Modernes Hotel mit modernen Zimmern in moderater Größe. Alles sauber. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein Pool mit innen- und außenanteil. Einige Liegen vorhanden aber aufgrund der Anzahl Zimmer können auch alle belegt sein. Gute Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn und ca. 12 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Reims Center. Großer Parkplatz am Hotel (Kostenfrei!) mit ein paar Ladestationen vom Betreiber Shell Recharge zu vernünftigen Preis bei unserem Besuch (40 Cent kWh). Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Helle freundliche Räume.

Hotel tres tres agréable !
Parlant anglais, avec sauna et piscine (intérieure et extérieure jusqu’à 9pm!!), des restaurants juste à côté, le tram à 3 minutes pour visiter la cathédrale et le centre historique.
Possibilité de louer des vélos électriques pour visiter la champagne en vélo jusqu’à Epernay.
Je recommande chaudement ! Le personnel de l hôtel est vraiment agréable, et accommodant. Literie très agréable et salle de bain fonctionnelle (et toilettes séparées).

Dirty room with hair on the floor, inside the linen and inside the bathrobe. Dirt on floor (paper, plastic, rests of wall). Terrace full of pigeon’s excrements. Spider webs inside the corridors. And cherry on the cake, an ant (!!!) freely walking inside the bread basket at breakfast. Few vegan options (bread and jam). No soy/oatmilk, no soy yoghurt, no peanut butter. The fresh pineapple was at least, delicious. Would not recommend.

Hôtel dingue !!! Petit déjeuner excellent, chambre assez spacieuse et très confortable. Il y a piscine, sauna, jacuzzi, salle de sport, c’est canon!! Petit bémol sur la propreté mais rien d’alarmant. Je recommande !!!

I originally booked 3 rooms for myself and 2 friends for 1 night - it was a Saturday.|I originally booked through AGODA and the booking was confirmed and the payment taken 5 days prior to our visit.|We Checked in on arrival without any issue and our rooms were clean & cool. My shower was slightly blocked (to the point of overflow) and could have been cleaner but overall happy with the room for 1 night.|Upon Checkout I was advised that only 1 of the rooms was paid and I would need to pay my room - which I did, with a debit card, thinking that there was some error from AGODA. But on checking my bank, the room was already paid. I returned to the desk agent who said that his computer says that it isnt paid and I needed to pay. I refused to pay for the 3rd room and requested a refund for the earlier payment - so after some 20 mins of this faff, he decided to contact colleague. After some further time, it seemed that he understood their system a little better and identified an error at their end and apologised and offered me a refund provided I could provide an IBAN number - which I dont have.. Luckily I have a friend with a French account so I have now (2 days later) provided them with this information to the front desk email address, as they requested. I have now done this 3 times without any reply from the hotel.....|Moral of the story - check that your payment has been made and dont give these guys any further payment - they are in no rush to make ant refund.|I wont stay here again!!!|only fortunate that we were leaving earlier than required to get our tunnel crossing so we didnt miss it in the end but I am still +€100 out of pocket!!!

Passés pour boire un verre ce dimanche 22 vers 19:00. Degré zéro de l'accueil par le réceptionniste cheveux longs : "prenez un menu au comptoir" d'un geste péremptoire puis, une fois assis ... patience ... il reste derrière son comptoir sans faire un geste pour prendre la commande ou au moins nous dire de patienter. Au bout de 10 min on s'en va boire un verre ailleurs ! Désolant.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Reims. Rooms look like they’ve been recently refurbished. Rooms are spacious with comfy beds and air conditioning. Small gym area with a few free weights, running machine and sauna. Pool is ok but not suitable for doing any lengths. ||No restaurant on site however there are 2 restaurants a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast is buffet and very good. Staff are attentive. ||Get an Uber into Reims (€10) and see the cathedral and have something to eat in the town. ||Overall a nice hotel.

Lovely rooms sadly the service was very poor which for a golden tulip is very disappointing. Refusing to serve people a meal especially when 1 of them was disabled and couldn't walk to the restraunts nearby was a disgrace. This hotel seriously needs to reconsider its values and send it's staff on a customer service course asap

On our way to Tuscany for our daughters wedding, we decided to stay en route! We had multiple wedding outfits & used the hanger in reception to move everything! The hotel is modern & clean, but we were shocked by the food we ordered, it arrived in jars (beef bourgignon & gnocchi) had we realised there wasn’t a restaurant we wouldn’t have booked, the food was like baby food & probably the worst food I’ve ever had! The hotel lacks any atmosphere, so an early start so we can move on

Très bel hôtel, calme et décoré avec goût. L’environnement est reposant et idéal pour se détendre et chambre confortable.

Petit point négatif lors du petit déjeuner ce matin : une employée (jeune femme blonde) semblait très peu investie. Vaisselle posée bruyamment, aucun mot, aucun sourire… Dommage, car cela contraste avec la qualité du lieu et le reste du personnel, beaucoup plus accueillant.

J’espère que c’était un cas isolé, car l’établissement mérite largement qu’on s’y attarde.

Мне понравился отель. Новый, современный интерьер. Чисто, вкусные завтраки. Хотелось бы еще хоть какие нибудь овощи ????, ???? или ???? на завтрак. И еще помойте пожалуйста окна! Будет приятнее смотреть в окно!

By far the best hotel during my 11 day week vacation in France with my parents and my husband.

Rooms are tastefully decorated, very spacious, firm mattress and plush pillows, and the best part was the central AC, thanks to it my family and I had the best sleep during our stay in France.

The hotel is a few minutes car ride to the center of Reims so it was a great value for your money. I would definitely come back!

Een van onze motoren gestolen op hun bewaakte en afgesloten parking. Beelden konden we niet zien omdat de directeur er niet was. Beelden worden niet vrijgegeven, maar directeur verschafte ons korte uitleg over diefstal (uur, 1 man, tijd) per mail. Geen feedback van de nachtwaker. Aardige barman Quentin. In verschillende kamers was de douche verstopt

unfortunately, the negative rating in the room is that the heating is blocked and it does not go above 19 degrees even though it is December, the maximum temperature is 21, the water in the pool is also too cold and they wrote that it is 27.5 degrees, which is not at all. The sauna is also too small and without any accessories such as refreshing scented oils. The hotel does not offer dinner, which is absurd for a four-star hotel, they should belong to a lower ranking hotel. The breakfast was okay, although there is not too much choice, they lack more seats and tables. The hotel is nicely decorated and has plenty of parking spaces and devices for charging electric cars. In the surrounding area, you will rarely find a restaurant where you could have dinner, which is irritating. There is not even a cafe where you can drink coffee.

Service pas terrible et les serveurs du soir dont 1 qui s appelle Quentin et son collegue homme nonchalant.. ils viennenr pas vers vous..
Bien verifier votre facture finale car nous avons eu de mauvaises surprise.
Puscine assez petite et trou dans le plafond..
Ah oui tout est payant!!!

الفندق جميل ونظيف لكن بعيد شوي عن الاماكن اللي تستحق الزيارة
الغرفة بشكل عام نظيف اطلالة حلوه
فطول لا يقربك عادي جدا خذ كروسان من السوبرماركت احسن لك
كان فيه حفريات حول الفندق واحد من الطرق كان مسكر

Quoi dire de plus que ce site idéalement situé aux abords de l’A4 permet une pause savoureuse et au calme. Restauration de proximité (parking) et petit déjeuner complet.
