Ne nous a pas convenu mais cela reste un avis personnel.

Nous avons passé une petite semaine au Bounty Lodge de Rangiroa début septembre 2022 et nous n'avons vraiment pas regretté notre choix. Les chambres sont simples, mais propres et bien aménagés avec un bon matelas, un coin cuisine, une douche (avec de l'eau chaude) et une petite terrasse vraiment bienvenue. Ha, et il n'y a ni coqs, ni chiens à proximité.

Mais plus que le logement, ce sont les propriétaires qui sont vraiment sympathiques. Léty et Marc chouchoutent vraiment leurs invités. Ils sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport, nous ont dirigés vers les restos, coins et prestataires de l'îles et s'occupent admirablement de leur lodge (le jardin est superbe !). Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et les repas du soir sont excellents.

Si vous voulez un logement avec une âme, loin des hôtels de luxe à proximité, c'est le bon endroit !

Ma femme et moi avons séjourné quelques jours en octobre 2020 pour notre plus grand plaisir. Accueil, confort, cuisine, ambiance malgré le covid, tout est très bien.

Les vélos sont un plus pour se déplacer sur cette petite île.
Nous avons pu bénéficier des bons conseils d Alain pour les excursions ou visites qu il réserve pour nous.

They proudly provide their guests a warm, homey, comfortable, private, secluded, and romantic atmosphere within a vibrant, aromatic, proudly maintained floral garden within their family run guest house on the impossibly beautiful atoll of Rangiroa in French Polynesia.
This beautiful exotic tropical manicured flower garden with coconut palm trees and various native plants thrives very well spread out over the property and it is just a few steps in front of each of the four guest rooms and the main deck with the large beautiful solid wood long table.
All of the Pension Bounty’s four ground level guest rooms feature the same size, layout, design, and amenities such as a welcoming, spacious, nicely decorated, wooden deck with a clothesline for wet items, a table, a set of lounge chairs and sitting chairs. The roof above covers all four rooms and overhangs to keep the rain and sun away from the individual decks.
A very sturdy single sliding glass door with a separate screen and wide decorative curtain on the inside makes a secure, private entrance.
Just inside these spacious, romantic, bright, charming, and incredibly clean rooms, a cozy comfortable double bed is positioned on the right facing wall made up with soft fresh aromatic sheets. A set of bath towels, face cloths and soap on the bed’s foot, with a ceiling fan above, the colorful well chosen decorative local art work, wood flooring, well equipped kitchenette with serving bar and refrigerator, make a nice welcoming presentation accented by the wonderful fresh and clean aroma in the air.
The vertical open face shelf unit, just to the left inside the door includes hangers and contains the safe. A single folding wooden chair is next to the serving bar. The kitchenette has a sink, a gas burner, and a window is on the wall overlooking lush tropical greenery behind the building.
The spacious bathroom has a stone tiled floor, tiled shower with hand sprayer, sink, mirror and toilet. Two towel racks and a shelf behind the toilet provide ample space to place things. The shower in each room features water heated by solar panels which is very hot indeed. All the running water originally comes from the sky as rain. The drinking water is provided in a liter bottle in the refrigerator complimentary.
Breakfast and Dinner are served daily. The beverages include water, coffee, and hot tea. Plenty of water is served with both meals. Breakfasts include eggs cooked as you like by Alain who cooks very well, fresh mango sliced, bananas, apples, oranges, multigrain bread for toast and french bread. French Polynesian fruit juices and fruit spreads on the bread taste very delicious!

Dinners are served in four courses, a salad, fresh grilled fish, French bread, a side dish, and a desert. Water is also served with dinner. For both meals, Alain happily greets you with a beautifully set table which feels incredibly homey, warm, and comfortable.
Rangiroa is an atoll, like a ring of land surrounded by the South Pacific Ocean on the outside and an enormous lagoon on the inside. The footprint of this atoll is the same size as Tahiti itself, making it the second largest atoll in the world!
Plenty numerous water sports activities are available to do here such as scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, and boat excursions. Pension Bounty has listings and contact information of the operators who take people out on these fantastic adventures.
