We had spend an amazing week here in Santorini, place is very good, breakfast is excellent and location is just perfect, 15min drive to anywhere.
Effimia was phenomenal with us, giving us the best tips to visit places, to find best restaurants we would recommend this place for any family that want have a great time.

We booked Athiri boutique house through Booking.com and experienced probably the most wholesome and wonderful stay ever. After taking an early morning flight and walking from the Imerovigli bus stop (750m from the stay) in the scorching heat, we really needed a breather and Athiri provided us with the same and much more than that.

The exteriors of the accommodation is so calming that you just feel like walking into it and checking it out. Whether it’s the white coloured limestone building, cute verandah, or the hanging bougainvillea, the first impression is a very strong one on the visitor.

We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by the receptionist and were onboarded with a pleasant surprise of a free upgrade because it was my wife’s birthday. We were put in a family suite and that’s exactly what we needed to rejuvenate after an early morning flight. We were also helped with food and shopping options along with a map of Santorini.

The suite was no less than a mini palace. We were again welcomed by a red wine as a birthday gesture. The rooms were well kept and in the best condition possible. The entire apartment was well equipped with all the necessary appliances for a family (with kids) to stay. The icing on the cake was the personal hot tub placed right outside the apartment.

The breakfast had a fulfilling spread of omelette, bakery items, desserts and beverages and was served to the
room.

There’s plenty of parking available in the premises and an amazing tavern called Tasos Taverna just 100 metres away. The caldera walk also starts right besides the tavern. Undoubtedly, one of the best places to stay at in Imerovigli.

Camera molto ampia e pulita, camera dei bimbi con giochi (bella), peccato che non siamo riusciti a dormire per un forte rumore del tendone esterno che continuava a sbattere facendo forti rumori! Avvisando la reception ci ha spiegato che sarebbe stato pericoloso toglierla (non penso proprio! Sarebbe bastata una corda in più per ancorarla meglio) ed è stato richiesto un lenzuolo per la bambina ma non è mai stato portato. Per il prezzo alto non ne vale la pena, e la mattina la receptionist era anche scocciata! Sicuramente non soggiorneremo più li!

Great space in this beautiful spot. Comfy double bedroom (for the adults). Safe bunk bed room for the little sprogs and a sofa / day bed in the lounge for the little guy.
Small pool (or jacuzzi) was a welcome relief, and the kids enjoyed jumping in!
Breakfast food was very good. You must pre-order a time slot and menu items the day before. Not great, especially on the first day when you don't know what time slot you have been given, but well worth it for the food quality.

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal!They are truly family friendly. They had brand new toys in the childrens room for them to play with which my 3 boys loved. They served breakfast every morning promptly. Before we even arrived they emailed us continually to ask what we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They did not wake us up to clean our room or anything they just waited until we left and when we came back it was immaculate. I would recommend this place 10 out 10 if you have children. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and about the staff. The views were also perfect to watch the sunset and the sunrise.

A great family friendly place. A very attentive staff especially Lila and housekeeper (forgot his name) who made sure we were well informed and kept our stay enjoyable. Having breakfast at your room is such a plus.

Lila went well above and beyond to give info on what to do around Athiri and even gave suggestions to our next hop at Mykonos. She also setup our some transfers and kept informed us every step of the way during our stay.

Thank you Athiri team for the best time (4 nt) we had during our 8 day trip to Greece.

Top! If you are looking for a place to relax in Santorini, this is THE place! Best value for money hotel we've ever stayed, welcoming staff, and attentive service. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! Highly recommended!

A perfect family getaway! This enchanting hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way offering a perfect experience for me & my husband , but also for our children! The hotel's location is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and spacious! We will come back again!

I will provide an honest and fair review of my mixed experience here.
ACCOMMODATIONS: It is nice however our stay was uncomfortable. The bed had dead bugs with smeared blood and unknown stains (some photos attached). We decided to sleep in the bunkbeds instead because of this. The next day they changed the sheets but this experience was odd since we should have had clean fresh sheets upon arrival.
Day 2 the AC unit was leaking so bad it soaked our clothes. The leaking sound was disruptive so again we slept in the uncomfortable children's bunkbed. The next day they had a technician fix it. The cost and this experience was unacceptable so we requested a partial refund for the partial experience we received at this accommodation and they denied it. They claimed to care about their customers experience but clearly they can not take financial responibility for their shortcomings. Very disappointing.
LOCATION: It is on a busy road that is dangerous especially at night. If you do nor have a car I do not recommend staying here. There are some bus stops but braving the dangerous road isn't worth it at all. There are better accommodations, location and management at other places near by. Very inconvenient.

Makes you pay for the beach seats while the others don’t

Great experience at Athiri with the family! Big two bedroom space with lounge and kitchenette plus a huge balcony facing the sea with a private jacuzzi.
The breakfast is served in room from a set menu and there is enough quantity to serve more people than what you might have so be careful with how much you order.
Themis as available for any issues or advice and was helpful in guiding us on the basic dos and don’ts about the island.
Would definitely recommend!
