Nous avons passés un excellent week-end dans cet hôtel ! L ensemble du personnel est très chouette et de bon service. La directrice nous a très bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, varié, jus de fruits Alain Millat, produits de qualité. Sophie au petit déjeuner est adorable et très Pro. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

We stayed just one night and had a good time there. The two lovely people at reception gave us a lot of recommendations about the local area and what to see and do. The area of the hotel is convenient, close to the train station and a few minutes by foot from the high streets. Everything went smoothly. Merci :)

We’ve stayed in a lot of places but this one was ok just overpriced and oversold. Definitely not boutique in any way. Paint peeling from the walls, bathroom was not clean with hairs on the wall and bits of broken glass on the floor (!) see photos. We are a couple and booked a double room but the room had two single beds pushed together so there was a gap in the middle and two big hard ridges where the beds met. No foam topper, not even a mattress protector to cover the gap. The room was very small and no wardrobe, nowhere to put two suitcases. We only had two small hand luggage size cases but there was still no space. You have to go fill your own empty water bottle in the room from another floor and although they give you tea bags there is no kettle only a nespresso machine in the room. The saving grace was that the staff were lovely. We managed to change rooms but then got a call from the porter on the mobile at 3am as they hadn’t told him we weren’t a new check in - fortunately our phone was on silent. All ways around this hotel is fine but should be 50 Euros cheaper per night and not called Boitique!

Hôtel très bien situé à proximitéde la gare ,du centre des congrès , du boulevard de la plage . Les rues commerçantes ne sont pas loin.|Les chambres sont très calmes . Le personnel est au top! Souriant et attentionné .|Le petit déjeuner est un régal :| salé : truite fumée, charcuterie, œufs, fromage...|Sucré : confitures,pains variés, pancake, cannelés, yaourts...|Petit bémol : la taille de la salle de bain et l'espace exigu réservé aux toilettes |N

Nous avons été déçu, premièrement par la chambre car elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos||De plus, pour se garer, les places sont très restreintes devant l’hôtel, il n’y a pas de parking privé||Et pour finir, nous avons commandé une planche à partager pour deux qui faisait mal au cœur avec quatre bouts de pains dur||Merci

Dans l'ensemble très bien, juste un bémol au niveau des rangements c'est très limité.

Tout d abord pas de parking emplacement devant l hôtel mais pas plus de 2 heures de stationnement sinon amende de plus le service déjeuner manque de personnel car attendu 30 mn pour pouvoir demander du jus de fruit manquant
Viennoiserie de la veille donc inmangeable, œuf brouiller en poudre, j ai demander un café qui es arriver froid au bout de 20 minutes
Les bocaux de confiture au petit déjeuner ne sont jamais rempli
Le personnel de l accueil change tous les jours donc pas de suivi des clients
À éviter pour le tarif pratiquer et le nombre d hôtel attribuer ????????????????
PS le ménage journalier n était pas effectuer au prix de la chambre ces énervant ????

We stayed here for work, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was not working throughout our 6-day stay. Although we raised the issue, no alternative solution was offered. Additionally, communication was sometimes challenging as some of the staff did not speak English. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable and the location was convenient.

Hôtel charmant, cosy et à la décoration chaleureuse. Idéalement situé pour un séjour sur Arcachon, en profitant des toits de la ville à l'occasion d'un petit-déjeuner en roof top.

Outstanding location just a block from the train station on a quiet residential street. Welcoming and helpful staff took care of any concerns, even anticipating needs like offering to open the wine I was carrying before I realized I needed an opener. The ground floor lounge and 4th floor enclosed terrace are wonderful public spaces. Breakfast (fee) included cooked items. They even had a filtered water dispenser with sparkling and still available anytime. The front door is secured whenever someone is not in immediate attendance. Our room had a small balcony and there is a lift if needed. We spent two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the small tourist beach town. The only problem we encountered was that the wifi for travel planning worked in all the public spaces but not our room. However, in keeping with the solicitous care, they asked about our stay at checkout and I brought it to their attention. The immediate response was that it would be investigated and corrected. Based on our experience with the quality of care, I have no doubt there will be an immediate adjustment. Lovely stay❣️

No hay armario para dejar la ropa y sí unas perchas en un colgador.

Bonne qualité de literie, très bon emplacement et personnel accueillant mais chambre exiguë, propreté qui laisse à désirer, petit déjeuner très moyen avec des produits surgelés et où il faut garder son manteau tellement il fait froid. Très déçue de cet établissement !

Nous avions réservé une chambre Esprit avec baignoire.
La chambre correspondait totalement à nos attentes, grand lit très confortable, baignoire très grande aussi, peignoir... Tout était parfait. La réceptionniste était adorable, bienveillante, accueillante, chaleureuse. Nous nous sommes sentis super bien.
Le petit déjeuner (buffet à volonté) était copieux, sucré et salé (saumon fumé, oeufs, avocat, fromage etc..).
L'hôtel est à 4min de la gare et moins de 10 min de la plage. C'était super. Un grand merci pour cette belle soirée.

Chambre deluxe = Chambre standard... Ne payez pas le supplément pour une chambre "deluxe", vue ville = vue sur les immeubles.

Je vous déconseille cet hôtel qui n’a aucun respect pour les voisins; ils ont installé un compteur de chantier depuis 2 ans sur notre façade et après 10 relances aimables ne répondent pas et ne l’enlèvent pas. C’est une preuve d’irrespect.

Hôtel très coquet, récemment rénové. Offrant un confort parfait. Seul point noir, le portes coulissantes de la salle de bain sont translucides; ça manque un peu d'intimité pour la partie wc...
L'emplacement est parfait : à une rue de l'effervescence du centre, au calme.
