Guillaume ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, der uns mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zu Hotels, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflügen, besonders nach Saint-Émilion, unterstützt hat. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, alles ist perfekt organisiert. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight – besonders die Croissants, wahrscheinlich die besten in ganz Frankreich. Die zentrale Lage war ideal, vieles konnten wir bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Hotelier – absolut empfehlenswerte!

Les Séraphines ist ein B&B mit 5 Zimmern in einem historischen städtischen Gebiet ca. 10 Fußminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Der große Vorteil, die Straßenbahn vom Flughafen hält direkt um die Ecke. Les Séraphines wird von Guillaume, der prima Englisch spricht und im selben Haus wohnt, geführt. Er kümmert sich mit großer Leidenschaft und Freundlichkeit um seine Gäste und hat gute Tipps für Besichtigungen, Freizeitgestaltung oder z.B. die Anmietung von Fahrrädern. Wenn man mit größerem Gepäck kommt hilft Guillaume gerne das Gepäck über die etwas engen Stufen in die oberen Stockwerke zu transportieren. Wenn wir wieder nach Bordeaux kommen sollten werden wir versuchen wieder im Les Séraphines zu übernachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Genial! Gulliaume war der beste Gastgeber. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes sauberes Zimmer, das Frühstück war lecker und mit viel Liebe zubereitet und sein Haus lag sehr zentral. Gulliaume hat uns sehr nett empfangen und sich viel Zeit genommen um uns Tipps zu geben.

Very comfortable “home away from home” ambience in a nice residential neighborhood (but still just a few minutes walk from nearby bistros and bakeries). We’ve stayed in five-star hotels in Bordeaux but much prefer Les Séraphines. Guillaume is a friendly and wonderful host who is happy to answer any questions while respecting the privacy of his guests.

we had an excellent few days in Bordeaux thanks to Guillaume's hospitality and excellent suggestions! he sat with us the first morning and mapped out what to do/where to go. ten min walk from the city centre and the room was very comfortable. breakfast was lovely with his homemade granola. bed was a little too soft for my taste but overall very good stay!

Tout s'est très bien passé aux Séraphines. Guillaume n'était pas présent lors de mon arrivée mais il m'avait transmis toutes les informations. La chambre "la discrète" est très fonctionnelle et spacieuse. Son aménagement est très simple. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Le quartier est calme et très pratique quand on doit se rendre à l'hôtel de la région. J'ai pu me garer très facilement dans la rue. Il y avait aussi des places dans les rues adjacentes, alors que les Séraphines sont à deux pas du conseil régional et de Mériadeck. Le petit plus : la salle commune qui est très chaleureuse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Guillaume aux Séraphines. Les chambres sont parfaite, la maison d'hôtes bien située et que dire du petit déjeuner plus que délicieux avec des produits locaux ! Guillaume vous donnera ses meilleures adresses bordelaises pour faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable !

What a wonderful discovery!

My husband and I took an anniversary trip to Bordeaux and Guillaume’s Les Seraphines and hospitality made it super special. Guillaume is a super accessible host, providing relevant information prior to, during, and after our stay. Our room was lovely with ceiling windows that added to the charm.

Guillaume’s breakfast is truly so special. It was easily a highlight of our stay here. The croissants Guillaume bought every morning for us were the best ones I’ve had in France (and from the best rated boulangerie!). The homemade granola with yogurt and fruit salad was so delicious. The fresh tea, coffee, and juice was delightful. We ate to our heart’s delight and left ready to enjoy the day, without needing lunch!

He gave us the best advice on how to best maximize our time in Bordeaux. We made use of his advice, had the best day in Saint-Emiliion wine region on the first day. The next day, we enjoyed walking through the city and visiting the Musée du Vin et du Négoce de Bordeaux where we got the tour and tasting for 50% off (thanks to Guillaume!). We learned so much about the wine making business, truly educational. He also offered us a late checkout since we had a late flight, which we really really appreciated as it allowed us to rest from the city visit before going to the airport.

We could not have asked for better accommodation or hospitality from Guillaume, we cannot wait to come back. Don’t hesitate and book your stay at Les Seraphines right away, you’ll have the best time!

Nice place! It was a great trip. Location is very good. Close to city centre. The street is quiet. Breakfast is really good. We stay there for 2 nights. I recommend this place! Guillaume give to us cool roadmap of the city with all places to visit.

We had a great stay at Les Seraphines. The room was spotless and spacious, the bed very comfortable and the blackout shades were a thoughtful touch. A generous and delicious breakfast is included. Guillaume was a terrific host who went out of his way to make us comfortable and help with restaurant recommendations and sights to see. Truly a 5 star experience, and would actually give it 10 if allowed.

Guest house was lovely, very hospitable, felt like a home from home.|Breakfast was great, rustic bread, fresh pastry and a wide selection of quality jams.|Host was friendly and informative, good level of communication throughout. Told us about the local area and we ended up going to a few of his recommendations, which were all excellent.|The guest house is about a 2min walk from the tram stop (which goes directly to the airport, so very convenient).|All in all a lovely stay and I would happily recommend.|I'm not surprised that it is regularly booked out, so if it's available it's a great place to stay.

A delightful stay in a unique, charming boutique hotel.|We loved our attic room (as long as you are short like us) with its bright skylights. Breakfast was fabulous with home made granola, a range of breads, wonderful croissant and gourmet jams, Guillaume is a terrific host, both in person and in his very thorough and helpful welcome pack of things to do and places to eat.|The hospitality made our stay memorable and one we would be delighted to repeat.

We had a delightful stay in May 2025. There only 5 rooms, all with a unique character and charm. We recommend the attic room with its lovely skylights, but only if you are short like us!
A wonderful breakfast and Guillaume is a terrific host, both in person and in his extremely thorough and helpful welcome pack, packed with useful tips of where to go, eat and pass a pleasant stay. Most highly recommended!

Nuestra estancia fantástica gracias a Guillaume. El anfitrión perfecto que maneja varios idiomas con facilidad y fluidez. Atento, buen cocinero y un guía turístico ideal. Sus consejos no solo de Burdeos sino de pueblos de alrededor fueron muy útiles y acertados. Nos facilitó el alquiler de bicicletas, nos creo varias rutas para no perder un solo rincón de Burdeos y una guía para Saint-Emillion todo en un fantástico castellano.
De la casa hay que destacar lo silenciosa que es donde nos sentimos tranquilos y seguros estacionando nuestro coche en la calle sin problemas. Esta a 10-15 min caminando del centro y con paradas de autobús y tranvía muy cercanas (5 min caminando). La habitación espaciosa, luminosa y silenciosa.
El desayuno abundante y variado (servido en una sala luminosa y decorada con estilo) con productos de primera calidad (quesos, zumo de naranja o uva local, croissants y pan artesanos, mantequilla y ensalada de fruta) así como una riquísima granola de elaboración casera. Para repetir sin duda

Everything about Les Séraphines was superb. Guillaume was the perfect host. Attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was a perfect as it could be. He prepared a wonderful, healthy breakfast which set us up for the day. This beautiful dressed stone terrace house has been totally renovated to an extremely high standard and in a very tasteful style. The location is in a quiet street a few minutes walk to the tram and bus stop. A 10 minute ride and you are in the centre of bustling Bordeaux. Just perfect.

At Les Seraphines you feel like you are an old friend. Guillaume is warm and welcoming, and so incredibly helpful and accommodating.
