Highly luxury complex only 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik Old Town with stunning location, views and service overall. Higley appreciated by locals too.

A luxury leisure hotel on the coast of beautiful Adriatic Sea. Everything are excellent. The service is very nice and warm. The pools, spa, restaurants, bar, and the breakfast all are fantastic, and very enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend it.

Dubrovački vrtovi sunca su savršena sinergija čudesne ljepote prirode, srdačnih i uslužnih svih djelatnika te luksuznog i komfornog smještaja!!! Tko jednom dođe, uvijek se vraća! A svaki ponovni dolazak je nova bajka... Šetnje Vrtovima sunca, spa zona, romantičan, raznovrstan i bogat doručak na terasi s pogledom na uvalu, raskošni smještaj s pogledima... Sve je čista PETICA!!!! Djelatnici se trude s malim iznenađenjima učiniti vaš odmor nezaboravnim!

Lokacija je izvrsna. Pogled predivan. Usluga također. Nažalost loša kritika je nešto za što gosti uvijek nađu vremena, dok ona dobra često ostane izgubljena u mislima. Ovu bih priliku još iskoristila za pohvaliti Vašu zaposlenicu Danijelu u lounge bar-u koja je profesionalna, ljubazna te koja je moj boravak uvelike uljepšala! Sve pohvale!

Beautiful resort, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Pools are plentiful and always space to lounge. As with all resorts, it is very expensive, but to a very good standard. In the summer, there are children everywhere, so be mindful of this.
My reason for giving 4* instead of 5* is that the food offering and service wasn't great. There weren't enough tables for breakfast, and when there was, they weren't cleaned from the last user. Unfortunately, this is not 5* service. I'd expect to have a table available, and if there aren't enough tables for guests booked to stay, put a booking system in place. There was always a queue to get juice or coffee. From other 5* resorts that I have stayed at, they seemed to all offer table service. Sun Gardens, however, was self-service. Also, beware that this is out of town (in a beautiful location on the coast), so taxis will be needed to ferry you into the action and back (20 minute drive).
Other than this though, it's a lovely hotel and we enjoyed my partner's 30th birthday.

Lovely hotel. Massive grounds. Wonderful facilities. Breakfast is awesome. Only negative is the cost of meals which are stupidly expensive. Highly recommended if you have a car and are willing to travel for an evening bit to eat.

Wunderschöne Hotel und Apartmentanlage direkt am Meer. Wir waren bereit zwei mal im Winter (!) über die Feiertage dort. Es waren traumhafte Urlaube. Wir hatte eine Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern gebucht. Die Wohnung war top. Traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. Beste Ausstattung perfekter Service. Das Hotel selbst, mit Restaurants und SPA, ist ebenfalls top. Perfekter Service rund herum, egal ob Rezeption, SPA oder wo sonst.
Auch die Arrangements zu Weihnachten und Silvester waren toll. Super Buffet, tolle Show und super Kinderbetreuung.

Aktualisierung 2023:
Mittlerweile haben wir die Anlage noch einige weitere Male besuchte.
Noch immer begeistert! Die Anlage ist phantastisch. Ausblick und Lage grandios. Der Service noch immer perfekt und zuvorkommend.

Sehr schöner Ort zum entspannen.
Noch nie in einem Hotel gewesen, das so viele Sportmöglickeiten anbietet.
Personal war äussert freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war fabelhaft. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Im Parkhaus gibt es Ladestationen für E-Autos.

That is 10 out of 10 place. High quality service in everything, starting with reception, breakfast, restaurants or swimming training. There are 2 options for fitness, in door swimming pool, of course there are many outdoors. Many sports options for kids - football, swimming courses. We had a big apartment with kitchen, and it was a luxury experience. The breakfast was just excellent. We tried also octopus in one of the restaurants and it was very delicious.
The area is just very big with many places to relax.
It is located 20 minutes away from Dubrovnik old town.
So no doubt, my recommendation!!!

I gave you one star because you don’t deserve more. Your hotel need restauration as soon as possible, walls are cracked and prices are too high. I was having a lunch at hotel, me and my family didn’t understand what happened but weights at the restaurant was fighting with managers, , it was really bad to attend to that kind of rude behaviour. Also we were waiting for the food almost for an hour ???????????? . In general, ver bad hotel, horrible weights and they are so rude, prices are too high and not worth it! I don’t recommend this hotel!!!!!!!!

A fantastic sea-front village-feeling spa resort within easy reach of Dubrovnik. The sports facilities are great, especially for kids and families, with lovely memories enabled by the nicest people.

Got an end of season package trip bargain and wasn't disappointed. Lovely room and great facilities. Loved the breakfast. Only drawback is that it's a bit isolated. 25 min drive to Dubrovnik
