Bistrot proposant une ardoise soignée et quotidiennement renouvelée avec des plats du monde ou d'ici.

Le Bistrot d'Harry Björklund est un lieu chic et convivial. La cuisine est d'inspiration italienne, le menu change tous les jours, exceptées les pizzas cuites dans un four traditionnel napolitain. Harry est d'origine suédoise, sa cuisine s'inspire de l'Italie en y ajoutant un twist suédois. On se régale dès 7h30 avec un copieux petit-déjeuner continental ou british comme on le souhaite. Pour déjeuner, une ardoise soignée et quotidiennement renouvelée avec des plats du monde ou d'ici. On peut aussi compter sur la cave de l'Hôtel de Beaune et ses 1750 références.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and filled with natural light. The hotel had many amenities, including a top tier restaurant, a cozy bar, beautiful outdoor spaces and a more casual restaurant for lunch. The service was simply outstanding from beginning to end. We were picked up and taken back to the train station and we received much assistance for meal and activity reservations. The service was consistently helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Hotel Beaune and will stay here again if we return to the area.

My husband and I recently traveled to Burgundy and made Beaune our home base for the week. The hotel was fantastic- centrally located and right on the village center (but not loud at night) we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. At first I was concerned as our room was not located inside the main building - to enter our suite we had a separate entrance next door- but our suite was so large for the price it really didn’t matter nor did it feel like we were “apart” from the hotel amenities. The staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic. The best meal I had on our entire trip was the roast chicken (no lie). Beaune itself was lovely and a great location (train ride from Dijon, easy drive to UNESCO sites in Burgundy). We can’t wait to come back!
