Review of Armani/Ristorante, Dubai:From the moment I entered Armani/Ristorante in Dubai, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The service was impeccable, with attentive and professional staff ensuring a seamless dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant, with its elegant decor and comfortable seating, immediately set a luxurious tone for the evening.The food was a culinary masterpiece, featuring a blend of traditional Italian flavors and modern cooking techniques. Horrific service. We joined for suhoor at the pavilion for the 279 offer which includes buffet, ramadan juices, soft drinks and moroccan tea and coffee. We enjoyed our time there but when the bill came they charged us for the 2 juices we ordered (lemon mint and watermelon). At NO point did they say these weren't included and on the website it clearly states these juices are included... at least lemon mint and watermelon are classed as ramadan juices in the rest of Dubai. The waiter said they were not included. Contacted restaurant via email and have been ignored Terrible service and greedy.

My Wife and I had an amazing evening, from watching the amazing Dubai water show with our G&T’s on the outside rooftop to eating the most amazing meal, the ravioli was off the chart ???? and the staff were so knowledgeable on each dish, it was an incredible experience and not as expensive as i thought it might be, we highly recommend the Armani Resturaunte ????????????????

Actually the buffet was not good at all , the chicken is undercooked which made me wanna vomit , there was no variety in the buffet and there is no special dish there most of them are bland

Lovely evening but no ability to make an espresso or any coffee at the end of the meal. Felt rushed out to the terrace and really a 5* venue can’t make an espresso because of close down? This is a restaurant? Disappointing given the rest of the evening and experience was very good.

Beautiful restaurant and they had Christmas deco set up which enhance the whole visual effect. I can dress up to enjoy a luxurious meal. The service is great with the complimentary of chocolates ???? but I was somewhat disappointed with the main course. It was arranged by my tour agent and they didn't check with me if I take octopus and that meal got wasted since I failed to enjoy. It will be great if the restaurant can have the added service to cross check with the customer if they have any allergies or food restrictions prior to the serving.

Probably the worst Michelin star restaurant I ever have experienced.
Terrible, TERRIBLE combination of wrong staff, bad food, indecent wine pairing, for a rip off of almost 400usd per person.... If anything: fly away from this tourist trap
