Ubicación y servicio normal.Buen buffet. Habitaciones espaciosas, el baño bastante viejo (necesita una reforma sobre todo las bañeras)
Otro punto positivo es la tranquilidad.( Aunque el cierre de puertas del resto de habitaciones se oye bastante)

Edito:servicio en el bar piscina bastante malo,lento y pasota. Se molestan si pides en barra.
L@s recepcionistas super amables,excepto la señora con el pelo corto; nada servicial ni resolutiva. Y un día a voces con un cliente...pésima imagen

Hemos estado del 12 al 15 de abril.en pareja y todo a sido estupendo desde recepción a personal de comedor y terraza.se portaron de maravilla todos.destacar Esteban y maryoile.muy buenos los dos.suerte el sábado.un abrazo amigos.manuel e Inma.sierra de Cádiz.

Stayed here for the second time and was as good as the first. The rooms are clean (maids are so quick and efficient) the breakfast is fantastic and has everything you could possibly want and every member of staff you meet is so friendly. The location is perfect for the Yumbo.

Niceand famous hotel in gran canaria, with top position in maspalomas. The restaurant wasn't the best ever tried, but overall the cost worth it. Nice swimming pool and gym area, the cleaning was acceptable

I visited the hotel during Easter break and was quite happy with the experience. The hotel has a calm atmosphere with an Adult only guest list. I got booked for a room on the first floor, sharing the balcony with a tree and some curious pigeons. However I was happy to see no bugs and a working AC. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with a professional staff. Pool side and café was slightly affected by traffic noise from a busy street outside the fence, but the noise was cancelled out by blasting reggaetón on the speakers. Not too shabby. The gym was sufficient for daily workouts.

Soy clienta habitual, he venido varias veces porque es un hotel increíble. El trato de los empleados es muy bueno, en concreto Lidia una camarera y persona maravillosa. La comida del bar piscina es espectacular, muy limpia, barata y de calidad. El buffet (desayuno y cena) también está genial, tienen mucha variedad y nada que envidiarle a otros sitios. Por sus instalaciones, ubicación y calidad-precio es un lugar ideal para pasar tus vacaciones en la máxima tranquilidad. No dudaré en volver!!!!

El hotel está alejado de la Playa del Inglés pero el personal es atento y servicial. La comida estupenda y la limpieza tanto en la habitación como los servicios comunes es buena

Een mooi hotel. Het ontbijt was in buffetvorm, heel uitgebreid. Het hotel ligt heel centraal en niet te ver van het strand en de duinen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, zeker in de ontbijtzaal.

Das Hotel ist nicht das neuerste doch für uns reichte es vollkommen aus wir fühlten uns ab der 1 Minute wohl. Die Lage fanden wir gut wenige Minuten zum Yumbo Einkaufszentrum. Das Essen war auch lecker. Besonders hervor zu heben ist das sehr freundliche Personal samt Putzfrau.
Das Preis Leistung Angebot war vollkommen zutreffend.Wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen!!!

Een goed hotel groot maar niet chaotisch.
Goed uitgebreid onbijt.
Dicht bij de Jumbo voor eten en uitgaan maar iets te ver weg voor het strand.

Helt greie rom, men på tide med en modernisering. Flott med aircondition . Godt renhold og hyggelige personale. Bassengområdet er lite i forhold til antall rom. En del av sengene får lett skygge fra palmer.

Na ja nach kleinen Anfangsschwierigkeiten mit dem Zimmer für die ersten drei Tage im ersten Stock ohne Fahrstuhl war für mein Vater nicht einfach dann konnten wir Gott sei Dank ins Erdgeschoss wechseln mit Blick auf den Pool.
Frühstücksbuffet top, Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, alles super.
Und zentral gelegen! ????????????

Accogliente. Pulito. Personale preparato x tutte le domande sulla isola. Buffet abbondante, dal salato al dolce . Frutta, verdura pesce....
Ottimo servizio a fine vacanza, dove viene data la possibilità di fare una doccia pre partenza x aeroporto.
