Du début à la fin l’accueil est juste merveilleux. Comme il devrait l’être dans chaque établissement mais ça n’existe plus. Bravo. La deco est sublime. Les odeurs envoûtantes. La chambre décorée avec goût et très confortable. La piscine avec hammam sauna est luxueuse et c’est un pur moment de détente. Félicitations pour cette réalisation. Ne changez rien et surtout pas le prix. ????????????????????

Endroit de qualité belle décoration chaleureux. On a séjourner pendant une nuit et tout de même ça nous a permis de nous détendre. Le personnel est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel de très bon produit. Un gros plus pour la musique relaxante à la piscine

Hotel was nice and comfortable. It is the Restaurant Service Two years in a row that is not to the standards of the Hotel. The servers are not attentive. It takes a long time to even offer water or bring the drinks. They bring first the food and wait forever for the drinks. This happened to me this year for Lunch and last year for dinner. For Breakfast, the server scoulted me and other people for siting in an area that she was not serving. There were not signs and the receptionist did not specify where to seat. I DO NOT recommend using the Resturant at all. User Room Service which is Punctual and cordial

Très bel établissement étonnamment confié à du personnel inexpérimentée et surtout une jeune direction arrogante et dédaigneuse.

Autant dire que nous n'avons pas du tout été satisfaits.

De plus, la cuisine du restaurant est tout aussi prétentieuse et pas au niveau prétendu.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment. En revanche nous avons trouvé le service très lent et peu attentif. La chambre et le Spa sont très agréable. La literie et la salle de bain très bien aussi. La réception est très à l'écoute.

My wife, our five-month-old, and I recently stayed at Le Mondrian Bordeaux, and while some aspects truly shone, others significantly detracted from our experience.

Let's start with the positives: The concierge team was outstanding. Upon our arrival, they efficiently booked us a dinner reservation at a fantastic nearby restaurant. The next day, their suggestions for lunch in Saint-Émilion were equally spot-on, leading to a memorable meal. The valet parking staff also deserve high praise; they were consistently super friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Indeed, the hotel itself and its service were undeniably excellent in many respects.

However, our stay was unfortunately marred by a poorly managed event. We were informed upon check-in about a garden party, assured it would conclude by 10:00 PM. This was later extended to 10:30 PM after we raised concerns. Yet, the reality was far from these promises. The DJ continued playing loud music until 11:10 PM, and even after that, guests continued with quieter music and loud conversations until 1:00 AM. For a hotel of Le Mondrian's supposed standard, this lack of respect for guests' peace and quiet is simply unacceptable.

To add to our frustration, we were offered a complimentary drink at the party as an apology for the disturbance during check-in. Yet, when we went to redeem this offer around 9:00 PM, we were asked to pay for our drinks. This inconsistency in service and communication was incredibly disappointing.

Beyond the noise issues, the breakfast was also a letdown. Compared to other hotels of this caliber, the selection was subpar, lacking any international options. It was a very traditional Western breakfast with decent products, but nothing particularly amazing. The scrambled eggs were barely edible, and it would be a significant improvement if they were either prepared to a higher standard or made to order.

Finally, it's clear that the rooms facing the garden are simply not soundproof enough to accommodate late-night events. If the hotel intends to privatize its space for such parties, it should do so entirely to avoid disturbing regular guests.

A/C not working. Some of the front desk staff (one guy in particular) was rude. Bar staff charming. Restaurant shamoblic. Breakfast is boring.

Housekeeping wash glasses in the sink! Basically tin under a tap and wipe with toilet paper. Gross. Not sanitary.

Could be a great hotel but too many errors

Loved the Mondrian hotel in Bordeaux, great hotel, super comfortable bed.|A little distance from the central area but tram b gets you there in quick time or a beautiful walk along the Garonne river|close to Cite Du Vin which is an excellent way to sample the wines of the region|Only issue was there lack of communication to their winery inside Bordeaux|great Japanese restaurant with excellent sushi

We loved our stay here while in Bordeaux. It had all the touches and service points you would exepect from the Mondrian brand (I have frequented them for as long as I can recall), plus having a Morimoto on property was a nice surpirse. The pool and spa area appeared a bit small but we did not use these amenities. The hotel itself was a little far (walking wise) from the city center but other than that everything was lovely.

Superbe hôtel. Un accueil exceptionnel, souriant et personnalisé. Des chambres au top , décor moderne mais stylé. Super insonorisation. Seul petit bémol : accueil inexistant au bar (nous avons attendu 5 bonnes minutes avant de nous déplacer pour être servis), puis souriant mais sans plus . Mais pour le reste nous sommes là incontestablement dans un très beau 5 étoiles bien situé.

Die Zimmer (23 qm) sind schlecht geschnitten und unheimlich klein. Unser Zimmer befand sich sogar im Souterrrain und wir mussten auf eine Mauer übersät mit Unkraut schauen. Haben uns in dem Zimmer sehr unwohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral. Um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen muss man 15 min mit dem Taxi/Uber fahren.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms, spa, and restaurant are beautifully appointed. A delicious breakfast was served. I booked through American Express Platinum and enjoyed the extra services offered: early check-in, late checkout, breakfast for two, $100 resort credit, and room upgrade. A wonderful hotel a little off the beat and path but easy to walk to the main area of Bordeaux. Not as close to the heart of the old city but very easy to walk to the river and main attractions.

A very good hotel, though overpriced given the lack of a view and limited facilities. The staff was outstanding, even though I experienced a minor issue at the restaurant — it took over an hour to receive our main courses, I ended up leaving without eating.

This hotel is 10 minutes walk to the tram stop just outside of the city area. The breakfast is fantastic. The rooms are large and very comfortable. I found the staff extremely helpful and breakfast was fantastic

I have stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels around the world and this does not at all line up to the standard I would expect for this price or label. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the bar staff. Loved them they are a great, friendly, engaging team who make great cocktails.

Other than that I arrived could not find the entrance as 2 huge cars blocked the way with a group of men / staff watching me struggle with my bags with no offer to help.

The first desk person I encountered cracked a joke I didn’t think was funny implying whether I knew if I was checking in or checking out. The water in the showers never really gets hot.

I left after 2 nights and stayed somewhere way better. I would not ever come back here if I returned to Bordeaux.
