Fabulous hotel! Incredible setting and views, secluded and relaxing. Close to Kotor Old Town. All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent facilities. Lovely room, very new and clean. Travelled as a family with 2 young children and would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good but they have to do something with cats on the parking lot. Unfortunately we have witnessed kitten ran over by a car in front of us because the driver didn’t check his wheels. This experience ruined the whole impression of our stay. Idk what maybe building small cats house on the side of the hotel or walking guests over and helping them check.

Otherwise, room service was a bit slow. One time we waited for a backet of ice 1,5h. 1.5h Karl! (At first they brought a small one, then in 30 mins again a small one and finally we got the one we needed). Also I don’t get why room service does not communicate with the restaurant. I had to go to the restaurant to buy a bottle of Prosecco because room service simply had one option for Champaign.

Good views and good rooms.

Sauna was not hot (and I’m not a person who loves it hot but it was cold even for me). However indoor pool has a really good view. Steam room wasn’t really steamy. It felt like you are in a big shower room.

Wir waren 9 Tage vor Ort kannten das Frühstücksbüfett aber am 3. Tag schon auswendig, wobei das Angebot an Obst sehr gut war. Leider war der Aufschnitt sehr langweilig und immer das gleiche und teilweise nicht appetitlich. Am letzten Tag haben wir keinen Platz mehr zum frühstücken gefunden und haben eigenständig den zweiten Speisesaal geöffnet. Das Personal war immer bemüht. Leider wurden die Tische nach Gebrauch nicht richtig gereinigt sondern nur die Sets. Die Preise sind einem Hayett Hotel angemessen, aber in New York oder Barcelona, aber nicht in Montenegro. 2 Gläser Rotweine nach Abzug von 15 % immer noch 17.- Euro wobei die ganze Flasche dieser Sorte 2,85 Euro im kleinen Laden nebenan gekostet hat. Leider ist weit und breit kein weiteres Restaurant so das die einsame Lage total ausgenutzt wird. Da ich sehr oft in Hayett oder Hilton und ähnlichen Hotels übernachtet habe kann ich sagen, das ist nicht Hayett Standard das Mittelmaß. Wenn man die Strandbar am 15.10 zu macht, obwohl das Hotel noch sehr voll ist, Sonnenschirm und Liegen nicht mehr da sind, das geht gar nicht. Auch ist kein einziger Deutscher TV Sender zu empfangen obwohl sehr viele Deutsche ihren Urlaub hier verbringen. In diesem Hotel hat das Management noch viel zu tun.

At most, 4 star hotel based customer service and breakfast. The rooms was ok (nice beds but max 4 star) If you want to be carefree and have first-class service its not worth it. Really dissapointed with the service of this hotel. (To mention i didnt get good service anywhere in montenegro) I cant recommend dinner either.. I would have expected more from a American chain..

Everything was amazing. For the adults only hotel, a lot of children were running arround the pool and hotel. Beside that an amazing experience

Spent 4 nights here for my sister's 40th birthday celebration. We were a group of 14 women and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Djuro who assisted with logistics and Nikola Buzdovan who ensured that the birthday dinner ran smoothly. I'm hoping to return soon probably with my husband and child.

We had our honeymoon at this amazing hotel! The staff are really amazing and helpful, the food was absolutely great and delicious! Always fresh and everyday changing. We had an ozeanview double bedroom and loved our place. The location is great! We can definitely recommend it!!

great rooms, view, service, very very funncy!

Indoor pool is freezing cold for our entire stay. Hotel staff claims it is 28 degree which is completely a lie!

This Hyatt property has a lot of potential but there’s many shortcomings that need to be addressed for the price point to be worth it.

As a Hyatt member I paid 300 euros a night for a pool view premium room and while the room itself was nice the hotel has much work to do.

Pros:

- Newer building features premium rooms with lovely furnishings and good view.

- My room had wine, macaroons and snacks on account of being a Hyatt member. All guests are offered a welcome drink of Prosecco which is a nice touch.

