Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση και ευχάριστες διακοπές, καθώς διαθέτει πισίνα και βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην παραλία. Τα δωμάτια και όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πεντακάθαρα. Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που να χρειαστήκαμε και να μη μας εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως. Ξεκινώντας από τις υπαλλήλους στη ρεσεψιόν και καταλήγοντας στις καμαριέρες ήταν όλοι τους ευγενέστατοι και πρόθυμοι να κάνουν τη διαμονή μας όσο πιο ευχάριστη γίνεται.

Tolles strandhotel ob es das Frühstück oder die Zimmer oder Services ist alles gut nur ein kleiner Kritik Punkt ist das Gäste die nicht zum Hotel gehören hier am Pool baden und ihre kinderlein dort ausgelassen herum planschen warum habe ich nun das ganze Geld ausgegeben da hätte ich mir doch auch ein Appartement genommen und wäre hier Baden gegangen schon seltsam
Aber es ist als ein 3 Sterne ausgeschrieben Hand aufs Herz wer da meckert wir brauchen kein modernes Design Zimmer ..der soll doch ein 5 er nehmen u wird feststellen dort wiederholt sich das Frühstück auch

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Hotel, direkt am Strand, mit eigenem großen Pool- was unsere Kids sehr genossen haben. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Das Familienzimmer ist eher für die Familien mit kleinen Kids geeignet. Falls ihr große Kinder habt, dann am liebsten zwei Doppelzimmer buchen. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Man kann im Hotel auch einen Transfer zum bzw. vom Flughafen buchen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen- vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

La mia esperienza al Plaza Beach Hotel a Naxos è stata davvero eccezionale. Questo incantevole hotel situato proprio sulla spiaggia ha reso la mia visita a Naxos indimenticabile.La posizione è semplicemente perfetta. Con la spiaggia appena fuori dalla porta d'ingresso, ho potuto godere del mare cristallino e delle viste spettacolari in qualsiasi momento del giorno. Le camere erano spaziose, pulite e ben arredate, offrendo una vista mozzafiato sul mare o sul giardino. La mia camera aveva un balcone privato perfetto per gustare una tazza di caffè al mattino o un drink al tramonto.Il personale dell'hotel era estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad assistere con informazioni sulla zona o prenotazioni per escursioni. (Un grazie enorme per la tanta disponibilità' concessa dal personale della reception, di una professionalità più unica che rara.) La colazione a buffet offriva una varietà di opzioni locali e internazionali. L'hotel aveva anche una piscina con lettini e un bar a bordo piscina, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. La sua vicinanza al centro di Naxos Town rendeva facile esplorare ristoranti, negozi e attrazioni locali.In sintesi, il Plaza Beach Hotel è una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e confortevole a Naxos, con l'accesso diretto alla spiaggia e una calda ospitalità greca.

Guter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub. Großer Pool, äußerst nettes Personal, das Meer gleich nebenbei und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Komme sicher wieder. Preis Leistung voll in Ordnung ( muss aber anmerken bin Nachsaison Urlauber) Busverbindungen super ( man muss aber verspätungen mit einkalkulieren, was aber im Urlaub völlig egal ist). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Tolles Hotel, saubere Zimmer & Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal, großartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit teilweise regionalem! Schöne Poolanlage und der großartige Sandstrand von Plaka Beach direkt über der Straße. Ein Traum!

Πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο, με υπέροχο προσωπικό, το μίνι μάρκετ που παρέχουν έχει μια ευρεία γκάμα προϊόντων και το προσωπικό εκεί άκρως εξυπηρετικό με άψογες γνώσεις στα αγγλικά. Οι καμαριέρες πάρα πολύ ευγενικές και πολύ καλές στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας. Στο ξενοδοχείο επίσης υπάρχει και ναυαγοσώστης πράγμα το οποίο σημαίνει πως ο χώρος της πισίνας είναι αρκετά ασφαλές για μικρά παιδιά. Συνοψίζοντας το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ προσεγμένο σε όλους τους τομείς πολύ όμορφο.

Amazing hotel in a 5 star location.. All staff polite and helpful and friendly. Beach just across the road, limited restaurants within 15 minutes walk otherwise its quite a bit further.. would definitely stay again

Posto pulito, ben organizzato, ottimo il servizio...colazione ben assortita con prodotti buoni ed abbondanti...
Ottimo il bar esterno a bordo piscina in cui vengono serviti aperitivi e merende. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo qualità. Dalla struttura è possibile noleggiare auto e motorini. Eccellente il servizio bus che collega con frequenze di 15 minuti al centro ed alla costa. Veramente funzionale il piccolo market presente nell'albergo...dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario.

