe Etchebest
Merci pour ces moments inoubliables et pour le formidable accueil que nous avons eu.

The hotel was centrally located across from the opera house and near the tram station. We found the staff to generally be unfriendly. They did their jobs but were not welcoming.||Our room overlooked the opera house and tram rail. In the evening we could hear loud music playing until late in the evening. There was a music festival of some sort near the hotel. We could also hear people below our room talking because the restaurant and check in were there.||During the day we could look out and see homeless people, one with a dog, sleeping by the doors of the opera house. In the morning a truck with a hose washed down the area and another machine came to sweep up the trash. The trash cans were overflowing on most days. ||Across from the hotel was an Apple Store on the street with most of the nice shopping. It was a pedestrian walkway with only the tram and bicycles to watch for.

Il est inacceptable qu'en pleine canicule, l’Hôtel Intercontinental Bordeaux laisse un employé debout en plein soleil, vêtu d’un costume noir à manches longues, sans aucun abri ni point d’ombre. Ce manque de considération pour le bien-être et la santé de ses équipes est profondément choquant.

À une époque où les conditions de travail et les risques liés aux fortes chaleurs sont bien connus, cela devrait être strictement interdit. Le minimum serait de prévoir une protection solaire ou de permettre des adaptations vestimentaires par temps extrême.

Le prestige d’un établissement ne se mesure pas seulement à ses dorures, mais aussi à la manière dont il traite les personnes qui y travaillent.

Très mauvais. Je déconseille. |Le personnel est incompétent, ne maîtrise rien. Le personnel prend également les clients pour des idiots. |Si vous souhaitiez une prestation de qualité, allez ailleurs il y a mieux.|Sans même parler du rapport qualité prix qui n’y est pas du tout.

Situated in the heart of Bordeaux, the Intercontinental was the perfect place to stay. It's an easy walk to many of the best sights in the city. Although we didn't take the modern tram to any more distant places, it runs directly in front of the hotel.||The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Our room (402) had a rather elongated layout, with separated bedroom, entryway, and desk areas. It had a small bathroom and a separate commode. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. As a bonus, our room had three separate balconies, with nice views over the city. A refrigerator, safe, and tea/coffee maker were provided.||Breakfast was good, although preparation at the egg / omelet station was rather slow.

The location and service are exceptional. Truly some of the best in France we've experienced. The only part lacking are the rooms. We were upgraded and have to take two separate elevators just to get to the room. Room was small and no real place for toiletries next to the sink. Not sure i would stay here again.

I have made a reservation and look forward to staying in May. However, although I carefully chose a "free cancellation" rate, I've been charged the full amount and the confirmation says I couldn't cancel after the booking time, not 30 April, which I specifically saw when booking. My confirmation letter is also confusing in saying that IHG will not make a charge for the reservation. I've contacted the hotel, and now, Amex.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l'hôtel : l’établissement est magnifique, et l’emplacement est parfait au cœur de la ville, et permet de découvrir les principales attractions à pied. Le service est très attentionné, avec une attention particulière portée aux détails et aux besoins des clients (merci à Clémentine pour son accueil !). L'hôtel lui-même est magnifique, les chambres sont très confortables. Nous avons dîné sur le rooftop qui offre une très belle vue sur la ville. Je recommande vivement l'hôtel pour un séjour à Bordeaux.

Un week end incroyable. Design et décoration digne d’une hôtel 5 étoiles.
Nous avons été accueillis avec tellement de gentillesse (petit clin d’œil à Clémentine).
Enfin bref tout était parfait, spa, dîner et petit déjeuner !

Amazing experience . We conveniently had breakfast and dinnner in the same facility. Visited the pool and sauna which was perfect after a long day . We booked the classic room where as the king bed was made up by two twin beds but otherwise it’s super comfortable . Very central and can access everything in the city centre . Parking was touhh and I would recommend valet parking
