Séjour enchanteur à Saint Servan dans ce bel hotel niché dans l’un des plus joli quartier de Saint Malo. Charme, authenticité, hospitalité. Petit déjeuner copieux avec de bons produits frais. Gentillesse des propriétaires du lieu. Nous reviendrons et recommandons.

Un véritable bijou !

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été une expérience absolument merveilleuse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par cette magnifique bâtisse au style élégant et raffiné. L’accueil a été chaleureux, attentionné et personnalisé – on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi.

Les chambres sont confortables, décorées avec goût, et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner servi dans la salle à manger cosy est un pur moment de bonheur : produits frais, vaisselle raffinée et ambiance paisible. Chaque détail est pensé pour offrir une atmosphère douce et apaisante.

Mention spéciale pour l’emplacement parfait et le charme indéniable du lieu, aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci pour ce séjour !

From the the moment we arrived until we left, Emmanuel and his lovely wife could not do enough for us. The room was a good size and very clean with good coffee/tea facilities and extra supplies offered throughout the day. They welcomed our Vizla Bella without any hesitation. The traditional French breakfast was very fresh. We plan to return soon.

We had a great stay here, booked 2 nights and extended to 3 nights. Very well looked after by Emmanuel and his wife. Safe car parking and easy walk to St Malo. Very friendly host and English speaking.

Un très bel hôtel particulier dans une rue très calme, un peu excentrée dans le quartier de Saint Servan. Très bonne literie.

Si vous cherchez un bel hôtel.... à taille humaine..... avec des hôtes plus que gentils et attentionnés c'est là qu'il faut aller !

Lovely stay near Saint Malo intra-muros.
We stayed here for the first time for one night, and what a beautiful surprise. The hotel is quite small, and the rooms are not big either, but the decor is very modern and feels much more luxurious than 3-star. The room smelt lovely from the moment we opened the door.
The staff is so lovely, friendly and very accommodating.
We booked the stay with breakfast, and I am so glad we did. It felt like we were having breakfast at a 5-star hotel. Breakfast was brought to our table by a lovely lady, and there was plenty of food for the 2 of us. We had different types of bread, jam, crepes, fruit, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. Definitely worth it!
The entrance to the hotel is very narrow for cars, but parking is free, and there is more parking on the main road, which is also free.
Can't fault it. I have been in Saint Malo many times, but this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the staff friendliness, to the hotel itself. It felt like we were treated as royalty in a beautiful French chateau.

Quelle surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans ce bel hôtel situé dans une rue paisible et pratique pour les magasins et les restaurants. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel qui nous a accueillis a été très serviable, sympathique et efficace . Il dirige l'hôtel le plus authentique. Le service est top. Notre chambre était au sous-sol mais elle avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et elle était confortable avec une belle douche et un lit confortable. Il y a une salle de bain séparée. Coin salon/lit. Plateau de courtoisie avec thé et café et réfrigérateur. Nous venons de prendre le petit déjeuner le plus parfait avec du thé anglais :) . Merci beaucoup pour tout

Wir haben spontan eine Nacht in dieser einzigartigen und tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Zur Zimmerauswahl hat uns der Gastgeber drei Kategorien gezeigt, jedes Zimmer war einmalig und mit viel liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sehr sauber und einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben die Nacht hier sehr genossen und sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr positiv waren wir von dem liebevollen und ausgewählten Frühstück überrascht. Hier wurden lokale Produkte aus Saint Malo und der Umgebung serviert. Der Gastgeber hat sich hier sehr viel Mühe gegeben, war immer sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Gastfreundschaft.

There is no better place to stay in St Malo. We are regular visitor to the place and believe me you wast your time looking for a better place.|He’le’ne and Emmanuel who run the hotel, could not be more helpful. |Their restaurants recommendation in St Malo are always spot on, they seem to be up to date on the best places to have a good meal. |The rooms are spotless and beautifully decorated, bedding comfortable, all rooms are named, and after many years of visiting the hotel, I recommend York, it is on the 2nd floor with view of the garden, it might be a problem if you have mobility issues as there is no lift.|The breakfast is an experience not to be missed, He’le’ne, who usually makes and serve the breakfast makes absolutely sure that you have an enjoyable breakfast prepared to perfection.

My husband and me,we spend a night in Ascott Particulaire hotel in Saint-Malo. We enjoyed our staying very much.Allen and her husband who run the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice , cosy and clean. Breakfast was homemade and we wish to come again

We stayed overnight before our return on the ferry to Portsmouth. This hotel was a revelation - a great welcome from the owner with wonderful style in the hotel. Bedrooms were very smart with modern en-suite. Definitely recommend the breakfast with homemade ingredients . Peaceful area of town but within walking distance of the centre if you have time to explore

Parfait ! La réception était plus que parfaite la dame et le monsieur étaient super gentils. Les chambres étaient niquel. Le petit déjeuner aussi il y avait tout a disposition j'en garde un très bon souvenir.

Service très amical, serviable et poli. J'ai séjourné dans une chambre avec un petit balcon, j'ai adoré. La chambre était très propre et avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin. La salle de bain était petite mais agréable. J'ai aimé la décoration de l'ensemble de l'hôtel. L'emplacement est bon si vous avez accès à la voiture. Le quartier semble sûr, il y a quelques magasins et cafés à proximité. Il y a un bus pour le centre mais le jour où j'ai visité l'hôtel (dimanche), le service de bus n'était pas très bon. Je devais attendre plus de 45 minutes et il n'y avait pas moyen de commander un taxi, j'ai donc fini par faire l'aller-retour à pied. Ce qui n'est pas si mal, c'est une belle promenade. Dans l'ensemble, l'expérience a été bonne, je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.
