The rooms are big. This is a local place that lets you feel where you are, as opposed to the chains that are the same everywhere. The lady at the desk immediately took care of my request for a quiet room and was helpful.

Very good Hotel which was booked at the last minute due to change of plans....In the city centre with fantastic secure parking and dogs welcome! The hotel has been renovated and the rooms and decor quirky....but perfectly fine, clean and spacious! The staff were welcoming and quickly sorted out a room change for us. The hotel was lively with coach passengers and we had a simple but very well cooked dinner at night in the restaurant! Very friendly staff.....We left early so could not rate the breakfast...the city centre of Mulhouse about 10 to 15 minutes flat walk to a lovely square, which on a Sunday afternoon was lively with music and dancing!! Would stay again !

Ich war mit einer Reisegruppe für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Mein winziges Zimmer war eher eine Abstellkammer. Das Bad war auch eine Katastrophe. Meine Freundin hatte in der 2.Etage ein ansprechendes Zimmer. Wie kann man bei einer Reisegruppe solche Unterschiede machen Ich habe das gleiche Geld bezahlt.

Bueno, bonito y barato. Un hotel sencillo que tiene todo lo que necesitas. La habitación que nos tocó fue amplia con la cama muy cómoda y con vistas a la ciudad. Aunque tuviésemos una carretera al lado no se escuchaba absolutamente nada. Viajamos con un grupo organizado y la comida que nos ponían era realmente deliciosa. El personal era muy amable y estaba disponible a cualquier pregunta en todo momento. Está cerca de todos los pueblos que queríamos visitar y también se encuentra cerca del centro de la ciudad. ¡Todo un acierto!

I went there on a small trip and it was the worst experience of my life. First of all I found a lot of spiders across the room and the toilet lid was dirty… the rooms next to us were loud the whole night, and I got mistaken for one of the kids making noise and when I got back in my room the receptionist walked inside my room to tell me to shut up screaming. (I was scared for my life.)

Nous avons été reçu tard le soir avec le sourire. On nous a gentiment proposé une petite assiette pour satisfaire notre fringale. L'accueil a été parfait. Le loft proposé était d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, le personnel très dévoué et très souriant. C'est un établissement à recommander sans hésitation.

This hotel advertises that they have air conditioning, which they do. However, they control when to turn it on. Moreover, they make you believe that your unit just isn’t working and they will send someone… and that someone never comes, so you “sleep” in heat (we went in May). In addition, they have an older lady that works the front desk that is just rude, absolutely no help. They state that they have showers, but it’s just a hand held nozzle in a tub. The location is within walking distance to things, but in a sketchy looking area and although the parking is protected in an underground spot, it is challenging to get into the garage with a very tight squeeze navigating through traffic and little to no help from hotel staff. I do not plan on returning to Mulhouse, but definitely would not book here again and do not recommend it to anyone that expects customer service and a comfortable stay.

Un sens du service de très haut niveau, depuis l'accueil jusqu'au restaurant, le personnel est toujours attentif et prêt à répondre à vos attentes. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, emplacement permettant d'aller au centre historique et au musée de l'automobile à pied. Une excellente expérience.

Un très bel hôtel bien tenu et propre à deux pas du centre ville.
Les chambres sont impeccables avec télévision et cafetière…

Wir waren über Osten in einer Reisegruppe unterwegs und logierten hier. Von außen machte das Hotel eher einen unscheinbaren Eindruck, aber wir waren sehr begeistert. Die Zimmer gemütlich und super sauber. Das Personal immer freundlich und kompetent. Zum Abendessen gab es täglich 3 Gang Menüs die wahrhaft lecker waren✨️♥️. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, da könnte man tatsächlich noch bissl was draus machen, Frisches Obst, Salate und auch Frischkäse wären eine gute Variante. Schade war auch, dass so wenig Personal deutsch gesprochen hat, aber man konnte sich mit Händen und Füßen verständigen. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und das leckere Essen bei euch! LG aus Sachsen Anhalt

Het hotel is heel goed gelegen op wandelafstand van het centrum. De parking is een meerwaarde.
Op het eerste zicht lijkt het hotel ouderwets. Maar al vlug zie je dat kwaliteit geleverd wordt. Nette, stille en grote kamer met groot bed en met grote badkamer met alles erop en eraan.
Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid voor maar 13 euro.
Hele vriendelijke bediening.
Aan te raden.

Eigentlich sehr gutes Hotel in kurzer Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Unser Zimmer war edel ausgestattet mit kleinem Balkon zum Innenhof. Minibar vorhanden mit kleinem Getränkeangebot. Allerdings kein kostenloses Wasser auf dem Zimmer, was inzwischen in fast allen Hotels zum Willkommensgruß gehört. Tiefgarage mit Fahrradabstellplatz und Ladesteckdosen vorhanden. Das Frühstücksangebot war leider wegen der Anwesenheit der Gäste von zwei Bussen im Frühstücksraum nicht vollständig und wurde erst nachgelegt, als wir schon fertig waren.

