Overall, our experience at Lopesan Villa del Condre was disappointing compared to our previous stays at Lopesan Baobab and Lopes Costa Meloneras. While there were some good aspects, such as the spacious room, comfortable bed, and nice swimming pools, the bad outweighed the good. The New Year's Eve Gala dinner was a major letdown with poor food and entertainment, the room cleaning was subpar, and the food quality for both breakfast and dinner was lacking. The noise levels in the hotel also made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
I would not recommend staying at Lopesan Villa del Condre, especially if you are used to 5-star hotel standards. We will not be returning to this hotel and will stick to our favourite Lopesan hotels in the future.

The hotel looks all lit up and attracts a lot of attention of people who sees it from outside specially at night as it looks like a lit up circus.

➕Positive things ????????:

- We got south west facing room, it was really nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch beautiful sunsets every day.
- Room size is very specious (same as at Lopesan Boab)
- A walk-in wardrobe with a separate dressing area
- Friendly host at the main restaurant at breakfast
- Good availability of the sunbeds and nice swimming pools
- Nice bar outside next to the swimming pool with really tasty ice cream and good selection of drinks which are ere reasonably priced
- Free parking at the hotel
- Really comfortable bed (Mattress & pillows) (same as at Lopesan Baobab)
- Every evening they changed the towels if needed and left a lovely note with sweets (same as at Lopesan Baobab)

➖ Negative things ????????:

- NEW YEAR EVE GALA DINNER: OMG! Where do I start!! The worst New Year celebration! Previously in Lopesan Baobab the New Year celebration was always outstanding with the performers they had, decorations and of course fantastic food! What a total disappointment at Lopesan Villa del Condre ???????? Paying €600 per night the food was very poor, we had a sitting at 21:00 where they had a sitting before us at 18:00 the food was lying on the floor almost everywhere like chips and other slipping hazard ⚠️ when we asked the waiter if they can please clean it as a lot of ladies were wearing high heels and someone can get injured - They said Yes we’ll clean it and done absolutely NOTHING about it. This was followed by a very poor performance of the chosen singer, feels like they’ve found someone at the very bad karaoke bar and asked them to perform for free. NEVER EVER I WOULD STAY HERE FOR NEW YEAR !!

- CLEANING: on arrival the room is very clean! However we stayed 10 nights and the bedding and bedsheets were changed only once after 7th day! The floor wasn’t hoovered or mopped for 7 days either. Shower was clean only once after 8th day!

- FOOD BREAKFAST : we stayed from 30th December, so breakfast on 31st Dec and 1 Jan was quite good in terms of food quality and selection, even orange juice was freshly squeezed and not diluted. But after 1st Jan everything went downhill - we thought we were at a different hotel.

- FOOD EVENING: we stayed half board, before we always stayed at Baobab, and never had to even consider any other alternatives for dinner, however, as this hotel is was an absolute disaster ???? the quality of food as well as choice. Thankfully, we were able to go to the buffet restaurant to other Lopesan Hotels (Baobab and Meloneras as well as 3 restaurants at these hotels, otherwise it would have been a total disaster).

- FRIDGE: really slim fridge that can’t even hold 1.5 L water, or milk but we had to keep it off anyway as it was super noisy when it was on

- Although the room has really nice south west facing, I think out of 10 nights we only had 1-2 good night sleep as it was so noisy all the time with people passing by and neighbours being very loud during the evening and night. Even we we tried to go fall asleep at 22:00 we would be worked up at 23:00-23:30 with the noise ????

Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and good quality linens. However, acoustics are poor as we could hear people passing in the corridor and people walking in their room directly above our room.
The grounds of the resort are well maintained and beautiful and there is a great choice of swimming pools. The bad thing is that people start "reserving" their pool loungers already from 8am without actually using them until much later, which is very annoying. This is done in every hotel with a pool, but we didn't expect this in a 5-star resort.
The buffet breakfast room is very crowded unless you go very early. After 9am it reminds me of a Madrid Metro station during rush hour. That's the disadvantage of staying in a very large resort with some 500 rooms. Bigger is not always better!!
On our 2nd morning an employee entered our room while we were still in bed, even though we had a sign "do not disturb" displayed on the door!! He said he came to collect our luggage for check-out. We still had 4 days left on our stay. Our complaint at the reception did not receive much attention and nothing was documented.
Upon check-out there were several errors on our invoice for drinks from a lobby bar where we never went and for drinks from the room mini bar that we never consumed. CHECK YOUR INVOICE BEFORE SETTLING THE BILL.
Other than all the above we had a pleasant stay but will probably not return,

Hotel precioso y distinto a todos los demás. A pesar de tener 20+ años no lo parece en absoluto, muy bien cuidado. Personal amable, educado y profesional siempre disponible. Habitaciones con un encanto particular y buenas calidades. Buffet con comida variada, fresca y sorpresas culinarias no presentes en cualquier hotel. En conjunto una experiencia de 5* que hacía mucho no sentía en otros hoteles.

