Wandered past this organic bakery and had to stop. The owner was remarkable--and explained why his organic bread is healthy (even for the gluten intolerant). A real gem of a place with integrity and heart.

Une très agréable découverte. Nous sommes venues 2 fois durant notre séjour. Un vrai régal. Du bon pain cuit au feu de bois comme ma grand-mère. Un endroit pour se poser et déguster café et pâtisserie. Merci et belle continuation. Nous reviendrons !

Un accueil parfait et des pains et brioches maison et cuits au feu de bois absolument délicieux. Et pour couronner le tout, la sélection de produits locaux et bio proposée est faite avec soin. Merci !

Boulangerie aux produits exquis, un personnel et patron super sympa, notre repas de ce midi dans cet établissement vaut bien plus qu’un restau à 50€ par personne dans le centre…!

Biobäckerei - die Produkte in der Auslage waren ziemlich verbrannt. Uns war nicht klar ob wir uns nach der Bestellung des Kaffees setzen sollen und man bringt ihn uns an den Tisch oder ob wir dort warten sollen bis sie ihn machen. Das Personal hinter der Theke hat miteinander und mit anderen Kunden geplaudert und ich stand ziemlich doof daneben ohne zu wissen was Sache ist. Wir haben uns dann gesetzt und als der Kaffee nicht kam habeich nachgesehen und der stand dann auf der Theke. Na ja. Dafür hat er dann sauer geschmeckt.

Very good everything. We especially loved the sliced flat bread that had melted cheese and maybe tomato sauce? Not sure if they call it pizza or bruschetta but too die for. My kids still talk about it.

Les tarifs sont élevés, mais les produits sont délicieux.
Prenez un café, il est très bon.

Prodotti davvero deliziosi e molto genuini. Abbiamo acquistato del pane dolce e salato e sono rimasti fragranti e gustosi a lungo. Anche i dolci sono ottimi, vengono usati ingredienti di qualità. Il personale è molto cordiale ed il locale molto carino anche per consumare una colazione o una merenda comodamente seduti. Torneremo di sicuro.

Spettacolare!
Pane e dolci fatti in casa con ingredienti di ottima qualità.
Buonissimo il flan, i biscotti e le madeleines. Anche il caffè è ottimo, cosa non scontata (sia cappuccino che caffè latte).
Il posto è molto curato, tenuto bene ed arredato davvero in modo impeccabile con la possibilità di sedersi all’aperto sui divanetti.
Consiglio di andare la mattina presto per trovare più prodotti (già alle 10 passa molta gente e non si trova molto).
Siamo stati a Bonifacio due giorni e siamo venuti qui a fare colazione entrambe le mattine.
Si può pagare con carta e il personale, che parla italiano, inglese e francese, è davvero gentile.
Consigliato per gli amanti dei dolci o anche solo per prendere del buon pane!

This is an absolute gem of a place! The staff are just so lovely and the food is amazing. Both savory and sweet were beautiful. Come early to get the best things! The coffee is truly excellent! The seating is comfortable and the deck is a wonderful relaxing place to sit. We came back both days we were here. Highly recommend!

Excellente boulangerie, le pain y est très bon, les sandwichs, quiches et pâtisseries aussi. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le cake aux agrumes ! Tout y est réalisé avec une grande attention et beaucoup de qualité. Une boulangerie comme il en faudrait davantage...
