Pool day pass experience:
This is a beautiful place and pool, with very nice views. However, unfortunately the quality experience of this place has gone down since the last time we visited. First the front standing ladies, wearing blue dress, are not really welcoming and they didn’t say any greetings to us. Then, they told me from the 700 dirhams charge, 350 is redeemable on everything, but when I got the bill, they surprised me by saying that shisha is not included in this!!! Whatttt??? I was really shocked!! Felt like being tricked by the staff as no one told us anything about this!!! So had to pay 250 extra out of pocket because of this!!!
Also, the quality of service was really bad, each time pressing the service button, had to wait for 15-20 mins to get someone and most of the times, I had to stop service people passing by to ask for a drink or sth, which is quite unpleasant considering the price you pay and the luxury this place claims to offer!
Some other details are also not good and not at the level of burj al arab, like the water bags are dirty and their zips are broken so if you don’t notice you can injure your fingers,also before they used to give high quality waters like Voss but this time was one of the cheapest Al Ain water. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and I won’t be recommending it

We ordered squid carpaccio and the calamari, which were decent enough servings with great seasoning. The calamari could have been crispier, but the serving size made up for any shortcomings. The seabass is a cold water fish, so it was a little touch as expected, but the vegetables and sauce made up for the lack of fluffiness of the fish. Sauces were plentiful, and the staff cater for all allergens.
It was an enjoyable experience worth more in the region of 200 aed, but you are paying for the Burj experience. The booking allows you to enter all other dining areas of the burj. The service in SAL was okay, generally attentive, but at times, no staff were to be seen, and we were kept waiting.

Worst experience ever, can’t even rate it as 1 star also. The manager was extremely rude when we were trying to give him our feedback about the service and the food and he refused to assist us. They forced us to order food we don’t need just to pass the minimum order per person and forced us to drink coffee at 11 PM. They even charged us extra on the bill claiming that it’s part of policy. When we asked him that this was not mentioned in our reservation email, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Отличный ресторан в гостинице Бурдж Аль Араб.

Здесь есть бассейн и прекрасный вид на море.

Очень вкусные блюда из рыбы и морепродуктов.

Очень рекомендую карпачо из октопуса.

Отдельное спасибо персоналу за прекрасный сервис и приятную музыку.

Locale chic ed innovativo all' interno del Burj Al Arab in posizione spettacolare sulla Terrace affacciata sul Golfo Persico. Cucina veramente ottima, sotto la direzione dell' Head Chef italiano Paolo Mannis che unsce ingredienti di altissima qualita' e tecnica tradizionale creando una raffinata cucina del Mediterraneo del Sud. Servizio impeccabile, staff stellare, atmosfera raffinata ma al tempo stesso informale, estrema cura nei dettagli, cocktails eseguiti a regola d' arte. Siamo stati super coccolati, a fine cena ci hanno gentilmente omaggiato di un bellissimo mazzo di fiori e di una deliziosa Pavlova in quanto per noi era un occasione speciale. esperienza fantastica!

the setting is simply stunning: indoors or outdoors, the view is worth the price. The only minor hiccup is that probably the staff is spread a bit too thin. Plenty of receptionists, but not enough staff attending the tables. So with three small parties, orders get lost. However, really worth the experience

We finally visited Sal, and it was such a pleasant experience! Opting for lunch and then enjoying the sunset turned out to be the perfect choice. We started with a meal at our table and later shifted to the lounge area, enjoying a more relaxed atmosphere. The music added to the great vibe – it was loud enough to set the mood but not overpowering, allowing for uninterrupted conversations. I want to extend special thanks to Anna, the hostess, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. Additionally, Rashid was great to communicate with - it seemed he who could read tables very well.
Be sure to book the table and discuss the timing in advance - the place is super busy.

Ресторан находится на территории отеля Burj al Arab (парус). Обязательно за ранее надо бронировать столик. Красивая атмосфера и чувствуется мощная энергетика роскошного Дубая. Здесь я нашла свою любимую еду, которую ела на Канарских островах в 2011-году. Seafood with rice. Жаль я не успела сфоткать. Я была просто в восторге от того, что мне снова посчастливилось попробовать это блюдо. Музыка и сервис на высоте ???? каждый раз когда лечу в Дубай обязательно посещаю этот ресторан.

من احلى غروب الشمس لمشاهدته في دبي
SLA متواجد في فندق برج العرب له إطلاله بحرية واسعة مع جزيرة النخلة، احب اجوائه جداً، المطعم له انواع من المأكولات طلبت Tuna tartare كانت لذيذة ???? والبيتزا ولكن نسيت أصور باقي الطعام بسبب غروب الشمس الجميل ????