Un hotel maravilloso donde pasar unos días de vacaciones. El trato por parte de todo el personal es excepcional. Totalmente recomendable

Celebrated my wedding there. The stuff of dreams. No words to describe service. Only slight negative was the florist they use their appointed subby, who forgot a few key flowers we noticed. Try and get it pinned down rapid. Best wedding planner ever Bernie. The number one. Food service rooms nothing was ever too much. A true gem.

A place where the house is very well maintained, safe and the personal is very friendly and efficient. Thank you for your services.

Es ist immer schlechte wird

Es ist super hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort der Nachbarn und selbst das Schlurfen von Leuten oben drüber. An der Rezeption steht man stundenlang an. Beim Verlassen des Restaurants hindern sie einen daran, seinen Becher zur Einnahme von Medikamenten mitzunehmen. Zum Schluss wollten sie mir 40 Euro für Essen abrechnen, welches ich nie gegessen habe. Alles in Allem viel zu wenig für das, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr schönes Hotel in Maspalomas.

Tired and feels like a tourist trap for the masses (like the rest of the island). Surprised this is a 5 star hotel. Check in felt like a rental car kiosk. Service is hit or miss.

Tuvieron un problema con las llaves y tardaron dos dias en resolverlo, bastante molesto y sin ningún
detalle con los afectados. Un hotel de ese precio deberia ser más considerado cuando ofrece un servicio inferior al de su categoria. El trato es muy impersonal, a excepción de una chica del turno de noche, Yurena creo, que en 10 minutos soluciono lo que llevaba todo el día sin resolver otra que no hablaba español ni inglés fluido.

Our second visit to this wonderful place. Cannot fault it. Truly is a beautiful hotel. We feel relaxed and rejuvenated, and we will be returning. Staff and surroundings are outstanding.

Hotel has some really strong points such as the pools or building constructions but too many poor ones to make it a real 5 star resort. Staff is often unexperienced and almost rude, lack of basic services such as water refill or even simple coffee in the room. Very hard to find someone at the pool to take a drink order or help with umbrella or sunbeds. Frequent computer problems are making basic services such as room keys or bills unbelievably slow. Food is average, if buffet has some good options the two "a la carte" restaurants we tried (Italian alpendre and Ovo) were extremely disappointing. Again here, nice venues and set-up but tasteless food. (Ovo-prawn salad and seafood pastas from alpendre were especially bad). Animation team is trying their best but lack of budget is making this a medium standard. Football matches are played with friendly team on tennis court with very worn out gear. Evening shows have been fairly good on the other hand, kids enjoyed magic and flamenco evenings and we appreciated concerts. I don't think we'll be back unless they do some serious staff training, food improvements and service upgrades.

Ich bin nach 15 Jahren wieder in dieses Hotel gekommen (das ich in allerbester Erinnerung hatte!!!) und war etwas besorgt, nachdem ich so oft in den Bewertungen gelesen habe, es hätte alles nachgelassen. Ich muss allerdings sagen, es ist genauso perfekt wie früher.....
1) Abwechslungsreiches, hochwertiges Speisenangebot
2) Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service
3) Wir haben das Unique Paket, nutzen es aber kaum, weil hier eigentlich alles Unique ist
4) Sauberkeit exzellent

Sehr gutes Hotel am Ende der Promenade, klasse Poolanlagen, immer ausreichend Liegen. Zimmer großzügig mit 43m2, Kaffee und Teezubereitung fehlt, Minibar recht laut, Bedienpanel der Klimaanlage strahlt neben dem Bett zu hell. Essen sehr gute Qualität, aber weite Wege am Buffet.
Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel !!!

Ein Hotel zum verlieben

Expensive but all the luxuries required including an excellent variety of food,5 swimming pools, massage, sleeping pillows etc to make it a Special Great Holiday. Constant Warmth 25°and practically No Rain is the icing on the cake.

Kamers zijn ouderwetser ingericht in vergelijking met het naastgelegen Costa Meloneras van Lopesan. Verder super !

Très bel hôtel

Heerlijk hotel, voor ons de tweede keer. Personeel heel gedienstig en vriendelijk. Zijn duidelijk goed opgeleid iets wat je op veel plekken niet meer ziet, helaas. Kamers zijn groot en ruim en wel 5* waardig en ondanks hotel 20 jaar oud is zie je dat nergens. Ontbijt TOP iets wat je idd alleen in luxe Spaanse hotels ziet. Ruim assortiment en cava natuurlijk. Restaurants ook top en redelijk betaalbaar. Locatie prima met 5 zwembaden alleen helaas veel baby’s en kinderen terwijl er een kinderbad aanwezig is. En het handdoek leggen daar moeten ze echt iets aan doen!!! Ook aantal zitplaatsen buiten voor het ontbijt uitbreiden. De tafels en stoelen staan er al dus waarom zo moeilijk doen en staat beetje haaks op het gedienstige karakter van het personeel. Je zag veel gasten geïrriteerd naar binnen gaan en dat hoeft niet als je ze een ultieme Lopesan beleving wilt geven. Kijk als de tafels en stoelen er niet zijn dan snap ik het maar het staat er gewoon alleen niet ingedekt!
