We just returned from a weeklong France trip, of which we spent two days with Instants tours in the Champagne region. I cannot tell you enough how incredible it was! We were paired with Julien as our guide / driver. He was an absolutely fantastic tour guide, immediately making us feel comfortable and entertained while also giving all the practical historical and cultural info we were there to learn. I only wish we had booked more days with Instants. I've already recommended them to everyone I know who's considering a France trip this year, and I would do another tour with them in a heartbeat!

5 stars are not enough to rate this company! we had an incredible experience organised by Instants and from our first enquiry the contact and administration was faultless. We were treated like royalty on the tour and everything was seamless. Value for money it was worth every penny. Eloise, our guide for the 4 days and she was extremely knowledgeable and fun. They even managed to arrange an evening and overnight stay at the Hotel du Marc, which appears impossible to be able to do as an individual.

We booked a custom tour of the Champagne region with Instants and couldn't have been happier! From the start, all our email exchanges with Elise were a breeze. She arranged a personalized tour for us, covering Epernay, the charming villages in the Champagne region, a tasting at a small boutique family producer, and a visit to a larger champagne house. The day was flawlessly planned!

A special shoutout to Rémi, who was super accommodating and rearranged our plans last-minute due to a brief illness. The staff at Instants really know how to take care of their guests. Our tour guide, Eloïse, was an absolute gem! She was warm, friendly, flexible, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable about champagne and the region. As a sommelier specializing in champagne, she was the perfect guide for us!

Eloïse made everything so easy, providing door-to-door service from our hotel and even securing a last-minute dinner reservation at Le Jardin on a fully booked Friday night! Eloïse, if you see this, thank you for making our visit extra special. We truly loved our time with you and hope to do it again in the future!

My mother and I had a wonderful time with our guide Lucie. She is so knowledgeable and fun too!
We loved all our stops, on our full day tour, especially the Notre Dame des Reims and La Maison Penet.

I can't recommend Instants more highly for a visit to the Champagne region (we were visiting from the UK for the first time). From the start Jeanne and her team in the office responded very quickly and made excellent suggestions to make our itinerary better. On the day our guide Melissa kept us entertained and educated throughout our time in Champagne. The vehicle was really comfortable. We'll be back and will definitely use Instants

Thanks to Julien and Astrid, our experience with Instants was absolutely wonderful. The maisons selected, the tasting experiences, the transportation, the knowledge and expertise demonstrated. You really do get what you pay for, and then some.

10/10, you won’t regret booking this tour. We had the best tour guide named Matthieu.

He was not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly and personable. The details he provided made you feel apart of the scenery without being overwhelming.

We will be back and 100 percent recommend booking with Instants exclusive Champagne tours.

The booking agent Remi saved our day and was super user friendly and then the pairing with the actual guide Matthieu took this trip to another level.

Again, highly recommend.

We were greeted by our guide Lucie at Champagne train station. Lucie was an excellent guide and driver, we felt very comfortable. Her knowledge of Champagne and the region was very impressive. The start of our tour was based around the history of Champagne. We then visited Avenue de Champagne before finishing our tour at an amazing Champagne house (La Maison Penet) to understand the process of making the wine and finished with a tasting before being dropped off at our accommodation in Reims. Everything about this tour was perfect - top-of-the-range Mercedes vehicle, extremely professional and knowledgable guide with fun and interesting stops. We would highly recommend Instants - champagne tours. Merci Lucie and team!

We were with this tour service three full days. Our guide did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain many of the fine points about champagne without waiting for the wineries. We learned a lot even though we thought we knew the champagne story. Her selection of wineries was excellent. We saw the largest and many boutique wineries. Wine was excellent. She also made great lunch location selections and took care of all reservations. A fantastic experience that I would highly recommend if you want a private, personalised tailored experience. It was so easy to arrange as the team were so responsive. When there, our guide was prompt, spoke perfect English and her knowledge of the area, Champagne and the local history was very interesting and insightful.

We had a fabulous private tour with Instants. Remi was very responsive with correspondence when planning the day and Melissa picked us up from the (very fast) train from Paris and took us around for the day and returned us to the station. She was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the region and the wineries! Highly recommended!!

I had a day to fill before leaving CDG for the U.S. and wanted to spend a day in the Champagne region. Searching led me to a baffling array of possible providers and made identical inquiries with what I was looking for to three places that caught my eye. The fastest and most complete response was from Remi at Instants. After a little information-gathering and email discussion of what I was looking for he put together a proposed itinerary and, after tweaking a bit, it seemed right. The execution of the trip was perfect - a driver picked us up at our airport hotel and delivered us into the hands of our guide in Hautvillers. I was interested in one specific RM and left a second one to choice by Remi. Both were terrific - and best of all was a lunch of French stews and a flight of six different Champagnes. Our guide delivered us to the train station having helped me through buying tickets on-line and gave us careful instructions about what train to get on. We were back at the Paris airport in 35 minutes from near Reims. This was truly a perfect way to spend the day. Thank you to our guides Lucie and Eloise!

My boyfriend and I booked two full-days of touring in October 2022 and had an excellent experience! We were picked up from our accommodations in Paris the morning of the first day for private transport to the Champagne region to meet the guide for our first day, Lucie. The company coordinated two nights of hotel accommodations in Reims at our request, and made a great recommendation (La Caserne Chanzy). We spent the first tour day exploring Épernay, Hautvillers, and the surrounding area. Ana was our guide for the second day exploring Reims. We really appreciated the thoughtful itineraries, which combined private tastings at boutique family producers in the morning, group tour tastings at the "big" houses in the afternoon, and time to explore unique features of the villages themselves, including two fantastic lunch spots. Both Lucie and Ana were incredibly knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our days with both of them! We learned so much about the region and champagne-making process and found many bottles to take home as souvenirs. This was our first time in the Champagne region and this private tour experience was the perfect introduction - we can't wait to come back!

We were a group of 6, we worked with Remi and his staff to plan an amazing, custom-built itinerary. We went to him with an idea, and they helped us fill out the tour with exact specifications that met and exceeded all of our dreams and expectations. The process was easy, and they were prompt at every turn. We had an amazing time with our guide, Melissa. She was very knowledgeable about champagne and the region. Our group loved her and had a great day getting to know her, she was an absolute delight to spend the day with. Recommend to anyone who wants a custom built tour at prices that are about the same as the pre-canned packages through other large impersonal sites - you can not go wrong. We did a tour of Reims Cathedral, Veuve Clicquot®, and 2 other smaller champagne houses, with a wonderful lunch at one of them. We got to see the beautiful champagne area as well. Looking forward to our next tour of the area with Instants
