This was a great hotel with an excellent location near town. It’s about 10 minutes to the Main Street with some good restaurants and shops.
Rooms were well kitted and efficient. Wonderful sized shower. The breakfast buffet has a very large and delicious variety to choose from.
Love traveling and meeting the locals. Interestingly the check in was staffed with a very friendly person from the Czech Republic.

Five stars for everything! Kind staff, clean and modern rooms, lobby and restaurant. Bathroom design is a bit silly. It only had one glass wall in the shower so you couldn't use it without making the whole floor wet.
Nice heated rooftop pool. Not deep enough to swim but amazing to just sit and stargaze. Free, bathrobe and slippers found in the closet of your room.
Breakfast ($18 pp) is fresh and very nice. A lot of variety, buns, cinnamon rolls, scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal, juices, coffee, fruit and more.
Dinner menu is also very nice and worth every Icelandic crown. Recommend the tuna steak entry and cod as main! They have a nice drinks menu. The Lady's Choice (I think the name was) is amazing if you like a sweeter G&T.
Free shuttle service to the airport goes every 20 minutes and it's only an 8 minute drive. If the shuttle doesn't go, they will call you a taxi and give you a coupon to pay for the ride. Amazing!

Stunning hotel. Never stayed anywhere like it. Beautiful grounds, modern styling, wonderful staff, Hot tub at midnight, room and bathroom were so nice. not one bad thing to say

Nice, clean, and modern hotel that’s 10 mins away from the airport. Really no complaints except the floors are paper thin. We stayed on the 1st floor and we constantly heard footsteps. They have a breakfast buffet, it’s good.

What a hotel !
Where do I start… the hotel is close to the airport and blue lagoon and has a little high street 10 mins from hotel. It over looks the harbour the view is spectacular!
Was greeted by the kindest staff and came to our room… spacious, clean, modern and so lovely ( complementary shampoo and conditioner was provided and they smelt amazing.
On the roof top is a heated pool where we were lucky enough to spot the northern lights.
I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful country !
Really added something extra special to our visit !

Un super hôtel où nous avons été très bien reçu !
L'entretien et les chambres sont impeccables !
La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus !
De plus ils proposent un système de navette pour vous amenez à l'aéroport à toute heure.

- Se encuentra ubicado a unos 12 minutos del aeropuerto.
- Es un hotel familiar y agradable.
- Apto para niños.
- Tienen wifi con buena señal.
- Las habitaciones son pequeñas.
- La cama era cómoda.
- La vista desde algunas habitaciones es a la calle en donde se encuentra el estacionamiento.
- Aceptan tarjetas de crédito y débito como método de pago adicional al efectivo.
- Si tienes movilidad reducida y/o vas en silla de ruedas, te comento que el acceso y movilidad dentro del lugar es de dificultad baja.
- El hotel en general se encontraba visiblemente limpio. En la habitación que me hospedé, algunas paredes estaban sucias alrededor de los botes para la basura.
- Le falta mantenimiento en algunas áreas, la cerradura del sanitario estaba rota.
- La atención fue buena.
- El estacionamiento es gratuito, se encuentra justo afuera del hotel.
- Encontrarás un par de lugares de estacionamiento con cargador para coches eléctricos.
- No cuentan con valet parking ni botones.
- Si eres turista y no vives en la Unión Europea, te comento que las habitaciones tienen entrada de usb.

It's very good location with great services.
In the winter season they have indoor fire that smells quite interesting if you're not familiar but it brings me to my childhood ☺️
They offer free coffee from a big Nespresso machine and we benefited a lot. Especially during the night, while trying to catch the northern lights.
Highly recommend, we'll definitely stay again once we come back

Super schön eingerichtetes Hotel mit netter Rezeption!

We love to walk and there were a lot of walkable things to do. There is a Giant Troll cave near the little harbor that you can visit. Staff was great and very accommodating. We will book here again.

We stayed here the night before we left the country. It's a pretty basic Icelandic hotel but it was mostly quiet. You could easily hear the people that are next door to you. The hot tub on the roof was very nice and had a great view of the city. Recommend for a short stay before heading out.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. Spacious room, nice beds and as a bonus there is a very nice pool on the roof with a great view. Most importantly the hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, even through the night. Our shuttle driver was very friendly.

Excellent stay here! Breakfast was delish! Great view in room, attentive helpful staff, was relaxing & quiet. Great place to stay before or ending (or both) your Iceland adventure! Wish we’d known- pet friendly!

Hotel funcional a poca distancia en coche del aeropuerto y con recepción 24 horas. En nuestro caso llegamos de madrugada y la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable. La habitación pequeña pero con una cama muy cómoda y muchos detalles. El desayuno muy bien, con muchas opciones y todo de calidad.

Very happy with my stay here. The man @ the reception was friendly and accommodating. the view from the hot tub is awesome. You can see the northern lights at night from inside the hot tub if the sky is clear. It's 40 minutes from Reykjavík. There's a 24 hour convenience store 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants near by. It also has electric car charging/parking.

Stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel a day before heading back to the United States. Located in a small fishing village 15 minutes from the airport that is very walkable to restaurants. Would recommended staying here, if you are catching a flight out of Iceland for the night before. The decor is modern with a Nordic Icelandic vibe. The staff was super hospitable and friendly; you can get free coffee anytime from the front desk. We had a single king size bed room which had plenty of space for our luggage and organizing items before our flight the next day. There is also a nice large hot tub that overlooks the harbor and was super relaxing to use. Overall a great experience!

It is a very nice hotel. The food is kind expensive for the offer, but still good. There is a really nice walk outside to the giant's house.

Great hotel with shuttle to the airport. Room was perfect for our last night in Iceland. Rooftop hot tub is great and so is the small restaurant inside.

Hotel Berg was extremely clean and accommodating. The staff were wonderful. Anything we needed at any time, they were there to help us. The shuttle back to the airport was very convenient as well, since the taxis are quite expensive. The rooftop hot-tub is really cool and we each got a robe to use. The location is close to the airport as well, so it was really nice to drive 5 minutes to check in and get some rest. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety! It's a little expensive to stay here, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you want a really nice place to stay, this is absolutely the place to be.

Such a gem of a hotel in Keflavik! We stayed here on our first night in Iceland after a 19hr travel day. It was a short 10 min drive from the airport and a great place to recoup and get ready for the trip ahead, especially in the heated rooftop pool while it was raining. The staff was so sweet and friendly. Breakfast was also good!

Llegamos muy tarde y nos atendieron estupendamente. En el desayuno la señora que atiende es portuguesa y nos atendio con mucho cariño como si estuviéramos en casa. A la salida el chico de la recepción súper amable. Doy un 10 a este hotel. Limpio, ubicación preciosa y atención inmejorable.

We stayed here the night before leaving Iceland from KEF. The room was nice and spacious, great amenities, and it was in a good location right on the bay. The outdoor pool overlooking the ocean was amazing too.
We also left a jacket behind and Hotel Berg was able to track it down and walk us through the process of getting it shipped back to the US

Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Kaffe und Tee umsonst. Frühstück super auswahl. Der Standort ist sehr schön. Zimmer sehr hellhörig aber sonst alles super. Danke