- Some staff members are truly amazing and offering fabulous levels of service.

Cons:
- Location is quite far from old town and there’s a narrow road that takes a 15 minute drive to get there. Be prepared to spend 15-20 euros to and from old town each way. The hotel should have a shuttle for guests.

- The Lighthouse restaurant is quite expensive and the food just wasn’t good. I ordered the shrimp risotto and it was so undercooked I didn’t finish half of it. They need to develop a better F&B program especially because this hotel is isolated from the Old Town and many other restaurants.

- Some staff members display rather unprofessional and unpleasant behavior and I’ll leave it at that. I felt bothered by one staff member in particular.

- Taxi partnership company they used paired me with a ridiculously unprofessional and inappropriate driver. Some of the things this man said were absolutely disgusting and disturbing. He smoked cigarettes with me in the car and even stopped to get a coffee while the meter was running. The hotel should do a better job of vetting their partners as this has a direct reflection of the hotel. I was offered nothing but an apology after paying 20 euros for a horrible taxi experience that this hotel arranged.

- I’m a stickler for cleanliness. I went to use the pool first thing in the morning and the pool beds were dirty. I ended up just going back to my room. The floor in my room wasn’t properly cleaned and neither was the shower. There was residual grime and hair from precious guests.

- Activities were lacking. This hotel should have an on-site water concierge we’re you can rent paddle boards, kayaks and more. I would have also loved the option to rent a bike or scooter so I didn’t have to constantly shell out 15-20 euros on a taxi just to eat or see the old town.

Overall, it’s one of the better accommodations in Kotor but they have some work to do before it’s truly worthy of the price and accolades.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement magnifique. Nous disposons d'une chambre dans la piscine avec vue sur les montagnes et Perast.

Un hôtel absolument merveilleux ! Même s'il est situé à environ 20 minutes de la vieille ville, à mon avis, cela ajoute au charme de l'hôtel car il semble très isolé et il est très facile de prendre un taxi. La propriété est magnifique et le cadre directement sur la baie est imbattable. Le personnel était toujours sympathique et prêt à vous aider. J'ai vraiment apprécié la plage, les piscines, la salle de sport, le sauna et toutes les installations. Je reviendrais certainement. Je recommande à 100%.

Nos vacances ont été agréables et ont eu leurs aspects positifs et négatifs. Le personnel de la réception nous a chaleureusement accueillis et nous a proposé un choix entre du prosecco et des jus de fruits à l'arrivée. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, mais il y avait deux inconvénients : les fenêtres de la terrasse étaient sales et il y avait une odeur désagréable de moisi provenant du jacuzzi.

Nous avons également rencontré des problèmes de bruit. Lors de la fête du premier jour de notre séjour dans la chambre 103, le manque d'isolation phonique faisait que la musique perturbait notre sommeil. Étonnamment, lorsque nous nous sommes tournés vers la réception pour résoudre ce problème, elle n’a pas pu nous proposer une solution efficace.

Concernant les repas, le petit déjeuner était savoureux et de qualité, mais malheureusement, je ne peux pas en dire autant du choix de boissons proposées.

Dans l'ensemble, notre voyage en septembre a été agréable et la plage avec chaises longues disponibles était un plus. Cependant, pour améliorer l'expérience client, je recommanderais de renforcer l'isolation des chambres et de prêter attention à la propreté autour de la terrasse et de l'espace jacuzzi.

Un excellent hôtel, les piscines sont belles (deux extérieures et une intérieure), même si le plus amusant était sur la plage privée au bord de la mer. Nous avons pris une chambre King qui était excellente, le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Un très grand choix dont des sans gluten.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est relativement isolé, en dehors de Kotor et la vieille ville de Kotor nécessite environ une demi-heure de route. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement calme et cocooning de l'hôtel, à noter que le spa est également excellent.
Nous avons essayé le restaurant de l'hôtel RIO sur la plage avec une ambiance mexicaine, d'excellents tacos et une très savoureuse pizza du tabon, la photo parle d'elle-même....
