Wow Wow Wow.

We stayed here for 5 nights and what an absolutely wonderful experience.

It’s such an intimate hotel. The breakfast was amazing- home made yoghurt, jams and pastries. Freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit!

The hosts Sebastian and Sylvie are so friendly and welcoming and the staff too are wonderful- a big thank you to Ludmilla and Aofe.

The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux and it’s very easy to order an uber there too.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and it’s a wonderful oasis of calm and serenity.

I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Alles perfekt – eine Oase in der Stadt

Die Lage ist ideal: Nur 3 Minuten zur Straßenbahn, die einen in etwa 15 Minuten direkt ins Herz der Altstadt bringt. Das Haus selbst liegt wunderbar ruhig – ein echtes Refugium mitten in der Stadt.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, mit hochwertigen und liebevoll ausgewählten Produkten. Die Zimmer sind individuell, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl.

Der Service war von A bis Z perfekt – freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Wir können diesen Ort als Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Bordeaux nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

This is one of those places where you simply must return. It is hard to decide where to start with superlatives. It is the hosts. Sylvie and Sebastian are the most helpful, warm and friendly people you could ever meet. Before you stay they reach out to see if they can assist.||The residence is tranquil and an old chateau. While the area is now quite built up, you are in an island of tranquillity. ||The chateau is only minutes from Bordeaux central and on the tram line.||The rooms are gorgeous.||My mother, when I travelled with her, would always judge accommodation in France by its cleanliness and often she was disappointed. One could safely perform heart surgery here. It is clean to the point of perfection.||I cannot recommend this place enough and already miss being there.

A tranquil, luxurious, one of a kind jewel. An opportunity to live like royalty but with modern comforts. Like visiting your wealthy sophisticated cousin because you are treated like family. No surprise that the breakfast is perfect with homemade jams and yogurt along with hot coffee and diced fruits. A peaceful garden for reading completed the experience. A comfortable bed made for a deep sleep.

We loved it here and would definitely come back! The room was so clean it was pristine. And the bed was comfortable and the bedding high quality. You won’t find anything better anywhere else. The owners Sylvie and Sebastian are so kind, warm, welcoming,interesting and entertaining that we have no choice but to love them. And the student from Portugal that works the cafe is charming and was super helpful!||The property is located in a normal neighborhood, but it’s behind a gate and it’s landscaped beautifully and feels like an oasis. And right around the corner you can get the tram right in the downtown Bordeaux. You wouldn’t want to drive in the town and find parking anyhow. This is the way to go.||So much better than staying at a hotel. They serve a delicious breakfast here too, and you’ll enjoy getting to talk to the other guests if they’re around.

My husband and I spent the Easter weekend at Le Clos and were so happy there that we doubt we’ll ever stay anywhere else in Bordeaux. The hosts, Sebastian and Sylvie, were warm and attentive and did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed our time there. They helped us with finding an excellent taxi, gave us directions and tips, and overall just were just charming. |Our suite was beautiful and clean and large with a superbly comfortable bed and crisp linen. The bathroom is enormous and the shower a cascade of loveliness.|We had a gorgeous view over the delightful garden and the scent of the trailing wisteria was heavenly.|It’s so quiet and peaceful. No noise at all, just the birds and the odd frog. Bliss!|The breakfast included the most delicious croissants and homemade vanilla yoghurt with particularly nice fruit salad. The coffee is of an exceptional quality.|We travel extensively, but can honestly say that this is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Quality in all the details, a rare find.|We have lovely memories and will return soon.

Where do I begin? Visiting the Dordogne region with friends and needed a place in Bordeaux for a one day trip. It was last minute but wanted something with character. This gem popped up and so happy it did. Arrived to our host Sébastien opening the gate to this magical place! Beautiful gardens and off street parking! The host spent years remodeling and it shows! Sylvie & Sébastien greeted us and invited us in for cafe. Lower floor has a lovely area with a bar, comfortable sofas and tables where breakfast is served. Sylvie is so warm and welcoming! I cannot stress enough how fantastic she is. She sat with us and helped us choose what and where to visit. Suggested a fabulous restaurant for our dinner and secured reservations! She even helped us use the tram which proved to be the only way to travel. Our king bed rooms were immaculate, spacious and beautifully decorated pulling in the best of the old and new world. We slept like babies after a long day of sightseeing. Amazing hot showers in the morning and a delicious homemade breakfast served by their lovely trainee. The croissants, baguettes and homemade jams and yogurt were heavenly. Honestly my friends and I said we would come to Bordeaux again just to stay here! Best bed & breakfast ever!! A must stay!! Highly recommend!

Le Clos des Queyries es una gran opción si quieres conocer Burdeos dedicando un par de días. Hay muchos motivos para tener un buen recuerdo. El primero y más importante, la amabilidad y cercanía de Sylvie et Sébastien, que te hacen sentir como en casa. Desde la calurosa bienvenida, los consejos para visitar Burdeos o las recomendaciones sobre donde cenar. El segundo, las habitaciones. Estuvimos en la Cailhaou, muy espaciosa y luminosa, y siempre perfectamente cuidada. El desayuno era muy completo y con productos de calidad, y una oportunidad para conocer a otros huéspedes. El jardín es un oasis en medio de la ciudad. Se encuentra muy próximo a una estación de tranvía lo que permite visitar la ciudad cómodamente. Por último, nos olvidamos de un cargador de móvil en la habitación y Sylvie tuvo el detalle de enviarlo a casa.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires de ce lieu caché dans la ville.
C'est un endroit très calme qui permet de profiter du jardin et des chambres spacieuses aménagées et décorées avec goût.
Le petit déjeuner copieux est présenté avec des produits frais préparés par la maîtresse des lieux.
L'adresse est enregistrée, nous y retournerons avec plaisir!

Que du bonheur ! Un accueil super chaleureux par les propriétaires. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été ébloui par le jardin cosy et le château. Très joli rénovation, de bon goût. La chambre est immense et très bien conçue, joli mobilier et très très bonne literie. C'est un lieu très paisible, aucun bruit. Ensuite, le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. Nous nous sommes régalés. Nous vous conseillons d'y aller les yeux fermés. Christine et Michel

Sylvie and Sebastien are running a beautiful B&B, a 10 minute tram ride from the center of town. They are very attentive hosts and the restoration work of the home is stunning. The room was unusually large and comfortable with an efficient air conditioning unit (a must in the summer heat).

Très belle maison, située pas très loin de la cité du vin et avec accès facile à Bordeaux. Le quartier est résidentiel et simple mais dés que vous passez le portail du clos c'est un havre de paix magnifique. Chambres très propres, spacieuses et très bien décorées. Super literie. On y dort super bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Hôtes accueillants, interessants et plein de bons conseils pour visiter la ville et les environs.
