Les chambres sont très correctes, propres, disposent de toutes les commodités nécessaires.
J'y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Troyes.

We stayed at this place end of December for 1 night and got assigned room 106. We booked the hotel thinking we'd have a nice luxury stay at a 4-star hotel at the end of our vacation. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all.
We arrived around 6.30pm. Room 106 was freezing cold. The receptionist tried to help us by setting the heating to 28 degrees and full blast. This didn't solve the problem since the heating unit is located in the hallway, and not in the room. There was no possibility of changing rooms. After three hours, it was still as cold as ever. The heating turned off for some unknown reason and the night receptionist tried to turn it back on with partial success.
Even at full power, the system failed to heat the room, the main reason probably being its position in the corridor, not in the bedroom.
We had to put on extra day-clothes to sleep! This is totally unacceptable for a 4-star hotel room labeled “comfort room”. There was no comfort to be found.
We paid 175 Euro for this stay at check-in (unfortunately)! We kindly asked Mr. David Abi Aad, the Manager, for at least a partial refund, which he simply refused to do.
Unfortunately we cannot recommend staying at this hotel.
Pour notre deuxième passage en l'espace de deux mois, nous avons été déçus par l'état de la chambre : moquette et murs tachés. Du calcaire et de la moisissure sur la porte de la douche. Dans les tiroirs sous le lavabo, il y avait des cheveux et ils étaient pleins de taches. Au petit déjeuner, le plat avec les œufs brouillés avait une croûte d'œuf desséchée et le bacon sec et dur était également décevant. Cependant, l'emplacement est bien au centre et le parking donne un accès direct à l'hôtel. Globalement, malgré l'emplacement pratique et le parking accessible, l'état de la chambre et la qualité du petit déjeuner ne justifient à mon avis pas le tarif demandé. Nous espérons que ces problèmes seront résolus pour améliorer l'expérience des futurs clients.

L'hôtel est situé en plein centre historique. Le personnel est sympathique et avenant.
Le buffet petit-déjeuner bien garni procure un bon démarrage dans la journée
Certains équipements et éléments de décoration mériterai d'être remis à niveau
Petit déjeuner excellent. Bar Cosi. Prix correct.
Bel établissement.
Le wifi ne marchait quasiment pas, le spa pour 25 euros/l’heure est assez cher car personne ne reste 1h entière dans un jacuzzi.
Les draps étaient sales (on se demande si le ménage avait été fait entre les clients car présence de poils et de taches marron suspectes sur les draps…), nous avons signalé le problème à la réception et le monsieur a été très gentil et a fait le nécessaire.
Assez mitigé sur notre séjour, convient pour une nuit voire deux mais pas plus!
Dogfriendly pour un supplément de 10 euros
J'ai modifie mon 4* pour la chambre en 5*
2023 - Hôtel hyper centre bien situé. Chambre confortable mais aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Literie correcte. Moment agréable au spa. Je recommande.
+ Parkeren onder het hotel mogelijk tegen betaling (ze huren een deel van de publieke parking)
- jacuzzi enkel open tegen betaling 25€ per uur
- bediening kon in het algemeen vriendelijker. We voelden ons niet echt warm welkom
Ik denk dat slechts de helft van het hotel gereserveerd is. 1 helft is zeker 4sterren, de amdere helft is totaal verouderd en max 1 ster.
Onze kamer (305):
- vuile vlekken in kamertapijt
- scheuren in bedbekleding
- dikke lagen stof op de ventilatieroosters
- toiletborstel ligt gewoon naast het toilet
- slechte wifi
- geen Engelstalige tv zenders
- zwarte aanslag tussen badkamertegels
+ groot 2 persoonsbad
+ comfortabel bed
+ kamer kan 100% verduisterd worden met tolluiken
+ grote moderne tv
Persoonlijk vond ik het geen 4 sterren waardig voor de kamer die we gekregen hebben. Let dus op om een gerenoveerde kamer te krijgen, anders is het het geld niet waard
Maintenant l'établissement: c'est pour le lieu que je pourrai mettre 1 à 2 étoiles gros gros maximum. L'ascenseur est sale avec le gros scotch de chantier c'est sûr que c'est moins glamour. On a pris une chambre confort: moquette sale, meubles bien abîmés. Partout où on pose les yeux, c'est soit abîmé, soit sale, c'est resté dans son jus. Les fils qui dépassent derriere la tv etc. Pardon mais j'en ai fait des 4 etoiles et là, je ne comprends pas. Je me suis même demandé si quelqu'un ne s'était pas trompé dans l'attribution de la chambre!
Bref, en faisant le tour de la ville nous avons vu des hôtels bien plus beaux, là c'est vraiment de l'arnaque.

We stayed here for two nights in the ‘Junior suite’. It was so dirty inside the room, no pillow protectors so disgusting stains on the pillows that you could see through the cover. We had to ask for extra pillow cases as we felt uncomfortable sleeping on these dirty sheets. Hairs found inside the bed also and shower. Layers of dust everywhere, there was a layer of grime beside the bed and the balcony had croissant crumbs all over the tables and chairs. Dirty marks and stains all over the walls, the room itself is so dark and dreary, we paid over 550 for two nights for this!! The room feels more like a brothel instead of a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in cleaner motels! We did not bring this to staffs attention as you should not have to tell a hotel to be clean especially when you pay this much!
To make matters worse, we paid for our room in advance. However, an additional 100€ was taken from our account without notifying us they would do so, nor our consent. Only that my wife checked her bank account she noticed this. We were told this was a ‘guarantee’. This makes no sense and we had paid for everything upfront even parking! When we asked staff they told us it would be refunded however we still have not received our money back. We have rang and they told us they would call us back, still no call!! On the phone they tried to say they couldn’t see our booking, this was the day after we checked out! We seen from other reviews that this has been done to others! We have stayed in at least 20+ hotels around France, a mix of both budget hotels and expensive 5* hotels and we have never been charged for a ‘guarantee’!! Stay far away from this place it’s so dirty and taking money from people hoping they won’t notice! I’d like to meet the person who consented to this hotel getting 4 stars! A joke!!
La ville est en travaux parking difficile d acces
Tasse abîmé. Je déconseillé cet hôtel. Les tarifs ne sont pas adéquation avec la prestation
Je retournerai dans les hôtels du groupe Accor avec plaisir
