Endroit beau, propre et très calme, chalet Victoria suffisant pour deux, proximité avec les commerces et le centre-ville, piscine largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir + service et restauration au top !
Wij zijn eerder weggegaan omdat het met een baby niet praktisch was.
To begin with, the lodges are extremely close to one another, offering little to no privacy. You can hear everything from the neighboring accommodations – even someone coughing. Our lodge wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival: the glasses were cloudy and the trash bin had a strong, unpleasant odor. Not exactly the welcoming start you’d hope for.
Service across the site was another major letdown. When dining at the on-site lodge, you're expected to serve yourself completely – get your own cutlery, glasses, and place your order at the bar, even if several staff members are standing around chatting. The lack of attention or care was disappointing.
Even worse, the pool area seemed to be open to anyone. On multiple occasions, we saw people from the nearby residences entering with their families, wearing regular street clothes, clearly not guests of the campsite. There was no staff presence to monitor or manage this, which felt very unprofessional and unsanitary.
Noise was a huge issue during our stay. Several nights turned into full-blown parties, running from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., with loud music and shouting. When guests tried to intervene, it only escalated. There was no security on site, no emergency contact, and when we brought it up the next morning, the response was a vague “we’ll take care of it.” The following night, it happened again.
The seating by the pool was also poorly thought out — uncomfortable chairs that weren’t designed for lounging, which made relaxation nearly impossible.
Overall, this campsite is overpriced for what it offers. The lack of basic services, cleanliness, and peace makes it hard to justify the cost. I would not recommend Huttopia Arcachon to anyone looking for a relaxing or well-managed holiday experience.
Piscine trop petite, emplacement dans tous les sens.....

Les sièges pour la piscine ne sont sûrement pas adaptés pour les personnes âgées. Difficile de se relever et trop étroits pour les personnes d'un certain poid.
Au niveau bruit soit ça hurle à 2h du matin soit à 6h du matin, vous ne surveillez pas votre camping la nuit.
Aucune personne de votre staff passant en voiturette n'est capable de dire bonjour.....pourtant si jeune...
Le support enrouleur du tuyau des eaux propres pour CC est cassé
Camping business mais sûrement pas camping familial à 44 euros la nuit.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out – everything from the showers to the shared spaces felt comfortable and inviting. We also really appreciated the little touches, like fresh bread in the morning and the peaceful, natural setting that helped us fully relax and switch off.
Our accommodation was exactly as described – spacious, well-equipped, and tucked away in nature without feeling too remote. It struck the perfect balance between comfort and a true camping experience.
Overall, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Huttopia to anyone looking for a well-organized, relaxing, and enjoyable camping holiday. We’re already looking forward to our next visit
Le camping est très bien situé, au calme mais centre-ville facilement accessible (30 min à pied). De plus, il y a un parking juste devant le camping, ce qui est très agréable quand on vient à plusieurs voitures.

Bémol concernant la literie, trop de matières synthétiques ( chaudes et peu agréables au contact ), grincement du sommier aussi.
Nous avons eu quelques petits désagréments techniques, mais l'équipe s'est montrée très réactive !
Pour finir, message à celles qui aiment faire la fête la nuit et qui n'ont aucun scrupule à déranger son prochain : Allez faire du bruit ailleurs et épargnez les familles avec bébés qui viennent juste se reposer !

L'équipe d'Huttopia est très bienveillante et à l'écoute.
Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir dans la région, je n'hésiterais pas à y passer un nouveau séjour.

Op 2km afstand een fantastische bakker. Fietsent naar t strand in de baai, goed te doen. Goede fietspaden. 20 min in de auto voor de stranden met hoge golven. Gezellige animatie in de avond, maar niet te druk en lawaaierig. Genoeg activiteiten te doen, maar ook heerlijk om te relaxen. Kortom weer enorm tevreden over Huttopia.
