Emplacement très bien situé, un accroc majeur en arrivant avec nos bagages. Nous sommes restés coincés dans l’ascenseur 40 minutes et je m’attendais à un dédommagement pour cette inconvénient.

Hotel bien ubicado,muy cerca del centro y con facil acceso en coche.A la llegada y a pesar de haber pedido plaza de parking me dicen que no disponen de plazas.Tras la consiguiente queja me dicen que si,que hay una.Las habitaciones piden uma renovacion a gritos.Tuvimos que hacernos la cama supletoria nosotros.No limpian la habitacion (cosa que no se avisa en ningun sitio).La sauna y el baño turco son pequeños pero funcionales.El gimnasio no dispone de ninguna pesa.Servicio muy muy básico en la zona de recepcion.Por el precio,mejor otra opcion.Admiten perros.La vajilla del apartamento estaba casi toda sucia.

Séjour de 4 jours pour visiter Bordeaux - apparthotel très bien équipé - petit déjeuner très bien - personnel très aimable (sans exception) - décoration reposante - situation idéale : accès direct en bus de la gare et en tram vers la cité des bassins - le reste est découvert à pied. vaste chambre moderne.

Dieses Aparthotel Adagio Bordeaux Gambetta befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Bordeaux gleich neben dem Einkaufszentrum Meriadeck (sehr gut). Das Apartment war von der Möbeleinrichtung perfekt eingerichtet. Es gibt Trennwände zwischen den Betten/Schlafsofas. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern und stilvoll. Der Balkon war auch sehr schön mit einem tollen Blick auf den Innenhof der gut mit Pflanzen (Bäumen usw) bepflanzt ist. Die Sauberkeit war gut. Das einzige was mich gestört hat war dass es ein wenig staubig im Apartment war. Der Service sowie die Mitarbeiter/innen waren okay. Man muss den Müll selbst entsorgen.

Muy cómodo y en el centro. No utilizamos la cocina pero ahí está. La habitación era grande, luminosa con buen aire acondicionado.

Great room. All the things you need for a weekend away with friends. Staff very friendly. Air conditioned! Only odd thing is toilet separate from the bathroom but that could have just been the configuration of our room and not a problem - just something people may not be expecting

We really enjoyed our two-night stay here. The hotel is really well located in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious, and the mini-apartment idea works well: there is a small sink and hob, so you can cook a simple meal in the room if you wish. Breakfast very good. Overall, good value for money, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Excellent séjour qui avait un peu mal commencé ; en effet à mon arrivée tardive (2h du matin dû à un retard de vol) , j ai attendu longtemps avant que la personne en charge ce soir la (jeudi 19 juin 2025 ) vienne ouvrir le sas de l hôtel ;
Fatiguée et déçue de ne pas avoir d excuses de ce réceptionniste , j avoue que sur le moment je regrettais un peu d avoir réserve cet hôtel .
Mais dès le lendemain , j en ai fait part aux autres réceptionnistes très à l écoute et accueillants qui étaient vraiment désolés pour moi et qui savaient pertinemment de quel collègue il s agissait !
J espère que ce réceptionniste de la nuit du jeudi 19 juin /début du vendredi 20 juin ( 2h du matin ) se reconnaîtra et essaiera de faire au mieux son travail . D autant plus que j avais appelé l’hôtel deux heures avant pour leur faire part de mon retard et au téléphone on m avait assuré que la réception était ouverte 24h/24h.
Lorsque je suis arrivée, j ai sonné plusieurs fois et a dû attendre dans le sas au moins 10minutes avant que je me décide d appeler au téléphone .
En entendant la sonnerie du téléphone , ce fameux réceptionniste ( homme…) a daigné sortir d une autre pièce et est venu nous ouvrir sans s excuser et en me disant que je n avais pas actionné le bon bouton ; bien faux car nous avons bien entendu la sonnerie retentir !
Bref, à part cette mésaventure et cette personne qui ne donne pas une bonne image de l hôtel, l aparthotel Adagio reste un très bon choix et je reviendrai avec plaisir

Had a nice stay. The hotel was impeccably clean and functional. My only issue was lack of cleaning service. Should be provided at least every other day and should not be paid. Already the parking is expensive.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Reception people were amazing and very helpful.
Hotel is very clean, very quiet and very well located, 2min walk from a mall and 10min walk from the Triangle d'or.
Room i took was very big, very functional and the air conditioning was wo4king very well, which is good cause it w1s 37 degrees outside.
Will definitely make this hotel my new favourite when visiting Bordeaux..

This hotel has its pros and cons, making it an average option. On the positive side, it’s conveniently located in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, museums, and the Mieradeck shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns.||However, there are a few drawbacks. The air conditioning is advertised, but it’s not very effective. The temperature fluctuates between 22-24 degrees, which is uncomfortable for those accustomed to sleeping in cooler temperatures. This made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the laundry facilities are limited, with only two washers and one dryer, which may not be practical for larger families. Lastly, depending on your upstairs neighbors, the thin walls can make it sound like they’re moving furniture early in the morning.

L'hôtel est très très bien placé. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique et toujours avec le sourire. Les chambres sont top, il y a de l'espace et une belle salle de bain. Je conseille car belles prestations. En plus juste à côté il y a 2 bon restaurant dont le naïnaï.

The room was a good size ... a couple could easily stay there (not always the case these days!).
The location is excellent, walkable to most of Bordeaux's centre-ville sites and close to tram and bus lines for those further away. Lots of cafes and restaurants on Place Gambetta and the nearby streets.
However, the hotel has a no maid service, no fresh towels policy (towels are available for a fee, which is ridiculous in my view). I know that this is a "first world problem" (and an advantage of a hotel over an AirBNB) but one of the pleasures of a hotel stay is getting the bed made, fresh towels if necessary, etc. Also, the WiFi did not work on the night I checked in. It got fixed later, but that is obviously a huge problem these days.
Finally, the breakfast was expensive so I did not get it (good French coffee and croissants available all over for way less than 15 euros!).

El problema es que nos hicieron firmar que accedìamos a que no nos limpias en la habitación todos los días, pero no la han limpiado en 4 días,ni nos han dado otras toallas.No me parece correcto en un apartahotel de 4 estrellas.Seria correcto en un apartamento

We love this hotel and its value for money. There are laundry, fitness, sauna and Turkish bath at first floor, and breakfast at lobby area. Location is strategic and convenient

quel dommage ! on aurait dû mettre 5 étoiles partout !..car tout est parfait ! l'accueil, le service la propreté , l'emplacement , le parking …sauf un détail : dans la chambre (studio 2 personnes ) pas de portes entre la salle d'eau /WC et la chambre : juste une porte battante à clair voix ! imaginez l'intimité des toilettes ... des odeurs ! quel architecte d'intérieure incompétent peut penser un truc comme ca ?... vraiment dommage

Tuttavia non posso fare a meno di avere alcune riserve:
Le camere sono per un massimo di 3 persone, quindi se si è una famiglia di 4 persone si deve necessariamente prendere 2 stanze spendendo molto di più.
Il servizio nelle stanze è scarso: non ne faccio un problema di "rifare la camera", ma non cambiano gli asciugamani: se ne vuoi di puliti in più devi pagarli. Comprendo che la necessità sia dettata dalla necessità di evitare facili sprechi, ma su richiesta, al desk, potrebbero quanto meno fornire il cambio senza costi aggiuntivi: sopratutto soggiornando diversi giorni può capitare con una certa facilità di averne bisogno. Le camere non sono così economiche da richiedere un supplemento di costo.
Per il resto il soggiorno è stato ottimo,
