Horrible experience so far. Wish I had never booked. They finally got back to me and have tried to make up for the lack of reply (and perhaps an email or two went to spam). Let me give more stars, and after I actually stay there, I'll finish the review.

Impossible to get any info from them via phone or email. I'm contacting Visa to try to get a refund if I cancel, and I'll show Visa all the emails I've sent. I read about others arriving after the desk closes and having a hellish time getting in. My train will now get in late and after two weeks, I still don't know what to expect and where I go, etc., to get the key/code/WHATEVER

They refuse to reply after 3 emails in a week after I booked a reservation. I give 3 stars for the moment because I have not yet arrived but 1 star for service. At this point I wish I had not reserved and will document everything about my stay for a fuller, rigorous review afterwards.

Es como una residencia para estudiantes , gente joven. Todos los pasillos huelen a María que flipas , las habitaciones están muy bien , las camas son muy cómodas tienes nevera y cocinita ,un armario aceptable y puedes dejar el coche aparcado dentro por 8 euros más al día , tienes el centro a media hora andando , en general para venir unos días está aceptable , pero por un poco más puedes cogerte un hotel más cerca del centro y sin que estén fumando porros por todos los pasillos... Por lo demás

Très très bon hôtel que ce soit du prix, aux services et à la qualitée de professionnalisme. Chambre avec Tv qui fonctionne nickel, Kitchenette vraiment au top en équipement ( passoire assietes etc, bouilloire, machine à café) Kit vaiselle fourni. Arrivée très bien organisé même un dimanche ! Le logement était nickel à notre arrivée avec la surprise que un ventilateur soit allumé pendant la canicule franchement TOP ! Logement à 15 min à pied du plein centre de Bordeaux. Parking sécurisé en petit supplément mais pas négligeable au vu du prix de stationnement dans la rue ! Personnel très pro notamment le monsieur de l'accueil. RAS je recommande vivement

Un formidable séjour. De la chambre au personnel tout est très bien organisé. C'est la première fois ou je met 5 étoiles partout. De part ma profession je suis à l'hotel 5 à 10 nuits dans le mois et vous valez voire dépassez les meilleures chaînes hotelières. Merci de votre gentillesse, compréhenssion et surtout le professionnalisme du personnel.
Un seul point négatif tout est parfait ne changez rien.

The apartment is a reasonable price. The apartment is approximately a 15-minute walk to the tram. The tram takes approximately 10-15 minutes to get into the city centre. If you arrive on a Sunday or out of hours, there is no reception. I tried to find out how we accessed the apartment. I sent messages and emails, but there was no response. I then received an email asking for my email. I still had no idea when or how to access the apartment. Eventually, I received an email with codes to access the building and key safe. All the places I have stayed in before the communication has been excellent, not this place. The apartment provides towels, bedding, shower gel etc and washing up etc. There are no plug sockets near the bed unless you unplug a lamp. The blind would not go down the first night. I messaged and emailed no response. We returned the second night to find someone had entered the apartment and put the blind down. Again no communication about what they were doing and they did not even ask if it was OK to enter the apartment. The communication you receive on arrival in a letter about departure is all in French. So prepared to translate which was not a problem for us but could be others. The apartment is in an OK area with easy access to public transport.

J’ai passé 5 nuits dans un studio calme, propre, et bien équipé. Il y a une kitchenette avec tout ce dont on a besoin. L’endroit se trouve à pied à peu près 15 minutes du tram (Bergonié) ou des Capucins et 20 minutes de la Victoire. Personnel acceuillant – on peut laisser les bagages pendant quelques heures après le départ pour encore profiter de la ville avant l’avion. Je réserverai à nouveau sans hésitation.

Comodo con i mezzi per andare ovunque. Vicino ad un Carrefour Express. Alloggio minimale ma sufficiente, il bagno un po' sacrificato. Non c'è il phon per asciugare i capelli. Pagato 65€ a notte per due in febbraio. Un po' tantino essendo fuori stagione.

Great place.. we stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Bordeaux and the rooms are nice, spacious, and well equipped: microwave and water kettle which comes handy as I like to have instant coffee as soon as I wake up.
The parking behind the building comes in handy if you are renting a car.

Nonostante avessi prenotato 4 mesi prima, la mia prenotazione non si trovava, siamo stati un'ora al telefono a cercare si capire che fine dovevamo fare.. perché la reception nel weekend è chiusa... E non sai a chi rivolgerti.. Alla fine siamo riusciti a farci dire la password per entrare in una stanza che sinceramente non vale assolutamente 50 a notte!! Delusione!

Che dire, due stelle perché è difficile trovare un hotel e economico a bordeaux, questo lo è e ci si deve accontentare ma tra la puzza generale, reception chiusa e prenotazione dimenticata credo sia più che sufficiente. Very well priced, clean and comfortable. Decent sized room with comfortable queen-sized bed. Very friendly reception guy. Small kitchenette with hob, microwave and kitchen utensils, pots and pan. Easy access to public transport and restaurants and bistros/bars.

No puedo estar más encantada con el servicio recibido. Y eso que no lo he recibido! Me explico: Ryanair canceló mi vuelo a última hora. Les mandé un mensaje para pedirles por favor que me devolvieran el dinero de la reserva y fueron tan amables de hablar con Booking para tramitar el reembolso. Son gestos que marcan la diferencia.

Franchement surpris par l'accueil (le monsieur était très à l'écoute), la propreté, la qualité de la literie et le calme.
