A l'arrivée, la personne à l'accueil m'a demandé 2 fois si je prenais le petit déjeuner alors que j'avais répondu NON dune part, et d'autre part m'a précisé que le tarif de la chambre est le même pour 1 ou 2 personnes alors que je ne demandais rien et précisais seulement que j'étais seul ! Pour la taxe de séjour m'a précisé qu'elle sera facturée 1 personne, ce qui a été fait

The hotel is well situated close to the city centre, and the room was well sized and comfortable. I'd also like to give credit to the staff for their helpfulness, and especially for their patience when helping me improve my French.

Priced per expectation. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Secure parking on site was just what we needed. Buffet breakfast was great. A short walk to Orleans Center to all the tourist attractions.

Belle chambre, côté cour très calme et bien insonorisée avec une bonne literie ferme, seul petit bémol qu’un seul oreiller par personne à disposition et beaucoup trop mou (un 2ème oreiller fourni sans problème)
La belle salle de douche séparée des WC est bien appréciable, propreté irréprochable
Le parking privé et sécurisé est un atout supplémentaire
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais correct avec tout ce qu’il faut et réapprovisionné régulièrement

Espace de la chambre est tellement optimiser que le Mobilier peu fonctionnel. Revoir aussi la propreté des parties commune. L’hôtel correspond bien au trois-étoiles mais le prix pratiqués est celui de quatre étoiles. Revoir aussi le buffet du petit déjeuner car peu varié.