Από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχω επισκεφθεί! Πολύ καθαρός χορός και δωμάτια και πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό! Η πισίνα έχει και ναυαγοσώστη όποτε μη φοβάστε για τα παιδάκια σας! Θα το ξαναέπισκεφθω!

This hotel deserves 4 stars. Such a lovely place, calm, perfect for kids. Location is unbeatable - close to everything - all the beaches and Naxos town. Great variety for breakfast, excellent food. All in all perfection!

Nice hotel, very kid friendly with a large pool, kids pool and a bubble pool (whirlpool) for all to enjoy. Chairs on the property were free but cost $20 euro for a set at the beach which is across the street. The beach has a large rock formation, great for snorkeling but if you walk further down you get clear entry. The beds were very uncomfortable, new mattresses are definitely required. Food was great. Breakfast was included for us, lunch was lovely but pricey and without many lunch options you have to choice really. It’s a great quiet area of Plaka, I just wished it had better nightlife. If you stay here do yourself a favour and head to Petrino for dinner, great food and ambience.

It's a very cozy hotel where the rooms are in separated houses. The rooms are nice and clean. The environment is beautiful and quiet. There is a nice swimming pool with a separated pool for kids. Enough seats at the swimming pool and at the beautiful sand beach which is 30 meter in front. At the beach you pay 15€ for 2 seats with parasol. Excellent breakfast. There is a very good Greek restaurant in the neighborhood called Petrino. You can rent cars at the hotel (60€/day). They also provide very good massage.

Un hôtel contradictoire...
Pas de restaurant disponible le soir, uniquement le snack ouvert jusqu'à 21h seulement (donc une carte limitée).
Petit déjeuner OK mais sans plus.
Les chambres sont OK également, il y a du thé et du café disponibles directement, ce qui est appréciable. Mais les matelas sont durs et surtout il n'y a pas de quoi étendre le linge (rien que pour faire sécher les maillots de bains...).
La seule manière de laver notre linge est donc de payer 12€ en cash à la réception, pour qu'un prestataire, extérieur à l'hôtel, le prenne et aille le laver.
L'emplacement est bien pour la plage, entouré de tavernes, où nous sommes d'ailleurs obligé d'aller vu qu'il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place.
La WiFi est disponible partout dans l'hôtel, mais ce sont tous les 20m une wifi différente, et d'une qualité exécrable (la wifi se coupe tout le temps, elle s'est d'ailleurs coupée pendant que j'écris ce commentaire).
Les locations de voitures sont hors de prix : 75€ la journée pour une panda (hors essence et assurance).
Un arrêt de bus se situe néanmoins juste à côté, ce qui est pratique.
Autres points positifs : l'espace aquatique est bien, les transats à la plage sont gratuits pour les clients de l'hôtel, et le personnel est gentil.

Really nice place next to the beach. Great place outside with several pools (incl lifeguard), restaurant with great lunch and dinner, top service, great view and what not.

Ήτανε ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχω πάει ήτανε σούπερ με θέα την θάλασσα στο μπαλκόνι. Επίσης η πισίνα ήτανε φανταστική είχε και τζακούζι

Το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο της Νάξου φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση οι κοπέλες στην ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές τα δωμάτια πολύ ωραία κ καθαρά, τέλεια πισίνα καθαρή η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή διότι η παραλία είναι απέναντι. Πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία ο μπουφές στο πρωινό, το ξενοδοχείο παρεχει 3 πισίνες και έχει και γυμναστήριο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Hotel is mediocre at best. Our room, Second floor sea view with one double bed was spacious but dated and drab. The bathroom was horrible with the smallest corner shower. Pretty awful. Service was meh. On our first day outing we placed the no service needed tag on our door and when we came back had a fresh batch of towels on the door. On our second day outing we had the service requested rag on the door and received no service. Whatever.
Breakfast buffet looks grand but eats are meh.
If you are all about the beach this hotel and location is probably perfect for you.
Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Do some advance research and read Google reviews to find the best eats spot for you.
Two HUGE PERKS for this hotel is
1. The mini store on property. They have everything you need, the staff is great AND they sell bus tickets and have an easy to read bus schedule printed.
2. There is Bus Stop right at the hotel entrance
Breakfast buffet looks grand but eats are meh.
If you are all about the beach this hotel and location is probably perfect for you.

Breakfast was very good. The crew at the front desk, pool and beach were super nice! (Thumbs up for the beach service!!) Rooms do need a remodeling (ASAP), but they were good enough. We needed to extend our stay, and all was arranged smooth and easy. The beach is the big star here, but I did enjoy spending time by the pool. Great location if you just want to relax & enjoy the beach, since it's a little far to the Old City.
