Lovely central location hotel with private parking and an outdoor pool.

We arrived on a very hot Saturday, the reception staff we really helpful with advice about where to park our car to stay in the free local shaded parking. They were happy for us to sit in the garden area before our room was ready after we went for a lovely lunch in the beautiful old city centre. The receptionist offered to take care of our laptop etc in the office, while we went into town.

We went for an early evening swim and had a beer in the pretty garden before going out for the evening for the fête de musique. Lovely city. Great hotel. Polite and helpful staff.

Our room was cool and comfortable, pet friendly and the AC worked perfectly.

This is an excellent hotel with a very beautiful pool and garden at the rear. It was a pleasure to sit out and read our books and you can order drinks here. It is a 2min walk to the old city with plenty of good restaurants. It is very good value. We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was very quiet. There is a small store at the rear of the church nearby if you need to stock up on wine and water. ||Just one thing was odd, we arrived at 12.30pm but were not allowed to check in until 3pm, even tho the hotel was very quiet. They made us wait in the lobby until exactly 3pm. This policy seems quite strict.

1 night stay on motorcycle ????.
Good location to the town. A/C in room didn't work.
Excellent breakfast but expensive.Coffee machine with capsules! ????.
Not soundproof rooms (at all).
Secure parking but not covered? Another charge. Large garage type building not allowed to park in.?
Hotels really need to understand tourists needs especially on motorcycles.
Overall average hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Bergerac. Au calme.
Chambre spacieuse bien insonorisée et propre. On n'entend pas les tuyauteries (chasse d'eau ...). On n'entend pas les clients circuler dans les couloirs et pourtant l'hôtel était complet lors de notre séjour. Literie ferme mais pas de trop. Personnel souriant et très accueillant.
Salle de petit déjeuner chaleureuse. Buffet du petit déjeuner bien garni.

A very nice little hotel, great location, super clean. Had a room with a little living area, very comfortable, nice modern furniture and excellent bathroom. Beautiful view over a garden out the back window. Not luxurious but has everything you need.

Excellentes prestations pour cette infrastructure hôtelière paisible et confortable où le bon goût de la déco rivalise avec une propreté irréprochable une literie de qualité des produits d’hygiene top une insonorisation parfaite et cerise sur le gâteau un cocon de verdure aménagé avec style où trône une piscine.
Mes félicitations les plus sincères et tous mes remerciements pour ce séjour reposant.

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Clean, modern rooms and facilities. |Private parking. Just off the main square. |Bakery next door, laundry facility two doors away. |Paid public parking directly across the street. |Stayed 11 days. Would stay here again.

Bon accueil et du calme dans un établissement bien placé. Nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès 13h pour nous changer avant de rejoindre un mariage. La chambre était bien aménagée et la salle de douche impeccable. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Very welcoming arrival. Hotel was bright and very clean. We were travelling as a couple with our grandchild. We had a very spacious room (lift available) on first floor (think only 2 floors). Bright and airy with toiletries. We booked breakfast (optional). Typically continental breakfast with good selection. Staff spoke very good English that compensated our poor French. Ordered our airport transfer and stored our luggage to accommodate late flight. I hadn’t expected such good weather so hadn’t considered the surprise of a gorgeous pool with sun beds and seating area as well as a lovdd we my seating area which I’m sure would be welcome in summer. All in all a great hotel, close to everything in Bergerac. It also note they have private parking if you were coming by car.

I was greeted by a extremely enthusiastic and kind woman who was helping me practice my French and she was extremely patient. -as I don’t speak French that well- She repeated things so I could understand and was overall a very kind, detailed and considerate person. We arrived in our room and it was perfect, there was air conditioning, extremely comfortable and large bed and even a fridge -which we were not expecting- Next morning we went to breakfast and they answered all our questions about the food. They arranged our taxi for our way back and the whole staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
All in all a great stay, I will be coming back.

une chambre pas faite à notre arrivée à 8 h le soir et après attribution d'une autre chambre, une porte bloquée, avec nous à l'intérieur ! c'est mon frère qui était dans une autre chambre qui nous a libérés en forçant la porte avec un marteau et un burin à 11 h le soir. Cerise sur le gâteau, le lendemain matin au départ pas de geste commercial et même pas de petit mot d'excuse ou de questions pour savoir si nous n'avions pas été trop perturbés par l'évènement.

Bon séjour, mais les chambres (sol "ondulé" au 2e !) auraient besoin d'un coup de propre. Literie de très bonne qualité et bons petits déjeuners

Car parking was available at 12euro/day||Breakfast was typical french continental buffet with good quality food||Room was comfortable decor was ok||Didn’t use the pool but looked good||The G&T and wine they had was good

My wife and I spent a week at this Hotel. Highly recommend it. Staff were extemely welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Continental breakfast was excellent. Location to the historic centre was great

Very short notice booking, but meet by a cheerful young lady on reception on check in. |She explained everything about the hotel and all its amenities etc. |Room on 2nd floor at front of hotel, very clean room, lovely large bathroom & shower ( water pressure very low) but Air-con fantastic & very comfy bed. |Pool was clean and bathing area really roomy and quiet. |Couldn’t find the bar but drinks very available to buy from reception, she was very busy and didn’t see any other hotel staff about. |10 min walk into town with plenty of lovely restaurants about. |Fantastic Breakfast before we left. |Highly recommended Hotel!

Booked for three nights but had to cancel shortly after check-in due to a family matter. The hotel was very understanding, especially Jennifer, who has a delightful personality, was so helpful, and is a credit to the hotel. We will return when we can.

Quelle belle surprise la première fois que nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel, depuis nous nous arrêtons chaque année, l'établissement est très bien situé à deux pas du centre ville, très propre et bien décoré, avec la piscine.|Le couple de propriétaires est charmant ... le personnel également .|Vous pouvez y séjourner les yeux fermés ????????????

Je suis allé dans cet hôtel car vu les photos sur le site c'était beau sur les photos mais en réalité ce n'était pas ça du tout très vieille hôtel sale odeur dans les chambres de cigarettes piscine dehors froide et très vieux à la réception et sale je l'ai dit à la réception que c'était une odeur insupportable dans la chambre de cigarette et aucun geste commercial de sa part à éviter si vous passez sur Bergerac j'ai pris une chambre avec baignoire les portes ne se fermait même pas donc pas d'intimité comme on a deux car en face du lit les toilettes qui se ferment pas et en plus très poussiéreux et plein de toiles d'araignée plus jamais de ma vie si je passe sur Bergerac je prendrai l'Hôtel de Bordeaux je vous la déconseille

Bonjour Jess , je suis désole pour l'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre car toute les chambres sont non fumeur et malheureusement certaine personne ne le respecte pas. Par contre je suis surpris de vous voir écrire que vous ne reviendrai pas, car a votre départ vous m'avez demandé si j'avais de la place pour la nuit suivante !!!

Présent pour une conférence dans une salle au rdc, je n'ai pas accéder aux chambres.
Dommage que l'accueil ne soit pas à la hauteur de la classe de l'établissement! Concierge ou accueillant dans une tenue quelque peu négligé, parlant fort, trop directif et ayant oublié semble-t-il le bases de la politesse.
