das hotel liegt in noch altem heruntergekommenem gebiet, welches erst teilweise neu bebaut ist, und auch dementsprechend menschen herumlungern. aber es scheint vorwärts zu gehen, und ist nur eine frage der zeit, bis es auf gutem standart ist.
keine parkmöglichkeiten vom hotel. die parkplätze an den querstrassen sind nicht so vertrauenswürdig.
wir hatten das auto im vom hotel empfohlenen parkhaus über nacht abgestellt, mit ca 300 meter fussweg zum hotel, was eigentlich gut machbar ist. (20 uhr bis 09.30 uhr ca 15€)
die zimmerpreise sind für bordaux eher günstig, zumal auch das frühstück grosszügig ist und auch preiswert angeboten wird. die presentation der käse und aufschnitt könnte schönner sein, aber die qualität ist ok. gute kaffeemaschine mit gutem kaffee, was in frankreich ja leider eher selten ist.
das 4 er zimmer ist zweckentsprechend, das badezimmer ok. es könnten aber mal in der dusche die fugen erneuert werden.
das kinder hochbett ist unserer meinung nach ein schlecht durchdachter witz. oben 0-6 jahre. oben? das sollte doch eher unten sein?
also unser grösseres kind ist 12 jahre alt und ü 60 kg. darf also sicher nicht oben schlafen. aber das kleinere ist 2 jahre und das kommt oben sicher nicht gut, zumal sie eher unruhig schläft und da locker rausfallen könnte oder in der nacht zu mami und papi möchte und dann die leitertreppe nicht so optimal ist. das wäre nochmal zu überdenken?
ansonnsten war das zimmer sauber und die betten bequem.
alle mitarbeiter sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
mit dem lift hoch geht nur mit der zimmerkarte als badge, was das hotel doch relativ sicher macht.
Inhäusig gibt es Snacks und eine nette Bar. Abendessen gab es für uns im nahe gelegen Foodcourt, wo für jeden aus der Familie was dabei war.
Vom Bahnhof aus kann man dann mit Bus und Tram gut die Stadt erkunden.
Mention positive à Andrea, bienveillante et professionnelle elle a su réponde à nos attentes et son amabilité est très appréciable.
Downsides, no room beverages facilities.
A mejorar:
1. Temperatura habitaciones demasiado calor: no permite regular aire más de 3⁰C menos que la temperatura exterior, por lo que si hace más de 30⁰C, como es el caso de verano, hace demasiado calor dentro.
2. Cortinas habitaciones no se ajustan bien a ventanas, entra demasiada luz/sol

By the way, there is a much better route to the hotel from the Starbucks at the station, take the bridge over the tracks instead of the route through Hall 3.