Fantastic place, wonderful staff (very hardworking). I cannot think of anything bad about the place. Always welcomed when coming down in the morning and welcomed again when coming back in the evening. Will definitely have this place as my first option when back again. Had dinner the first night and were very accommodating whilst they had a function dinner happening at the same time. The level of service makes you feel at home!

Wir haben einen kurzen Zwischenstopp in Mulhouse gemacht und im Bristol zweimal übernachtet. Es ist eine gastliche Atmosphäre im Hotel, die Angestellten sind freundlich, sehr aufgeschlossen und sprechen deutsch. Die Zimmer sind Pico Bello sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Auch das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren ganz super. Vielen Dank.

Ưu điểm có đủ trang bị trong phòng , trà, cf, bình đun sôi. Thiết kế đẹp, rộng, sạch sẽ.
Nhược điểm : phòng ăn sáng quá nhỏ, ít đồ ăn, không có máy pha cà phê, khách đoàn châu á bị phân biệt tách ra ăn ở phòng riêng nhìn rất thô sơ và cảm giác bị xem thường…
Chỗ đậu xe bus chỉ có 1 duy nhất trước ks .

Venue à l'hôtel dans le cadre d'un stage de récupération de points une salle à été loué par l'organisme l'accueil à été très chaleureux là disponibilité du personnel pour là petite restauration sur place était vraiment très bien le personnel toujours souriant ainsi que Mme Gutzwiller d'une grande gentillesse et toujours très souriante agréable le séjour dans cette hôtel doit être vraiment bien je recommande vivement à tous de venir séjourner dans ce magnifique hôtel et d'une propreté plus que impeccable un grand bravo ????????????????????????

Ich weiß nicht wo die guten Bewertungen herkommen. Zimmer klein, kaum Platz um den Koffer zu öffnen, Licht nur von 2 Leuchten neben dem Bett. Frühstück war ok. Abendessen schmackhaft.

Une nuit passée dans ce magnifique hôtel. Très calme et avec un parking pour 5 € .
Chambre superbe qui va avec sa salle de bain tout aussi agréable à utiliser et le balcon de la chambre bien équipé.
Personnels aux petits soins avec sa clientèle.
Nous avons également pris le petit déjeuner, copieux et très achalandé . Sympathique séjour.

Excellent service, accueil chaleureux, chambre au top d’une propreté impeccable! Sdd magnifique, grand balcon, café et thé à disposition, garage privé au prix de 5€!!!
Nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et nous avons apprécié le menu pour seulement 22€ qui était gourmand et très bon!
Petit déjeuner continental au top!
Vraiment, bravo pour ces prestations ☺️

The fact that this is the top rated, is a damning indictment of the other hotels in Mulhouse! ||Pay yo park, and then are told that EV charger available, but after plugging in, nothing happens. Asking at the desk only to be told that there is a card to use that is only available at reception. But no signs telling you that!!!||Room ok, nothing to write home about.

Excellent hôtel. Notre deuxième expérience et c’était encore mieux. Chambre très confortable, salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne qui ne glisse pas et c’est important quand on est âgé comme moi. L’accueil est parfait, aux petits soins! Tout le personnel est très gentil et essaye de rendre service. Une de mes meilleures expériences hôtelières.

Plus que ravie d'avoir jeté mon dévolu sur cet hôtel.
Nous avons été charmés par la chambre spacieuse, bien aménagée et très calme. Le personnel a ete super autant au niveau de l'accueil que pour le petit déjeuner.
D'ailleurs le petit déjeuner, un véritable coup de coeur ! Du choix, de la qualité et un personnel très facilitant.
L'hôtel est situé a quelques pas du centre ville piéton et dispose d'un parking (attention celui ci est en sus de la chambre, ce qui ne m'avait pas été précisé avant le jour du depart mais au moins la voiture est en sécurité) et l'hôtel recommande quelques bonnes adresses.
Bref, un vrai bel hôtel très confortable et bien pensé !

La réception organisée par deux dames qui inspirent le respect et les compliments pour :
- le confort de la Maison quasiment ou totalement restaurée, la chambre particulièrement confortable par l’équipement où rien ne manque!
Un silence général et un lit d’un confort remarquable , un Service précis et souriant, et pour clore petits-déjeuners buffet qui résument cet hôtel 3 étoiles qui en mérite 4 !

BTISTOL HOTEL Es ist ein schönes Hotel, sehr sauber, in der Nähe von allem brauchen kein Auto, Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Badezimmer war groß und sehr sauber, Außerdem gibt es im Zimmer eine Minibar.
